00:00 Instead of a legitimate separation, the couple decided to have a quick procession of annulment.
00:07 Witness, Mark Slazar.
00:09 [Music]
00:12 Let's just call her Rose, not because her married life became a bed of roses.
00:18 In fact, she didn't care about their marriage story.
00:22 That's why she asked us to fulfill her appointment.
00:26 Parents and relatives forced us to get married.
00:33 We tried to work on our marriage.
00:37 I have doubts about her sexuality.
00:42 I have an emotional need that she won't give me.
00:46 I also have a sexual need in marriage.
00:48 So I said, it's better if we separate.
00:53 Those like Rose, who are broken-hearted and desperate, are the target of online annulment scammers.
01:00 I tried messaging that profile.
01:04 I just sent a message.
01:07 I tried asking if I could make a video call.
01:09 I just wanted to make sure that you are the one I deposited the initial payment.
01:16 But she didn't want to answer the video call.
01:18 How much should I pay?
01:21 She said, it's P65,000 for 3 to 4 months.
01:27 Then, it's all done.
01:28 I'll be a senior.
01:30 It's easy to recognize an annulment scammer.
01:34 If they promise a fast and easy annulment, they are scammers.
01:38 Those who promise 1 to 2 months, and it's done, that's definitely a red flag.
01:43 The truth is, 1 to 2 years is fast.
01:46 Sometimes, the process in court takes up to 5 years.
01:50 The second red flag is if it's too cheap.
01:53 If it's less than P100,000, it's most likely a scam.
01:59 The reason why it's expensive is because lawyers go through so much preparation.
02:03 So much has to be done to successfully file an annulment petition.
02:08 The average salary of a legit family lawyer is P180,000 in the province,
02:14 and P250,000 to P600,000 in Metro Manila.
02:17 The most favorite victim of annulment scammers are OFWs.
02:22 They are the ones who immediately bite the promise of non-appearance in court.
02:27 If they say non-appearance, you don't have to worry about it,
02:30 then that's absolutely a red flag right there.
02:33 That's not a legit lawyer you're talking to.
02:36 If you're an OFW, you still need to attend a court hearing via video conference
02:42 in our consulate or embassy.
02:44 It's true that marriage is not like rice that is tested,
02:49 that is taken out when it's cooked.
02:51 And believe me, it's not easy to take it out.
02:55 If I have even a little doubt,
02:58 "Am I ready?"
03:01 "Can I do this?"
03:03 "Will I be happy with this person?"
03:05 Maybe, think about it first.
03:08 For GMA Integrated News,
03:10 I am Mark Salazar, your witness.
03:14 The National Security Council has discussed for years
03:18 the neuro-psychological exam for security guards.
03:22 Followed by the viral incidents of robbery that involved some guards.
03:27 Witness, Dano Tinkunco.
03:29 In a viral video in Cebu in September 2023,
03:35 a guard suddenly pushed a metal barrier to prevent a motorcycle from leaving,
03:40 that's why it fell.
03:42 In a viral incident in July,
03:45 a guard pushed a woman from the footbridge.
03:48 Although both cases were filed by the administrative authorities,
03:52 senators want to know what made it possible for some guards to push.
03:58 How can we ensure that not only physically,
04:00 but also mentally qualified,
04:03 that someone who entered the house of a security guard.
04:06 Many security guards are not trained.
04:09 Many security guards are overworked, underpaid.
04:16 And because of that, they are stressed.
04:22 It came out in the news that security agencies
04:26 that do not have or expired licenses to operate from the PNP-SOCIA
04:30 or Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies.
04:34 Most likely sir, because our Enforcement Management Division
04:38 is always conducting this post-oppose inspection.
04:41 Some agencies are still operating without valid LTO or expired LTO.
04:45 So why are you letting that go?
04:48 We are for the enforcement side, sir.
04:52 We are still having these RCSUs to conduct their area post-opposite.
04:57 I cannot act.
04:58 More than 1,000 agencies have been initiated to cease to operate.
05:02 Senators also cited the rumors that they are making other guards do things
05:07 like parking attendants, cleaning, and answering the phone.
05:12 We will examine the employment records for at least three years,
05:17 interview the employees, inspect work premises
05:21 to determine the compliance with the labor general standards.
05:26 Even the late or early payments.
05:29 There is an advisory, number 15,
05:33 which states that the payments should be paid in due time
05:37 as per contract rate.
05:40 And it should be on time.
05:42 It was also discussed whether the guards should have a neuropsychological exam
05:47 where the agency will answer and determine the correct length of the guard's work.
05:52 I think 12 hours might be the code.
05:56 The mental and physical being of our security guards
06:02 might affect their disposition.
06:07 So, I'm a bit strong on 12 hours.
06:12 It's a difficult straight duty.
06:14 Security guards now are looking at deployment for 12 hours, sir.
06:18 Because if it's just 8 hours, times 26,
06:21 it's only 15,000.
06:23 For GMA Integrated News, I'm Dan, and I'll be your witness.
06:28 A few residents of Barangay Linaon in Cahuayan, Negros Occidental,
06:34 were celebrating when the sand of the mackma,
06:36 of the sandals, fell.
06:37 The residents were helping to catch the fish using the nets.
06:42 According to a marine coordinator,
06:44 the fall of the sandals might be due to the cold weather.
06:48 And it's also possible that the sandals ran away from the big fish
06:52 so they were caught in the middle of the sea.
06:56 King Charles III was diagnosed with cancer.
06:59 It was reported when he went under a medical procedure.
07:04 Although it was not mentioned in the statement of Buckingham Palace
07:07 what type of cancer King Charles is suffering from,
07:10 he was asked to leave his public duties.
07:14 The King thanked his medical team for the quick action.
07:18 King Charles' view on his medical treatment remains positive.
07:24 Prince Harry is expected to fly back to the United Kingdom
07:27 to visit his father.
07:30 One proud boyfriend, Travis Kelty,
07:39 won a Grammy for his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
07:42 And the new couple in the life of a married man,
07:44 Nina Hart Evangelista and Senator Cheese Escudero.
07:48 Here's the showbiz witness, Aubrey Carambales.
07:50 [music]
07:54 It's fall of love, now is love month for Hart Evangelista.
07:58 Aside from her birthday,
08:00 Senator Cheese Escudero will celebrate their 9th anniversary.
08:05 And they will have a renewal of vows.
08:08 Hopefully this chapter 2 is also a celebration
08:11 of our love story and our marriage.
08:14 A lot of great things are actually happening
08:17 so that's just the start of it all.
08:19 The ceremony will be very intimate in Balisin,
08:22 just like their 2015 wedding.
08:25 And as she turns 39 this Valentine's,
08:28 Hart's wish.
08:29 Really, number one is good health for me
08:31 and everybody I love that surrounds me.
08:33 The Korean couple, Lee Sung Gi and Lee Da In, are also happy
08:38 that they are officially parents.
08:41 Sung Gi's agency confirmed the birth of their baby girl.
08:46 They are expecting love and support from the fans.
08:50 She's unbelievable.
08:50 She's rewriting the history books herself.
08:53 Truly enchanted by Kansas City Chiefs player, Travis Kelsey.
08:58 The newest milestone of his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
09:01 She won a Grammy award.
09:04 And along with the awarding,
09:05 she also announced the new album of Taylor
09:08 called The Tortured Poets Department.
09:10 Featured in a few songs in the album,
09:12 is American rapper and singer Post Malone
09:14 and the English indie band Florence and the Machine.
09:18 For GMA Integrated News,
09:20 I am Aubrey Carampella, your witness.
09:48 July last year,
09:49 when Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque took another step to forever,
09:53 their love story was portrayed like Bea in the movie,
09:57 Dominic is happy whenever Bea is with him.
10:00 But seven months after their engagement.
10:04 As we talk today, yes, Dominic and Bea are separated.
10:08 In the fast talk with Boy Abunda earlier,
10:11 King of Talk shared the information he got
10:14 from a source related to the breakup of the two.
10:18 Is Bea still trying to talk?
10:20 Maybe.
10:23 As a matter of fact, from good sources,
10:26 last night or just last night,
10:31 they talked again,
10:33 Bea and Dominic.
10:34 They're trying to understand each other.
10:37 Will this happen again?
10:39 Will Dominic and Bea run away from each other?
10:44 We don't know.
10:46 Tito Boy also clarified some of the issues.
10:49 The one who volunteered to Bea's mom that the prenup is okay is Dominic.
10:55 So I don't think it is and it was an issue unless the story changed.
11:03 The narrative is not about Bea, the problem, that's why they broke up.
11:07 Bea wants to save this relationship.
11:10 Bea wants this to work.
11:11 Before this, some netizens noticed in Bea's recent post online
11:16 that she's not wearing her engagement ring.
11:18 According to Tito Boy's source,
11:21 I think if my source is correct,
11:23 Bea will get her engagement ring back.
11:26 But are they hoping?
11:27 I think yes.
11:29 Bea and Dominic's camp has not yet announced its destination.
11:33 For GME Integrated News,
11:36 I am Aubrey Carampel, your witness.
11:45 It's a bird, it's a plane, but no, it's a piano.
11:51 Piano.
11:51 The piano in Germany is connected to the air.
11:56 As the sun rises and in the middle of the cold weather in Germany,
12:07 a Swiss pianist plays his piece Winter Solstice while connected to the air.
12:13 The audience is amazed while they are lying down and covered in thick clothing.
12:20 The pianist's inspiration is the sounds he hears in the air.
12:25 And in exchange for time,
12:28 he will also change the piece from Winter Solstice to Summer Solstice.
12:33 Thank you for your testimony.
12:37 I am Arnold Glavio.
12:38 I am Pia Arcangel for a bigger mission and a wider service.
