01:37it is not enough for the population of Karachi.
01:47So the Prime Minister of Sindh has assured me
01:51that he is bringing a plan from the Hub Dam in his budget
01:57so that Karachi gets more water
02:00and we can bring improvement to the basic needs of our people.
02:08Along with this, the issue of load-sharing across the country,
02:16especially in the province of Sindh, the province of Balochistan,
02:26South Punjab and Pakhtunkhwa,
02:29there is a load-sharing of 18-16 hours.
02:35And when the people get the bill, they cannot even pay that bill.
02:42The trust of the people of Pakistan is being built on the foundations of loyalty.
02:53So we thought that we should bring our own plan
03:00in which we can especially help the poor people in this issue.
03:06So the Prime Minister of Sindh, according to our plan,
03:10will start a new plan in this budget
03:15from where, God willing, we will give free solar facilities to the poor people
03:22so that they can get some relief from load-sharing
03:31and for those who can afford it,
03:36God willing, we will provide solar panels at a subsidized rate
03:44so that there is some improvement in the issue of load-sharing.
03:50In our first budget, we will start this plan slowly
03:56and God willing, five years from now,
03:59we will spread this plan throughout the province
04:03and we will try to implement the promise we made to the people here during the election.
04:14Along with this, as you all know,
04:18the biggest issue of the people of Pakistan,
04:22the biggest issue of the youth of Pakistan,
04:25is the issue of employment.
04:27And God willing, your Sindh government will work day and night
04:33to bring such plans
04:35so that the people of this province and the youth of this province
04:41get employment opportunities and they can make arrangements for their development.
04:48It was well-known that the martyred Bibi will bring employment
04:58and when the government of the martyred Bibi is present in this province,
05:05God willing, for the people of Lihari,
05:08for the people of Lihari, for the people of Karachi,
05:11for the people of the province,
05:13we will work hard to bring such plans
05:18so that you get employment opportunities.
05:21We will work hard so that all the government's employment opportunities are there
05:28but because of some or the other court's stay order,
05:32we cannot give employment opportunities to our youth.
05:37We have told our Minister of Justice to turn to the court
05:43and talk to the judges
05:45that we want to give employment opportunities to our people.
05:49Your brother judges have given such decisions
05:54because of which the poor people of this province
05:59are being deprived of employment.
