00:00This woman named Caitlin Huber in Juneau County, Wisconsin, recently filed a class-action lawsuit against Bagel Bites for being low-quality pizza.

00:10She has two main issues with Bagel Bites.
00:12One, they don't actually use tomato sauce, just tomato ingredients.
00:17And two, the cheese on the Bagel Bites isn't real mozzarella, even though it says on the box, real dairy.
00:23So she's especially upset that the cheese thing, of course, because she's from Wisconsin.
00:28And in the lawsuit, she said dairy is very important to people of Wisconsin, just like potatoes are important to people of Idaho and oranges are important to the people of Florida.
00:37So anyone in the state of Wisconsin can now join her in this class-action lawsuit over the deceptive packaging of Bagel Bites.
00:45And it didn't say how much she's looking for.
00:48That's going to be up to the courts to decide how much money she might win.
00:51Well, you've got to tell now, if you're in Wisconsin and you're making some food products, whatever you do, don't cut the cheese.

01:12Well, this lady was shopping for baked beans at the Target store up in North Carolina.
01:17And right there next to the can of baked beans was a black rat snake.
01:23Now, if you've ever seen them, they're harmless.
01:26Of course, they can scare the heck out of you.

01:29Absolutely.
01:29Especially when it's on the shelf and there's food stuffs there.
01:33She initially thought it was a toy and that somebody was pranking her.
01:37But when she tried to take a photo of it, it stuck its tongue out and she said, ah, let's call for help.
01:44Target employees came running.
01:46They got the snake out safely and released it back into the wild.
01:50Target spokesman said, must have come in somewhere or another.
01:53That entire area was immediately disinfected and they planned to bring in a pest control company to do a sweep of the store.

02:04I know, especially when you take a picture of this and it starts hissing at you.
