00:00:00And I'm proud to be an American, where at least I know I'm free.
00:00:07And I won't forget the men who died, who gave that right to me.
00:00:13And I gladly stand up next to you when they fed her still today.
00:00:20Cause there ain't no doubt I love this land.
00:00:25God bless the USA.
00:00:55But we, we love you and you've done an amazing, you've done an amazing job.
00:01:01You love the country.
00:01:02You're doing what's right for the country.
00:01:04And I want to wish everybody a happy new year.
00:01:06The most successful House Republican majority in decades.
00:01:10And we did it with not a big majority.
00:01:13This was not a, that was not a big majority, but it's a, it's a unified majority.
00:01:19And it's people that know what it takes to make America great again.
00:01:23And so together we had 12 months of unprecedented success in 2025.
00:01:28And now we're going to make history and break records with the epic midterm victory that we're going to pull off.
00:01:35It just doesn't seem to happen for people that win the presidency.
00:01:40It's an amazing phenomenon.
00:01:42You know, you win the presidency and we sure as hell are having a successful presidency.
00:01:46I will say that.
00:01:47But even if it's a successful presidency, there's been nothing like what we're doing.
00:01:55We had a very good day two days ago too.
00:01:58But even if it's successful, they don't win.
00:02:02I don't know what it is.
00:02:03There's something psychological like you vote against.
00:02:06You can win by a lot.
00:02:07We won every swing state.
00:02:08We won the popular vote by millions.
00:02:10We won everything.
00:02:11But they say that when you win the presidency, you lose the midterm.
00:02:16So you're all brilliant people.
00:02:17Most of you are in this business longer than me.
00:02:20That makes me smarter than you.
00:02:22Because look where I am, right?
00:02:24No, it doesn't.
00:02:26But I wish you could explain to me what the hell is going on with the mind of the public.
00:02:32Because we have the right policy.
00:02:35They don't.
00:02:35They have horrible policy.
00:02:37They do stick together.
00:02:38They're violent.
00:02:39They're vicious.
00:02:40You know, they're vicious people.
00:02:42And they stick together like glue.
00:02:45They don't have a couple of the people that we have.
00:02:48A couple of people.
00:02:49Not too many.
00:02:50Really very few.
00:02:52And that's why I want to just say that before we go any further, I want to express our tremendous
00:02:57sorrow at the loss of a great member.
00:02:59A great, great, great member.
00:03:01Congressman Doug LaMalfa, who passed away yesterday, as you probably have heard.
00:03:08And he was the leader of the Western Caucus, a fierce champion on California water issues.
00:03:15He was great on water.
00:03:16He wanted to release the water and scream out.
00:03:20And a true defender of American children.
00:03:22He was a defender of everybody.
00:03:25And our hearts go out to his wife, Jill, and his entire family.
00:03:28You know, he voted with me 100% of the time.
00:03:31And by the way, he wasn't a three o'clock in the morning person.
00:03:34Do you know what I mean by that?
00:03:36Where the speaker goes, sir, could you call up?
00:03:39Could you call?
00:03:40I said, what time is it, speaker?
00:03:42Sir, it's three in the morning.
00:03:43Could you make a couple of calls?
00:03:45How many?
00:03:45Nine.
00:03:45So I'd start calling.
00:03:50I'd start calling.
00:03:51Three in the morning, I said, like, I shouldn't use any names.
00:03:56I'm just going to create problems.
00:03:58But hi, Jim.
00:04:00And I'm not talking about Jim Jordan.
00:04:01I never had to call three in the morning for him.
00:04:04But I said, hi, Jim.
00:04:05How you doing?
00:04:07They just called to say hello.
00:04:08You know, three in the morning.
00:04:09Okay, sir.
00:04:10Sir, you haven't spoken to me in three years.
00:04:12And it's now three in the morning.
00:04:14So I know what you want.
00:04:16You want my vote?
00:04:17And usually they'd almost always give it.
00:04:20But they wanted to be called.
00:04:22And with Doug, I never had to call.
00:04:25He was with us right from the beginning.
00:04:26I love those guys.
00:04:27I must say I probably love them the best, you know.
00:04:29The guys that I don't have to call.
00:04:31They know we're doing the right thing.
00:04:34I have a couple that are going to be with us all the way.
00:04:37But they just want the call.
00:04:39They want love.
00:04:40They need love.
00:04:40They're more insecure than most of you.
00:04:43It's true.
00:04:44No, most of you are secure people.
00:04:47They're all laughing.
00:04:49No, most of you are secure people.
00:04:51I had a couple say, look, I could have Trump call me all the time.
00:04:54I just have to break his ass a little bit.
00:04:56And he'll be calling, calling, calling.
00:04:59But I appreciate those.
00:05:00We actually had a little party.
00:05:01We opened up a beautiful section of the White House in the Rose Garden.
00:05:04And we had a party for all of those people that I never speak to and vote for me.
00:05:09And, you know, I spoke to Doug, but I didn't speak to him about, I mean, never had a problem.
00:05:14And I was really saddened by his passing and was thinking about not even doing the speech in his honor.
00:05:23But then I decided that I have to do it in his honor.
00:05:27I'll do it in his honor because he would have wanted it that way.
00:05:31He would have wanted it that way.
00:05:34He would have said, do that speech.
00:05:36Are you kidding me?
00:05:38Do the speech, big guy.
00:05:39But he was a fantastic person.
00:05:42Man, that was a quick one.
00:05:44I don't know.
00:05:45I don't know quite yet what happened.
00:05:47But, boy, it's a tough one.
00:05:48He was just with us.
00:05:49He was our friend, all of us, every one of us.
00:05:52And I also want to send our best wishes to Congress and Jim Baird and his wife, who are recovering from a car accident.
00:05:59They're going to be okay.
00:05:59But they had a pretty bad accident.
00:06:02And we're praying that they get out of that hospital very quickly.
00:06:05He's going to be fine.
00:06:06She's going to be fine.
00:06:07But it was a bad accident.
00:06:10And I want to thank the man who has been central to so many of our triumphs.
00:06:17He really has been.
00:06:18He's the guy that would call me to make those calls all the time.
00:06:21He's always working.
00:06:23And he's a nice person.
00:06:25You know, he's a very nice.
00:06:26He's a high-quality person.
00:06:27But I want to tell you, he's a very tough cookie.
00:06:30I've seen both sides.
00:06:31Not often do I have to see the other side because he's just, by nature, he's a very fine religious.
00:06:38I like that.
00:06:39He's a religious person.
00:06:40I like that.
00:06:41I like religious people.
00:06:43It usually means they're more honest.
00:06:45Sometimes it doesn't happen that way.
00:06:48I've had some real religious ones that did numbers on me.
00:06:51And I said, I'm going to get them someday.
00:06:54They got me by surprise.
00:06:56But it's usually good.
00:06:57Okay?
00:06:58Right?
00:07:00And his name is Mike Johnson.
00:07:02Speaker Mike Johnson.
00:07:12He has my complete and total endorsement.
00:07:18Stand up, Speaker.
00:07:19So, you know, but it is true.
00:07:25A lot of times they'll say, I wish Mike were tougher.
00:07:28Tough.
00:07:28He's tough.
00:07:29He's tough as anybody in the room, actually.
00:07:31But it can't be tough when you have a majority of three.
00:07:35And now, sadly, a little bit less than that.
00:07:38I mean, a little bit less than that, maybe.
00:07:41But it can't be Trump.
00:07:44You can't, I want you.
00:07:46You make 10 enemies, 20 enemies.
00:07:49That's the end of that, right?
00:07:51Everybody loves him.
00:07:52I would say there's one person he's given up on.
00:07:54I mean, I think he just gave up on this guy.
00:07:57He's so bad.
00:07:58He never votes for us.
00:08:00But no matter how good, he won't vote for us.
00:08:03There's a sickness there.
00:08:05You know, there's something wrong.
00:08:06You can have the greatest bill, the greatest for the country.
00:08:10Forget about for Republicans.
00:08:11Great, great, great for the country.
00:08:14I'm a no vote.
00:08:16We don't even bother calling him a three in the morning, do we?
00:08:20But I want to thank another guy who's as tough as they come,
00:08:25because he went through something that none of us have gone through.
00:08:28I went through a little shot, but I get that throbbing feeling every once in a while.
00:08:33But what he went through was incredible, and that Steve Scalise, he got hit hard.
00:08:39Where is Steve?
00:08:40Steve.
00:08:46He's a tough cookie.
00:08:48He was dead.
00:08:49I went to the hospital.
00:08:51His wife was crying so much.
00:08:53He was a mess.
00:08:54Oh, yeah, yeah, she loves you.
00:08:56That's the only thing I learned about Steve, that he has a wife who loves him.
00:08:59Because I've gone to hospitals where guys are in bad shape, and the wife couldn't care less.
00:09:04She's waiting.
00:09:05She's looking for the next guy.
00:09:06Who's the next guy down the pike?
00:09:09Who the hell is the next guy?
00:09:10He's died.
00:09:11I said, that's so bad.
00:09:12Oh, yeah, yeah.
00:09:13I had one where the dog died and the husband died at the same time.
00:09:18I said, it's so sad.
00:09:19Yes, I love this dog so much.
00:09:21She couldn't give it, and the guy left her a fortune.
00:09:24Can you imagine?
00:09:26He shouldn't have left her anything, but she was much more concerned.
00:09:30It's true.
00:09:30Oh, the dog was devastated.
00:09:32The husband, he was like an afterthought.
00:09:35Your wife loves you, Steve.
00:09:37She's a great wife.
00:09:39Another one who has a great wife, Jackie.
00:09:43He's Tom Emmer, right?
00:09:45Look at you.
00:09:45You have a great wife, but you haven't been tested like these guys.
00:09:48We don't want to test her, right?
00:09:54She's incredible.
00:09:55She's a strong, beautiful, great person.
00:09:59She's a great person.
00:10:00She actually liked me at the beginning when we were having little fights.
00:10:04We weren't even having fights.
00:10:05We just didn't know each other.
00:10:07We didn't know each other.
00:10:08And I heard he said something negative about me.
00:10:11He was sort of right about the subject, but you're not supposed to say ever, even though you're right.
00:10:15But Jackie was saying, I'm telling you, he's a great guy.
00:10:20He's good.
00:10:20He's going to be a great president, blah, blah, blah.
00:10:22She was fighting for me.
00:10:24And now I love this guy.
00:10:25He's great.
00:10:26Jackie's right about, she was right about both of us, I think, right?
00:10:30But Tom has been incredible.
00:10:32He's incredible at what he does.
00:10:34He's a great team player.
00:10:35Your conference chair, Lisa McClain, is so strong and powerful and beautiful.
00:10:43Thank you, Lisa.
00:10:51And I think they're broadcasting.
00:10:52You know, we said we don't care if the press comes or not.
00:10:55So when I say that, that means that they're broadcasting all this.
00:10:58And I'm letting my feelings out because it's true.
00:11:01Do I feel that way about so many people in the room?
00:11:03I can say it about many of the people in the room.
00:11:06Some I don't know as well, but many of the people in the room.
00:11:09They're incredible people.
00:11:10You're incredible what you're doing.
00:11:12We also have another one, Richard Hudson, chairman, NRCC.
00:11:19Richard's always in there.
00:11:23Always with a smile.
00:11:25No matter what's happening, Richard.
00:11:26He always has a smile.
00:11:31He's always just a positive guy, smart and positive.
00:11:35Thank you, Richard.
00:11:35Really appreciate it.
00:11:36You do a great job.
00:11:37Republican Policy Committee Chairman Kevin Hearn.
00:11:43Kevin, where are you, Kevin?
00:11:48Thank you, Kevin.
00:11:51You've done a great job.
00:11:53Every one of you, you've got to be proud of yourselves.
00:11:57And basically, the entire House Republican Conference.
00:12:00It's been really amazing what you've done.
00:12:03And we're going to give you some ammunition today.
00:12:06I said, I'd love to make a speech.
00:12:09The speaker asked me, would you make a speech?
00:12:10I said, sure.
00:12:11You think Biden would do that?
00:12:13Would you make a speech?
00:12:14What?
00:12:15First of all, his people wouldn't ask him to make a speech.
00:12:18Because it never worked out well, right?
00:12:20Could never find the exits.
00:12:23You finish, look, stare here, stare there, stare here.
00:12:26You could jump off the front if you had to.
00:12:30No matter what he did, he got himself into trouble.
00:12:34So basically, they didn't ask him to.
00:12:36But if he did, it wouldn't be good.
00:12:38But it's good with me because, you know, we have so much ammunition.
00:12:42We have ammunition.
00:12:44The problem is the fake news.
00:12:45That's why I like being on.
00:12:46I'd much rather do live television than do non-live because, like, when they say, as an
00:12:54example in my speech, peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol, peacefully and patriotically.
00:13:01Do you know that the unselect committee didn't report it, that I said those words?
00:13:08Do you know that the news never reported the words walk or march peacefully and patriotically
00:13:15to the Capitol?
00:13:16Do you know they never reported it?
00:13:18It's a scandal.
00:13:18The unselect committee never reported that.
00:13:22They never reported that Nancy Pelosi was offered 10,000 soldiers.
00:13:29National Guard soldiers, whatever you want.
00:13:31No, I don't want them.
00:13:32And the mayor.
00:13:33The mayors were in writing.
00:13:34She was more honorable about it.
00:13:36But Nancy got caught when her daughter did a documentary.
00:13:40She said, documentary-ist.
00:13:42And she has her mother saying, it's my fault.
00:13:47I should have taken the soldiers or something.
00:13:50I saw that in the documentary.
00:13:51I said, whoa, this was a major story.
00:13:55Has she spoken to her daughter since that, you know?
00:13:58But they just, you know, they are vicious people, even on the attack.
00:14:06And it was an amazing military feat that took place yesterday.
00:14:10And I think of it, an amazing military feat that people are saying, well, thank you.
00:14:28You know, people are saying it goes down with one of the most incredible, it was so complex,
00:14:33152 airplanes, many, many, talk about boots on the ground.
00:14:37We had a lot of boots on the ground.
00:14:39But it was amazing.
00:14:40And think of it, nobody was killed.
00:14:41And on the other side, a lot of people were killed.
00:14:43Unfortunately, I say that, soldiers.
00:14:46Cubans, mostly Cubans, but many, many killed.
00:14:49And they were, they knew we were coming.
00:14:52And they were protected.
00:14:53And our guys weren't.
00:14:54You know, our guys are jumping out of helicopters.
00:14:56And you're not protected.
00:14:58And they were.
00:14:59But it was so brilliant.
00:15:00The electricity for almost the entire country was, boom, turned off.
00:15:07That's when they knew there was a problem.
00:15:08There was no electricity.
00:15:11Caracas said, there's no electricity.
00:15:12It's not a, the only people with lights were the people that had candles.
00:15:17It was just off.
00:15:18So we sort of got them a little by surprise.
00:15:21But it was a brilliant, it was brilliant tactically.
00:15:24It was an incredible thing.
00:15:26But I watched where Schumer, he's such a bad guy.
00:15:30I mean, I've known the guy for a long time.
00:15:32And he's such a bad guy.
00:15:34You know, at some point, they should say, you know, you did a great job.
00:15:39Congratulations.
00:15:40Wouldn't it be good?
00:15:41I would say that if they did a good job.
00:15:43Their philosophies are so different.
00:15:45But if they did a good job, I'd be happy for the country.
00:15:48They've been after this guy for years and years and years.
00:15:52And, you know, he's a violent guy.
00:15:55He gets up there and he tries to imitate my dance a little bit.
00:15:58But he's a violent guy and he's killed millions of people.
00:16:05He's tortured.
00:16:06They have a torture chamber in the middle of Caracas that they're closing up.
00:16:11But he's tortured people.
00:16:13And now what they do, the radical left, they actually have people and it's hard to get them.
00:16:18They're all paid people.
00:16:19Most of these people are paid.
00:16:21You know they're paid when they have brand new, beautiful printed signs by like the highest quality printer.
00:16:26And you have a woman, free Maduro.
00:16:31And the sign is before we even did the attack.
00:16:35Free Maduro.
00:16:36Why do you want him freed?
00:16:38I don't know, but he should be free.
00:16:41Oh, she reads the sign.
00:16:43What does that say?
00:16:44It says free Maduro.
00:16:45Well, that's what I believe.
00:16:46And, you know, you see the sign.
00:16:47It's like, Lisa, we should all have quality signage like that.
00:16:51The one thing I want, I want their sign maker.
00:16:53The guy is great.
00:16:54He does beautiful signage.
00:16:57You know, the old days was better when they used to write out their own sign, wasn't it?
00:17:00They'd make a sign in the basement.
00:17:02They'd have an old broken board holding up a sign and it's made with a magic marker.
00:17:07Sloppy as hell and it meant something.
00:17:09But today when you have that yellow and black, they should use different colors a little bit.
00:17:13But the yellow is a beautiful shade of yellow.
00:17:18No, I want to find out who that is.
00:17:20I want him to work for the Republican campaign.
00:17:23He's much better than our guy, whoever the guy is.
00:17:26But the United States proved once again that we have the most powerful, most lethal, most
00:17:33sophisticated and most fearsome.
00:17:37It's a fearsome military on planet Earth and it's not even close.
00:17:41You know, I've been saying it for a long time.
00:17:42Nobody can take us.
00:17:43Nobody.
00:17:44We don't want to have it.
00:17:45We don't have a discussion.
00:17:46But you read all and you see everything else.
00:17:49Nobody could have done that.
00:17:50Nobody has our weapons.
00:17:52Nobody has the quality of our weapons.
00:17:54The problem is we don't produce them fast enough.
00:17:56We're going to start producing them much faster.
00:17:57We're going to be very tough on the companies.
00:18:00We have the best weapons in the world, but it takes too long to get them, including allies
00:18:03when allies want to buy them.
00:18:05They have to wait four years for a plane, five years for a helicopter.
00:18:09We're not letting that happen anymore.
00:18:10We're telling our defense contractors, you're going to start building faster.
00:18:14You know, a guy makes...
00:18:16I have a big problem with it.
00:18:18I'm the king.
00:18:18I have sold more Boeings than any human being on Earth.
00:18:21They gave me an award.
00:18:23Salesman of the year.
00:18:24I said, what about salesman in the history of Boeing?
00:18:27I've sold more Boeing planes than any man in history by far.
00:18:31Probably over a thousand.
00:18:33Over a thousand planes.
00:18:34I said, that's the good news.
00:18:35But why should they wait three, four years to get a plane?
00:18:37They should get them immediately.
00:18:39The F-35s, it takes too long to get them.
00:18:42The Apache helicopter.
00:18:44I mean, I had India coming to me.
00:18:46Sir, I've been waiting five years.
00:18:47We're changing it.
00:18:49We're changing it.
00:18:50India ordered 68 Apaches.
00:18:53And Prime Minister Modi came to see me.
00:18:56Sir, may I see you, please?
00:18:58Yes.
00:18:59I have a very good relationship with him.
00:19:00He's not that happy with me because, you know, they're paying a lot of tariffs now because
00:19:04they're not doing the oil.
00:19:05But they are.
00:19:06They've now reduced it very substantially, as you know, from Russia.
00:19:10We're getting rich because of tariffs, by the way.
00:19:12I hope everyone understands that.
00:19:13They hate to report.
00:19:15We're going to have over $650 billion poured into our country or coming in shortly because
00:19:22of tariffs.
00:19:23You know, they're finding all of these pockets of money a couple of weeks ago.
00:19:28Sir, we're off by $39 billion.
00:19:32Oh, is that good or bad?
00:19:35Meaning, do we have it or are we short of it?
00:19:39Sir, it's $39 billion that we can't account for.
00:19:42That means we have an extra $39.
00:19:45Yes, sir.
00:19:45I said, well, what do you think?
00:19:49We just don't know where it came from.
00:19:51I said, check the tariff shelf.
00:19:55Sir, that tariff doesn't start until September.
00:19:58He said, no, no.
00:20:00It started about a month and a half ago.
00:20:03Check it.
00:20:03Comes back 25 minutes later.
00:20:06Sir, you were right.
00:20:07It came from tariffs.
00:20:08This never happened to us before.
00:20:10Where we fined plus $39 billion, not million, plus $39 billion.
00:20:18They were missing.
00:20:19We've taken $650 billion or shortcoming.
00:20:23And that's because I'm being nice.
00:20:26If I want to be.
00:20:27And we have national security because of tariffs.
00:20:30And frankly, we have a big Supreme Court case.
00:20:32I hope they do what's good for our country.
00:20:33I hope they do the right thing.
00:20:35The president has to be able to wheel and deal with tariffs.
00:20:39Now, if you have the right president, it's good.
00:20:41You have the wrong president.
00:20:42If you have the wrong president, nothing's good.
00:20:45Tariffs are the least of your problems.
00:20:47We found that out for four years.
00:20:50We had the worst president, did the worst job.
00:20:52They had the worst policy.
00:20:53We have to even run against these people.
00:20:56Now, I won't say cancel the election.
00:20:58They should cancel the election because the fake news will say,
00:21:01he wants the elections canceled.
00:21:02He's a dictator.
00:21:04They always call me a dictator.
00:21:05Nobody's worse than Obama and the people that surrounded Biden.
00:21:10Not Biden.
00:21:11I don't think it was Biden.
00:21:11He didn't know what the hell was going on, okay?
00:21:14The election was rigged.
00:21:15He had no idea what happened.
00:21:18He still doesn't.
00:21:20The auto pen.
00:21:21And by the way, you want to make a big deal out of the auto pen.
00:21:23The auto pen was your president.
00:21:25Because most of the things were signed by auto pen.
00:21:31And you're not allowed to do that.
00:21:33I signed very little.
00:21:34Now I just sign everything because it's just so crazy.
00:21:37But, you know, like I had the other day, we elevated a general to four stars.
00:21:42I think you should sign that.
00:21:43You know, that's a big deal.
00:21:45A general did a great job, was elevated to four stars.
00:21:48And I had the gentleman, and I signed it in front of him, held it up.
00:21:53You know, you've got to sign that.
00:21:54You can't give it to an auto pen.
00:21:55And you can always tell an auto pen.
00:21:57One thing, it has two little tiny dots.
00:21:59You know that?
00:21:59Two little dots.
00:22:00You know what that's from?
00:22:01Two pins.
00:22:03They go bing, bing, bing, bing.
00:22:06They're wonderful things.
00:22:07But you've got to sign it.
00:22:09And the law is you have to sign it.
00:22:11If somebody's, you know, telling the auto pen person,
00:22:15he has to be authorized by the president of the United States.
00:22:18Well, he wasn't.
00:22:19The guy barely knew the president.
00:22:21How many times did you speak to the president, right?
00:22:24He said two.
00:22:25And they just spoke about the weather.
00:22:27It was like this.
00:22:28But he was never authorized to sign.
00:22:30And I think it's, what is it, 95% of the things were signed by auto pen.
00:22:35You can tell because the auto pen is a nice, plain signature,
00:22:37and his signature is a mess.
00:22:39The only thing he signed was, which is nice, was Hunter's pardon.
00:22:44No, that's the only thing that we can find that he signed.
00:22:47Most of it he didn't sign.
00:22:49So somebody's sending papers to sign, and he wasn't the president.
00:22:55First of all, the election was rigged.
00:22:57You ought to have voter ID.
00:22:59You ought to insist on it.
00:23:01You ought to insist on it.
00:23:03Can you imagine?
00:23:04In California, they not only don't have voter ID, but if an official at the voting booths,
00:23:11which they don't have, by the way, because it's all mail,
00:23:14if an official, a voting official, even asks somebody for voter ID,
00:23:21sir, we'd like to see your identification.
00:23:24Do you come from our country?
00:23:26They put him in jail for tampering with the election.
00:23:31Okay?
00:23:32We've got to straighten this out before it gets too crazy.
00:23:36California's more corrupt than any place.
00:23:39California's more corrupt than Minnesota.
00:23:41And I won Minnesota.
00:23:43Well, Tom's gone.
00:23:45I think so.
00:23:46Well, it's close.
00:23:47It can't be proportionately.
00:23:49Probably nothing's more corrupt, right?
00:23:51You've got to win something.
00:23:52Yeah, right.
00:23:53He says you've got to win.
00:23:54I'll tell you what, I did great there three times.
00:23:57I was surprised three times.
00:23:59Those elections are corrupt.
00:24:01They got you one time, too.
00:24:03But I heard a long time ago, but they got you.
00:24:06But they've got to straighten those out.
00:24:08But we have to have voter ID.
00:24:09And, you know, when you confront a Democrat about voter ID, like in a debate or something,
00:24:16I said it a couple of times with Biden, it's just one.
00:24:18They're very embarrassed when they say, we want voter ID, voter identification.
00:24:28The only reason somebody doesn't want that is because they want to cheat.
00:24:32Our elections are crooked as hell.
00:24:34And you can not only win elections over that and not only win future elections, but you'll
00:24:40win every debate because the public is really angry about it.
00:24:43And you ought to pass the SAFE Act or whatever you're going to call it.
00:24:48Are we going to SAVE Act or the SAVE America Act?
00:24:51I think we're going to change the name a little bit.
00:24:52You're going to put that up for a vote?
00:24:54I think everybody in this room certainly should do it.
00:24:57And it's a bad vote for them because they're voting against things like voter ID and other
00:25:02things that are almost equal to voter ID.
00:25:04But when somebody says, no, we don't want voter ID, that means they're crooked.
00:25:08And the public understands it.
00:25:10You win elections with that.
00:25:12But I think it would be really important SAVE America Act if you would put that up for a vote.
00:25:17It's got my total endorsement.
00:25:19And all it is is common sense things about the election.
00:25:22And they'll fight it like crazy because they cheat.
00:25:25That's the only way they can win.
00:25:26When you have policy so bad, when you have policy with men in women's sports, men in women's
00:25:34sports, and they fight like hell for it.
00:25:36They still are.
00:25:37I saw the other day a person that you know very well, a congressman, was fighting like
00:25:40hell.
00:25:42And, you know, I was out the other day with somebody and I was with an ex-football player.
00:25:48The guy was massive.
00:25:49His leg was like this.
00:25:50And a young woman who plays flag football, and she's very good, supposedly, as an athlete.
00:25:56She's smaller than this guy's leg.
00:26:00Okay?
00:26:00And if they were playing football together, he wouldn't even have to run.
00:26:05He could just keep walking.
00:26:07They couldn't take him down.
00:26:08You know, he can't even believe it.
00:26:10But there are so many.
00:26:11They had a race, a long distance race.
00:26:14They had champion men, women.
00:26:16You know, one of those marathon deals.
00:26:17The man finished five hours and 14 minutes and 36 seconds sooner.
00:26:25He beat the champion woman by five hours.
00:26:29It's so demeaning to women.
00:26:31It's so ridiculous.
00:26:33Right?
00:26:33It's so ridiculous.
00:26:34The weightlifting.
00:26:34Take a look at the weightlifting records.
00:26:36One record stood for 18 years, and it was broken by 112 pounds.
00:26:45They couldn't get one-eighth of an ounce, you know?
00:26:47They put, speaker, they put an eighth of an ounce on.
00:26:51Then she's going to break the record for her mom who's sitting in the front with her father.
00:26:55I'm going to break it.
00:26:57And she's out there.
00:26:58We're adding one-eighth of an ounce to each side.
00:27:01This record has stood, ladies and gentlemen, for 18 years.
00:27:06But she's going to do it.
00:27:07She's looking to get into the Olympics, right?
00:27:11And she gets up, and they put a little tiny thing like this.
00:27:14Little thing.
00:27:16And my wife, by the way, my wife hates when I do this.
00:27:21She said, you know, she's a very classy person, right?
00:27:24And she said, it's so un-presidential.
00:27:29I said, but I did become president.
00:27:33Somebody.
00:27:34She hates when I dance.
00:27:35I said, everybody wants me to dance.
00:27:38Darling, it's not presidential.
00:27:42She actually said, could you imagine FDR dancing?
00:27:45She said that to me.
00:27:48And I said, there's a long history that perhaps she doesn't know.
00:27:54Because he was an elegant fellow, even as a Democrat, right?
00:28:00He was the attack by Japan.
00:28:02You know, he was quite elegant.
00:28:04But he wouldn't be doing this.
00:28:06But nor would too many others.
00:28:10But she says, darling, please, the weightlifting is terrible.
00:28:14And I have to say this, the dancing, they really like.
00:28:18She said, they don't like it.
00:28:19They're just being nice to you.
00:28:20I said, that's not right.
00:28:21The place goes crazy.
00:28:22They're screaming, dance, please.
00:28:25But the weightlifting.
00:28:26But no, the girl gets up.
00:28:29And you see, I want to be more, but I have somebody watching.
00:28:35I want to be more effusive.
00:28:37I want to really, yeah.
00:28:41But she gets it.
00:28:48Dropped the thing.
00:28:50Walks off the stage crying.
00:28:51Her mother's crying.
00:28:52Her father's crying.
00:28:53Guy gets up.
00:28:54He said, have you lifted before a little bit?
00:28:57And he walks up.
00:29:00Bing.
00:29:02He could have gone, ding, ding, ding, ding.
00:29:05I think it was 112 pounds.
00:29:08It's crazy.
00:29:10Or the beautiful boxer.
00:29:12They have boxing now.
00:29:14And that they have a young gentleman who transitioned.
00:29:18He was a very good boxer.
00:29:19But he wanted to be a woman, which is, you know, to each his own.
00:29:26Because I want to be very liberal when it comes to these subjects.
00:29:31I'm trying to get that vote.
00:29:32It's not an easy vote to get.
00:29:34It's very tough for me to get it.
00:29:36But he transitioned.
00:29:39And he's, he transitioned.
00:29:42And the girl was a champion boxer from Italy.
00:29:45Remember?
00:29:45She got up.
00:29:46First round.
00:29:47He hit her, boom, with a left.
00:29:50A left for those, everybody here knows about.
00:29:52But a left, Lisa knows better than anybody.
00:29:55But a left is defense.
00:29:57He goes, boom.
00:30:00She's like, oh my.
00:30:02She walked to the corner.
00:30:03Remember?
00:30:04She didn't go down.
00:30:05But you did everything else.
00:30:07But she said, I've never been hit like that before.
00:30:10I don't want to go out again.
00:30:12You can do it.
00:30:13You can do it.
00:30:14Bang.
00:30:15She walked off.
00:30:16She said, that's, it's, he happened to win the gold medal, that young woman.
00:30:21You won the gold medal.
00:30:23There were two transition people.
00:30:25They both won gold medals.
00:30:27The whole thing is ridiculous.
00:30:30You have policy on your side.
00:30:32They don't have policy on your side.
00:30:34Right?
00:30:35You have policy.
00:30:38And I saw this guy fighting like hell.
00:30:41The swimming records is ridiculous when you look at the swimming, any records.
00:30:45It's crazy.
00:30:45And it's so demeaning to women.
00:30:47Women are the, you know.
00:30:49And for a long time, they refused to talk about it.
00:30:52They were embarrassed to talk about it.
00:30:53Now they do talk about it.
00:30:55They talk about it openly.
00:30:56But they have the worst policy on everything.
00:30:58Open borders.
00:30:59We want open borders.
00:31:00You know, they still want an open border.
00:31:02We did the greatest job ever on borders.
00:31:05And, you know, I think they forgot it.
00:31:07My guy said to me today, I have a great guy, Ross.
00:31:10He's the greatest speechwriter.
00:31:12He said, sir, let's not mention the border.
00:31:13Nobody cares about the border anymore.
00:31:15Can you believe it?
00:31:17This was the biggest, hello.
00:31:19This was the biggest thing there was.
00:31:22It says to me, nobody cares about the border.
00:31:24Because it has a shelf life.
00:31:26I fixed the border.
00:31:28I fixed it in my first term.
00:31:30But now I really had to fix it.
00:31:32It was much worse, you know, when I came into office.
00:31:35Millions and millions of people were pouring into our country.
00:31:39And I fixed it.
00:31:40And my guy, who's incredible, says, people don't want to hear it, sir.
00:31:43You've done that.
00:31:44The problem is people forget that I did it.
00:31:47They totally forget.
00:31:48They were talking about it the other day.
00:31:49We don't like Donald Trump on this.
00:31:51We don't like Donald Trump on that.
00:31:53And somebody just out of the blue said, well, he did an unbelievable job.
00:31:57Who cares about that?
00:31:59They're saying, like, you know, that's been done.
00:32:01What do we do about that, Mike?
00:32:03Everything you do.
00:32:04It's almost like what have you done lately is the way you have to run your life.
00:32:10In other words, I could have the most unbelievable four years.
00:32:16And I guess I'm not allowed to run.
00:32:18I'm not sure.
00:32:19Is there a little something out there that I'm not allowed to run?
00:32:22But let's assume I was allowed to run.
00:32:25I could have.
00:32:27There's going to be a constitutional movement.
00:32:30No, I could have the most unbelievable four years.
00:32:34Everything was great.
00:32:35But in the last week, I made a little slip up in something.
00:32:40And you lose the election.
00:32:41It's like.
00:32:42So we can't let them forget that we did such a great job on the border.
00:32:48By the way, Venezuela, everyone, they're marching in the streets.
00:32:51They love it.
00:32:51Except in New York.
00:32:52I mean, where do they find these people?
00:32:56These people.
00:32:56They're not like.
00:32:58These people are a mess.
00:32:59I know it's not nice to say that.
00:33:01These people are a mess.
00:33:03Where do they find these people?
00:33:05They're the worst looking people I've ever seen.
00:33:08They really.
00:33:09They got hats that are all frayed and all.
00:33:12It looks like.
00:33:13They're all paid.
00:33:15They don't even know what they're talking.
00:33:17When the people.
00:33:18The reporters don't interview them because they know that.
00:33:20It's you know, the reporters.
00:33:21The press is so anti.
00:33:23It's hard to believe the press could be so anti.
00:33:26Because it's all common sense.
00:33:27You know, it's not we're conservative, we're conservative, whatever.
00:33:30It doesn't matter.
00:33:31It's we're all common sense people.
00:33:33It's not even conservative.
00:33:34It's common sense.
00:33:35But the press has no credibility whatsoever.
00:33:39Think of it.
00:33:40I got 97 percent bad stories on one network.
00:33:45Ninety three percent on the other.
00:33:46And I won in a landslide.
00:33:48You know what that means?
00:33:49The press has no credibility.
00:33:51That's all it means.
00:33:53And we got to keep it that way.
00:33:55So I don't talk too much about the swimming, the weightlifting, the boxing.
00:34:00I don't talk about it.
00:34:01You know why?
00:34:02I want to start bringing it up about a week before the election.
00:34:05Because I don't want them to correct themselves.
00:34:08I don't want them to say, you know, we've decided that we don't want to have men playing in women's sports.
00:34:15That would be a devastating blow for us.
00:34:17Because that's, you know, they say, it's an 80-20.
00:34:20No, no.
00:34:20It's about a 98-2 issue.
00:34:24We've decided that we will not have open borders with the entire world from the Congo.
00:34:32Prisons from the Congo.
00:34:33These are extraordinarily tough people.
00:34:35These are people that make our motorcycle gangs look like fine young men.
00:34:41Okay.
00:34:41Our motorcycle gangs are wonderful people by comparison.
00:34:47No, they come in from prisons in the Congo.
00:34:49They come in from prisons from all over the world.
00:34:51But in particular, Venezuela, a trend de Aragua.
00:34:55Trend de Aragua comes in and trend de Aragua.
00:34:58They say it's the worst gang in the world.
00:35:00It makes our gangs look like little sweethearts.
00:35:02It makes our gangs, you want to take them out to dinner.
00:35:05They're so nice.
00:35:05They cut off the fingers of people.
00:35:08One guy makes a phone call in Colorado.
00:35:10The governor stinks in Colorado.
00:35:11He's no control.
00:35:13So trend de Aragua, they don't want to do anything about it.
00:35:15So ICE has to go in and take them out because the governor doesn't want to do anything.
00:35:19But they make a phone call.
00:35:21They've taken over my building.
00:35:23The landlord's calling.
00:35:25They took over his building.
00:35:26So the governor doesn't want to do anything.
00:35:28But he calls the police.
00:35:30The guy.
00:35:31They come in.
00:35:32Did you call the police?
00:35:34This is trend de Aragua.
00:35:35We're talking to the man that owns the building.
00:35:38Did you call the police here?
00:35:40Boom.
00:35:40They cut off his fingers.
00:35:42If you call him again, the next time your hand comes off, do you believe?
00:35:46The guy's walking around, his fingers were cut off.
00:35:49And these are the animals that we're throwing the hell out of here.
00:35:52Washington, D.C. is now the safest city in the country.
00:36:00And you people know that better than anybody because you were, I mean, think of it.
00:36:05You're in Congress.
00:36:06You're respected people.
00:36:07You're afraid to walk outside.
00:36:08But Washington, D.C., you know, we had a terror attack four weeks ago.
00:36:13And one person's looking down from heaven, and the other one is actually recuperating
00:36:17and going to make it, I think.
00:36:19But really badly hurt.
00:36:21Really badly hurt.
00:36:22Most positive mother I've ever...
00:36:24No, my son's going to be fine, sir.
00:36:26The mother was telling me that the night of the attack, I went just like I went to you.
00:36:31I just...
00:36:32I spoke to this incredible woman.
00:36:34Sir, everyone's praying for my son.
00:36:35He's going to be fine.
00:36:36The doctors thought she was, you know...
00:36:38Just hoping against help.
00:36:40There was no chance.
00:36:42And two weeks ago, he got up and started walking around.
00:36:45It's amazing, actually.
00:36:47So maybe some really...
00:36:49It looks like he could be...
00:36:51Okay, he's going to have pretty bad after effects.
00:36:56But that was a different...
00:36:57That was a terrorist attack on people that are doing a great job.
00:37:01And he could have been anywhere.
00:37:03But we haven't had a murder.
00:37:05You know, we would have, on average, two murders a week in Washington.
00:37:09I don't even like talking about it.
00:37:10Two murders a week in Washington, D.C.
00:37:13We haven't had one in seven months.
00:37:17People can walk out now.
00:37:19You can walk down with your wife down to the restaurants, which are booming, by the way.
00:37:24I mean, if you go back to before I got in...
00:37:27And we did a pretty good job four years ago, but there was never this, you know, in my first term.
00:37:33So when we were...
00:37:34During the first term, we were pretty good.
00:37:36But, you know, it wasn't like that big of an issue.
00:37:38It became a big issue because people were being mugged all over the place.
00:37:42We had a couple of people working in the White House that were killed.
00:37:45We had one guy waiting for his wife in a car.
00:37:47They said, get out of your car.
00:37:50He said, well, I'm waiting for my wife.
00:37:52They blew his head off.
00:37:53The wife is walking up to the car.
00:37:56Animals.
00:37:56And then they get angry when I say, they're animals.
00:38:01Nancy Pelosi, they're not animals.
00:38:02They're human beings.
00:38:03No, they're not.
00:38:04This is another thing.
00:38:05That's a 98-2 issue also.
00:38:09No, they're animals.
00:38:10And we've taken them out.
00:38:11We've took out over 2,000 people, brought them back to their countries from where they came.
00:38:16Or they're in prison now in Washington.
00:38:18Because it's not just like...
00:38:20You have to take the bad ones out.
00:38:222%, 3% of the population causes 90% of the crime.
00:38:26Think of it.
00:38:272% of the population.
00:38:30In Washington, D.C. causes 90% of the crime.
00:38:35So when you get rid of the 2%, we took out over 2,000 people.
00:38:39Got them out of the country or in prison.
00:38:42Some were so bad that we didn't want to send them back to their countries because they'll
00:38:45come back in, even though it's hard now.
00:38:47But, you know, they're pretty smart.
00:38:49They're sick, but they're smart.
00:38:51But you're now living in one of the safest cities in the country.
00:38:54It's a great thing.
00:38:55You can walk to the restaurants.
00:38:56Restaurants are booming.
00:38:57New restaurants are open.
00:38:58They were all closing.
00:38:58You wouldn't have had a restaurant.
00:39:02And I don't know about you, but to me, those soldiers standing there look so good.
00:39:07I'm not going to feel safe walking down the street without them.
00:39:11I don't think you would either.
00:39:12Even though, you know, we took out so many criminals, I just feel better.
00:39:16To me, they're beautiful.
00:39:18I look at these soldiers and you feel safe.
00:39:22You feel safe.
00:39:23I don't think if we took them out, even if the crime wasn't much, it would definitely be
00:39:27more.
00:39:28We did a great job in Chicago.
00:39:30They don't want to talk about it.
00:39:31We, you know, against all this, this slob of a governor, this stupid slob who's, the family
00:39:37threw him out of the business.
00:39:39He was a dope.
00:39:39And the Pritzker family.
00:39:42But they threw him out of the business.
00:39:44And the mayor, he's a low IQ person.
00:39:46Extremely low IQ.
00:39:47We should give everybody, like, these competency tests, right?
00:39:53The cognitive, they call it cognitive.
00:39:56You know, I'm the only president that went for cognitive.
00:39:59I think every president and vice president should be forced to take cognitive exams, mental
00:40:04tests, like, are they intelligent?
00:40:08Wouldn't it be nice?
00:40:10Do you think Waltz could pass a cognitive test as an example?
00:40:13No.
00:40:14Do you think Kamala could?
00:40:16I don't think Gavin could.
00:40:18He's got a good line of crap.
00:40:20But other than that, he couldn't pass.
00:40:22I mean, here's a guy who didn't want to have water coming down from the Pacific Northwest.
00:40:26Why?
00:40:27You know, they have a little tiny fish.
00:40:30It's a little tiny fish.
00:40:31Not doing well.
00:40:32You know why?
00:40:32No water.
00:40:34They're sending water.
00:40:36It's too much.
00:40:37It's killing the fish.
00:40:37So they cut it off.
00:40:38And then they have 25,000 houses burned down.
00:40:42They don't know why.
00:40:43No, I think I believe in it.
00:40:45I'm the only one that took a cognitive test.
00:40:48I do medical.
00:40:49It's the worst.
00:40:51If I don't do a medical exam, because I've had times where I went longer, because I'm busy.
00:40:55If I don't do a medical exam, they say, Trump's not doing an exam.
00:41:00There must be something wrong with him.
00:41:02If I do the exam, they say, why did he do this?
00:41:08Why did he do this part of an exam?
00:41:11That's, he did too much.
00:41:14There's something wrong with him.
00:41:16Do you remember, there was a period, Mike, where I had 32 days in a row, I did one press
00:41:22conference, two, three, sometimes four, I do them behind the desk, just do it, do press
00:41:28conferences.
00:41:29But I do many press conferences.
00:41:31So in 32 days, and then one day, just one day, this is 32 days in a row, must be some
00:41:39kind of a crazy record.
00:41:41Then one day, do you remember, I didn't do one, because I took Kai, my very brilliant
00:41:47golfer, beautiful young lady who swings the club so beautifully, she's a great scratch
00:41:53golfer, and loves playing, Grandpa, would you take me to play golf?
00:42:00So I ran, you know, I play golf in like, record, I play speed golf.
00:42:05It's better that way.
00:42:07You know the expression?
00:42:09Miss it quick.
00:42:12No, I play speed golf, but I'm a good golfer.
00:42:14Everybody knows, anybody that I've beaten in this group, but I love to play golf, but
00:42:21I don't get to play much.
00:42:22But I took off two hours, and the press couldn't find me, but they knew I was there, because
00:42:29they, you know, they follow me.
00:42:31And I was getting friends, are you okay?
00:42:34Guys are calling me up, some of the guys in this room.
00:42:37Sir, are you okay?
00:42:39Yeah, what's the problem?
00:42:40There's a report, sir, that you're no longer with us.
00:42:46Remember that?
00:42:47No.
00:42:49The report was that I was no, I don't want to use the D word, it's such a horrible word.
00:42:56Dead.
00:42:56I don't like that.
00:42:58There's a report, sir, that you're no longer with us.
00:43:02They said, well, I just hit a 280-yard drive.
00:43:06This isn't bad.
00:43:09And, you know, it's one of the, and it took me a couple of weeks to get that one straightened
00:43:14out.
00:43:15The new one is they did a report in the fake news New York Times, where I work this day
00:43:21from early in the morning till late in the evening, but we don't give out a full schedule.
00:43:26It's like you go, who the hell wants to give out a schedule to these people?
00:43:30But it's all work.
00:43:32And this, in particular, this day was brutal.
00:43:35I never got to leave the seat.
00:43:37I couldn't, you couldn't do anything.
00:43:39It was just one after another after another.
00:43:42And this went on from early in the morning till late in the evening.
00:43:46And my people gave out a report.
00:43:49He had lunch.
00:43:51They show a report, lunch with somebody.
00:43:53And they did a story.
00:43:56Donald Trump is slowing down.
00:43:59He only had lunch.
00:44:01And then he went back up.
00:44:03And they said, that's malfeasance, right?
00:44:08No, it's terrible.
00:44:09I was actually more angry with my people than I was with the New York Times.
00:44:14But they wrote a story.
00:44:16And it takes you a period of time to recover from these hits.
00:44:18And it's almost no matter what you do, but you have to keep a positive eye.
00:44:24But we have a fake press.
00:44:26We did a thing that's so incredible on medicine that nobody has ever done it.
00:44:33Reducing favored nations.
00:44:34Most favored nations.
00:44:35We reduced the cost of medicine at levels that have never even been dreamt of before.
00:44:43We should win the elections on just that thing if we did nothing else and went home.
00:44:49Go home.
00:44:50We did favored nations where we're bringing down the price of a pill.
00:44:54As an example, in London, the pill sells for $10.
00:44:58In New York, it sells for $130.
00:45:03That's 13 times as much.
00:45:07Most favored is, I want to pay what the lowest nation in the world is paying.
00:45:12Everybody knew about it, but nobody had the guts or the stamina to do it or the respect from other nations.
00:45:19But I do.
00:45:20And then you also had to get the drug companies.
00:45:22The drug companies were not easy, but they were much easier compared to the other nations.
00:45:27So the other nations used to tell the drug companies, we're not going to pay more.
00:45:31You kept it for years the same price.
00:45:33Everything.
00:45:34We just kept going up, up, up.
00:45:36And finally, I had the drug companies, and I said, listen, fellas, you can't do this.
00:45:41You can't do it anymore.
00:45:42I'm not going to let it.
00:45:43We're going to do it.
00:45:44And you're not going to do it.
00:45:45And I did things to them that were brutal.
00:45:47But I really found out it was the nations that were so tough.
00:45:49So when France was told that the pill will go from $10 to $30, it's a big increase, right?
00:45:57But it's not really.
00:45:59And that ours would come down from $12 or $13 down to $30.
00:46:05So theirs would go from $10 to $20 or $30.
00:46:08And ours would go from $13 down to, meaning $130 down to $20 or $30.
00:46:17So it's a huge drop for us.
00:46:19Now, depending on the way you calculate it, it could be thousands of percent down.
00:46:26It could also be 90% and 80%.
00:46:28You know, there's two ways of calculating it.
00:46:30I don't know if you know.
00:46:31They said, Donald Trump exaggerates.
00:46:32Now, there are two ways of calculating it.
00:46:35But calculate it at 80%, 90%.
00:46:37But the other way is more accurate, like 900%.
00:46:42Because that's what it really is.
00:46:44But there are two ways.
00:46:45But be generous, 90%.
00:46:48There hasn't been a reduction in 28 years, except for the one year where I got it down one quarter of 1%
00:46:55and I had a news conference, I was so proud of myself.
00:46:59The drug prices, prescription drugs, are going to be down by thousands of points.
00:47:07Thousands.
00:47:08On that one item, you should win this election.
00:47:13The New York Times barely wrote about it.
00:47:17The other papers barely wrote about it.
00:47:19Nobody even knows that the drug prices...
00:47:22Now, people will say, how do...
00:47:25You don't mind if I don't read this crazy teleprompter, do you?
00:47:29Because, you know, do you mind?
00:47:31Because I have...
00:47:32It's called standard.
00:47:34But these things are so important because you guys got to get elected.
00:47:38Because if you don't get elected, we have a country that's going to go to hell.
00:47:42So we can't play games.
00:47:44Ladies and gentlemen, the sun will rise tomorrow.
00:47:47And when it rises, we will all...
00:47:49We don't need this bullshit.
00:47:51We need to talk about favored nations.
00:47:55And your numbers are coming down at levels that nobody's ever seen.
00:47:59We inherited high prices.
00:48:02We inherited a mess.
00:48:04We inherited the greatest inflation in history.
00:48:07And you know what was knocking it down?
00:48:10The bad economy that we inherited.
00:48:13We inherited bad...
00:48:14We now have the hottest economy in the history of our country.
00:48:18We have $18 trillion being invested in the United States.
00:48:24You have...
00:48:24Every one of you have car plants, AI plants, plants of all different types.
00:48:30Because of tariffs.
00:48:31I hope we get the good ruling from the Supreme Court.
00:48:34I only hope we do.
00:48:36Because it's given us tremendous national security.
00:48:39So let me just finish up.
00:48:40Because you know I weave.
00:48:41I love to weave.
00:48:43If you ever weave and don't come back to the point, then that's a problem.
00:48:47Then you say...
00:48:48But when you weave and you go here and boom, boom, boom, always coming back,
00:48:53then you're in good shape.
00:48:56But what's happening is by doing what I did, we're getting numbers that are so low.
00:49:03But what did I do to the countries?
00:49:05I said, France, your health care for prescription drugs is going to go up triple.
00:49:13It's going from $10 a pill, just as an example.
00:49:16I called it the fat drug.
00:49:17You could say the fat drug.
00:49:19Hozempic.
00:49:20Hozempic is $80 in London.
00:49:24And it's $1,300 in New York.
00:49:27The fat drug.
00:49:30A friend of mine called me up.
00:49:32He said, what the hell is going on?
00:49:34A very rich guy.
00:49:34But he...
00:49:35I said, the fat drug doesn't work on you.
00:49:37Why are you even taking it?
00:49:39The drug has failed miserably.
00:49:41But he's a very loud, boisterous.
00:49:44He's not a bad guy.
00:49:45Not a great guy.
00:49:46Smart as hell.
00:49:48But he's a very rich guy.
00:49:50This drug, he could have paid millions for it.
00:49:53It wouldn't have mattered.
00:49:54But he said, in London, I'm paying 80 bucks.
00:50:01In New York, I'm paying, like, many times more than that.
00:50:05What the hell is this?
00:50:06That's because of what's happened.
00:50:09Because the nation's held us back.
00:50:11So the drug companies, I made a deal with them.
00:50:13You're going to do it?
00:50:14They said, whatever the nations agreed to.
00:50:16The nations were a bigger problem than the drug companies.
00:50:18So, I said, you're telling me they'll...
00:50:20They'll never agree, sir.
00:50:23I said, 100% they will.
00:50:25100%.
00:50:26They said, sir, the smartest guy, Eli Lilly, Merck, Pfizer, all genius.
00:50:32They're all making numbers you wouldn't believe.
00:50:35The defense contractors are making more.
00:50:38That's why I'm going to say, you're making $45 million a year and you can't produce a freaking
00:50:44helicopter for seven years?
00:50:47We're going to talk to them about that.
00:50:48But I said to the friends, I called up, as an example, France, just as an example, I like
00:50:54him, he's a nice guy.
00:50:55Emmanuel, you know Emmanuel, Macron, Macron, I love the French accent, Emmanuel.
00:51:02They said, listen, you're going to have to raise your prices a little bit because we're
00:51:08paying 14 times more than you.
00:51:12That's a lot, right?
00:51:14We're paying numbers.
00:51:15In other words, we're making up for all of this deficit.
00:51:19No, no, no, no, no.
00:51:21I don't know.
00:51:22I will not be able to.
00:51:23Mr. President, please excuse me.
00:51:25Most people call me Mr. President, except for people that don't respect me, they call
00:51:29me dumb, which there are probably a lot of them, too.
00:51:32But they said, no, no, no, no.
00:51:35Putin calls me Mr. President.
00:51:38She calls me Mr. President.
00:51:41Emmanuel goes, no, no, no.
00:51:43We will not do that.
00:51:44I said, yes, you will, Emmanuel, 100%, because I was told they wouldn't do it.
00:51:48And this is, you can take Emmanuel and add of Hans, you can add of Ludwig, you can add
00:51:55every name in the book.
00:51:57It's all the same.
00:51:57The answer is, no, we're not going to double our drug prices, not for you or anybody else.
00:52:03I said, yes, you are, 100%.
00:52:07We are not going to do it.
00:52:09No, no, no.
00:52:10You never understand.
00:52:13100%.
00:52:13You're going to do it and you're going to like it.
00:52:16They go, I don't understand.
00:52:19I've told you five times, why do you keep saying you're going to do it?
00:52:23Because I'm always right about, Trump is right about everything, right?
00:52:26They said, the hat.
00:52:27Trump is right about, I haven't been right about everything.
00:52:30Got to keep it going.
00:52:31Is there wood up here?
00:52:32Hold it.
00:52:32Ah, I would like to, just in case, Trump was right about everything.
00:52:39And I said, so you're going to do it, Emmanuel?
00:52:42No, I'm not.
00:52:43He said, okay, here's the story, Emmanuel.
00:52:46If on Monday you haven't agreed to every single thing that we want, I'm putting a 25% tariff
00:52:52on everything coming out of France, including your wines, your champagnes, and everything
00:52:58else.
00:52:58No, no, no, no, you cannot do that.
00:53:01I said, I can do that, and I will do that, even for national security I'll do that, but
00:53:07this is for medical security, and 100%.
00:53:12Now, let me explain.
00:53:14The tariff I'm imposing on you is 42 times more expensive than what I'm asking for you
00:53:20in return.
00:53:21So you can either have a 25% tariff added on to you, like I did with China on fentanyl.
00:53:28I put a 20% penalty tax on China, and it's drying up, because the tax is far more than
00:53:35they make with fentanyl.
00:53:38But with the other nations, I said, you're going to do it.
00:53:41And you know what he said?
00:53:42I said, you can't do that to me.
00:53:44I said, yes, I can.
00:53:46Don't worry about it.
00:53:47It's not going to be that bad.
00:53:48You just have to explain it to your people, your 39 million people that, by the way, don't
00:53:53vote by mail.
00:53:54They vote on paper ballots.
00:53:57They tried voting by mail, and there was fraud all over the country.
00:54:00We're the only country that votes by mail, essentially.
00:54:03You know that, right?
00:54:04You know, Speaker, that's another thing.
00:54:07We're the only country that's stupid enough to vote by mail.
00:54:11Even Jimmy Carter's commission said, don't do it.
00:54:13But just to finish, so that you won't say he wanders, Emmanuel said to me, Donald, you
00:54:24have a deal.
00:54:25I would love to increase my prescription drug prices by 200% or whatever.
00:54:33I would love to do it.
00:54:34It would be such an honor.
00:54:35Whatever you want, Donald, please.
00:54:37Don't tell the population.
00:54:39Please, Donald, I beg you.
00:54:42Every country said the same thing, no, no, no, we will not do this.
00:54:46Some were strong, some were very nice, some were rude.
00:54:50But they all said one thing, no, we won't.
00:54:53And within, I'd say on average, 3.2 minutes, they were all saying, we would be honored to
00:55:02quadruple our drug prices.
00:55:05So we would be honored to quadruple our prices if that's what you like.
00:55:08We want to make you happy.
00:55:09Okay.
00:55:10All right, well, I'll charge you a tariff and you're going to increase your drug prices
00:55:13by three times what they were paying two days ago, right?
00:55:17And we have now favored nation.
00:55:21You think Biden could do that?
00:55:22I don't think so.
00:55:23Think Biden ever thought of it?
00:55:25Now everybody's wanted favored nations, but everybody knew it was impossible to get the
00:55:30countries to agree to it because they wouldn't have done.
00:55:33And they've been doing this for 40 years or whatever it is.
00:55:36We were subsidizing the entire world.
00:55:39That's just one of the many things we're giving.
00:55:41But you should take that thing.
00:55:43That's going to save.
00:55:45Now, that also, when you add that to healthcare, your drug prices are much lower than what you
00:55:50projected.
00:55:51We use healthcare by a lot.
00:55:53One other thing on healthcare, it's never been our issue.
00:55:56It should be our issue.
00:55:58We had a very nasty vote from a couple of people, I guess Collins, I guess Lisa Murkowski, and
00:56:05I guess a man named John McCain.
00:56:08Remember?
00:56:09Thumbs down.
00:56:10You remember.
00:56:11He said, for 10 years he campaigned, I don't want to be nasty, but for 10 years he campaigned
00:56:16on Obamacare, we're going to destroy Obamacare, we're not going to do it, and then we're going
00:56:21to terminate it, and then, huh, it was surprising.
00:56:28We could have had healthcare, good deal, because Obamacare is bad, and the people understand
00:56:33it's bad, and the premiums are horrible.
00:56:36But one thing I've learned, I've learned a lot about healthcare.
00:56:39I found healthcare sort of like, not of tremendous interest, but it was very important.
00:56:46And I've made it of tremendous interest.
00:56:49So I made a statement a couple of months ago, because I saw the numbers, I said, boy, because
00:56:54you know, I like to see what's going on.
00:56:56That's one of the reasons.
00:56:57By the way, we set an all-time record again today.
00:57:00We have the highest stock market in the history of our country, by far, every single month.
00:57:05That's another thing he should campaign.
00:57:06You know, they like to demean that.
00:57:08You know what the Democrats ... Well, that doesn't mean anything.
00:57:10That's justification.
00:57:11No, no.
00:57:12That means jobs, and it means 401ks, because a lot of people have 401ks.
00:57:17And they have ... Hello ... Best lawyer in the room ... The best ... Have 401ks, and they
00:57:24have 401ks ... Like ... I had a young policeman ... I told this story twice, but it was the same
00:57:31thing.
00:57:32I had a case ... I had a case years ago, because I had a great economy.
00:57:36You know, we had the greatest economy in history during my first term.
00:57:39My first term was a tremendous success.
00:57:41But, again, nobody wants to talk about that.
00:57:45We rebuilt our military.
00:57:46We did things that nobody could have done.
00:57:48We did a great job.
00:57:50This term is blowing it away.
00:57:52It's blowing every term.
00:57:53There's never been a president that had a year like this, especially a starting year.
00:57:57And we should win based on that, too.
00:57:59All things.
00:58:00But the 401k ... So there's a policeman, and he comes up, and he was guarding me along with
00:58:07lots of other people.
00:58:08I said, I want to thank you.
00:58:10My wife thinks I am the worst investor in the world.
00:58:15And for the last year, I have ... She thinks now I'm Warren Buffett.
00:58:23She said, you're smarter than Warren Buffett.
00:58:25You're a better investor than Mr. Warren Buffett, sir.
00:58:28I said, how's your 401k?
00:58:31It's doubled.
00:58:33It's going up.
00:58:34It's going up, boys.
00:58:35Just relax.
00:58:37But 401ks are through the roof.
00:58:39Those are us.
00:58:41Those are the people.
00:58:43We have the highest stock market in history.
00:58:4647 days out of 11 months ... We have just a piece of the last month left for the first
00:58:53year.
00:58:5447 days out of 11 months ... We hit a new record.
00:58:58Well, we hit one last night ... We hit another one today, I understand.
00:59:03But we hit one last night ... A new record ... Brand new record ... All exchanges ... Not just
00:59:09Dow ... Dow is up ... But all of them ... We have another record ... That's the 47th time
00:59:15in 11 months ... That we've hit an all-time high ... And the future ... Because we have
00:59:22more money coming into our country than any country has ever had by far ... The record
00:59:27was about $3 trillion many years ago ... By China ... We've got $18 trillion pouring into our country.
00:59:37You know why?
00:59:38Because of tariffs.
00:59:39Because if they build a factory, they don't have to pay any tariff.
00:59:44But if they make it in another country and they send it in, they have a very big tariff
00:59:49to pay.
00:59:51So they can't pay that tariff.
00:59:52So what they do is they come in and they're building ... By the way, this is what China
00:59:55did to us for many years.
00:59:57It's just reversing it.
00:59:58Other than ... We have ... We have a great product.
01:00:02We have a great ... We were losing our product, though.
01:00:04Tell you what, if I had lost this election ... If you had Kamala ... It's the same thing,
01:00:08Joe and Kamala ... I call them equals.
01:00:11If you had Kamala come in, I believe that our country would have been Venezuela on steroids.
01:00:20I used to say that during the campaign.
01:00:24If I don't win, we're going to have Venezuela.
01:00:26So we have $18 trillion coming in.
01:00:29I think we could hit $20 trillion by the time the year is up, right?
01:00:32Less than one year, $18 trillion.
01:00:34The record is $3 trillion.
01:00:36$3 trillion is a lot of money.
01:00:38$18 trillion is not even ... That's all investment.
01:00:42That's building factories.
01:00:43That's building plants.
01:00:44You know how many car factories we have?
01:00:47Half of you guys are having car factories.
01:00:49Where you are ... Louisiana is doing great.
01:00:54Georgia, right next to you, is doing great.
01:00:56Hello.
01:00:57Nice guy.
01:00:58All nice people.
01:01:00Actually, in this room, I can't see any ... Is there anybody I'm supposed to dislike
01:01:04in this room?
01:01:05I think that ... I think that a couple of people maybe didn't show up.
01:01:09There's only one that I really dislike.
01:01:12I mean ... I really ... The same person that Mike gave up on, because there's something
01:01:16wrong with him.
01:01:17He's a sick person.
01:01:19But there's only one, really.
01:01:20The others, I just have to ... You just have to understand them.
01:01:24You know, they have some problems, too.
01:01:26But you just have to sort of go with them and understand them, feel sorry for them.
01:01:32Advise their family.
01:01:33Are they okay?
01:01:35Because what we're doing is right.
01:01:37But $18 trillion, car plants being built.
01:01:41I was in Japan.
01:01:43Somebody admonished me, he shouldn't be traveling.
01:01:46I don't like to travel.
01:01:49I don't like to travel.
01:01:50But when I travel, I make a lot of money for the country, not for me.
01:01:54For me, I don't make ... I don't care.
01:01:56I have a much higher purpose.
01:01:58I have plenty of money.
01:01:59I don't need money.
01:02:00I don't want money.
01:02:01I want to make money for the country.
01:02:04And like I did with Intel.
01:02:07Intel came in.
01:02:08They had a problem.
01:02:09I said, I can solve the problem, but I think you should give the United States 10% of your
01:02:13company.
01:02:14He goes, whoa, I said, yeah, I think I can help you with the problem, but you got to
01:02:20give the United States, not me.
01:02:23Sometimes I'll say, give me, but when I say me, I'm talking about, I'd love to accept it,
01:02:27but I don't think that law enforcement would like that, right?
01:02:30I'm very cognizant of law enforcement, perhaps more than anybody in history.
01:02:35Actually, a friend of mine who's really smart said, you know, you've got to be the most honest
01:02:41guy in history, because you have been examined, your books, your records, I have a big business.
01:02:48Every record, I had these Democrats hired the biggest accounting firms, the biggest law
01:02:54firms, the biggest.
01:02:56I went through years of abuse.
01:03:00And here I am.
01:03:01They didn't find anything wrong.
01:03:02Remember?
01:03:03We want his tax returns for years.
01:03:07We want his, finally the Supreme Court, shockingly, I'm the only one, this couldn't happen to
01:03:15anybody else.
01:03:17You have to give your tax returns, right?
01:03:20I gave my tax returns, they're from here to here, it's a big business, it's a great business.
01:03:27And it's, I built a great business, like much bigger and better than anyone even understands.
01:03:32But I gave my tax returns, they go from here to the ceiling, practically.
01:03:35They got a headline, Trump to give tax returns, Supreme Court ruled that, they give my tax
01:03:42returns.
01:03:43Can you believe it?
01:03:44Everyone said, you're not supposed to, you're not supposed to do that.
01:03:47And by fighting, they think you're trying to hide something, you know, naturally.
01:03:51I gave my tax returns.
01:03:53That's the last we ever heard.
01:03:56They hired the biggest accounting firm in the world, most powerful lawyers in the world.
01:04:01They spent millions and millions of dollars going over those returns.
01:04:06There hasn't been one story that I did anything wrong.
01:04:10So this friend of mine who's highly sophisticated, rich guy, smart guy, said there's nobody that
01:04:17I know that could have gone through an examination like that and not ended up in prison.
01:04:24Nobody ever had to suffer like I did.
01:04:27Nobody ever did that to anybody else.
01:04:30You know, there was an expression, Andrew Jackson was the most abused president in the history
01:04:36of the United States.
01:04:37You know who second was?
01:04:38This before me.
01:04:39You know who second was?
01:04:41Abraham Lincoln.
01:04:43But he had a civil war.
01:04:45So we have to give him a pass.
01:04:47But Andrew Jackson was treated horribly.
01:04:49He was a great general and a good president.
01:04:52So bad that his wife died.
01:04:53I mean, his wife died.
01:04:54They were horrible.
01:04:56But I just saw a report came out the other day.
01:04:59I blow them away.
01:05:00I blow.
01:05:01He never got impeached twice.
01:05:04I got impeached twice or nothing on a perfect phone call.
01:05:08Remember?
01:05:09Perfect phone call.
01:05:10Tim Scott, who's a great guy, great, wonderful guy.
01:05:14South Carolina, straight guy.
01:05:18Right?
01:05:19He is a good guy.
01:05:20Good person.
01:05:21He's an honest person.
01:05:22He read a transcript.
01:05:25Thank goodness I had a transcript.
01:05:28Essentially, the call was taped because they taped calls.
01:05:31I didn't even know.
01:05:32So was that call taped?
01:05:33Yes, sir.
01:05:34I said, oh, well, bring it down.
01:05:37Well, bring it down.
01:05:38I don't even know.
01:05:39And we read the transcript.
01:05:41It was perfect.
01:05:42It was so good.
01:05:44I told Ukraine not to cheat.
01:05:47And if you see any cheating reported to the attorney general of the United States, that
01:05:51was that was my call.
01:05:52They said he was trying to intimidate.
01:05:54I said, just don't cheat.
01:05:57And we have a signed agreement that Ukraine can't cheat.
01:06:00You know that we were feeling like the only country we have actually assigned.
01:06:04If I violated the agreement, many times I would tell you.
01:06:08You'll find out.
01:06:09I was right about that, too.
01:06:10But nobody's got to cheat.
01:06:14But this guy said to me, for you to have escaped, but the one thing, and I'll just end
01:06:19it because Jim Jordan back there, world champion wrestler, 128 and one, whatever happened
01:06:27to the one guy, the Russian, how dare you lose to a Russian?
01:06:33Do you know the more impressive record for Jim?
01:06:40Because I'm a big sports person.
01:06:41I love sports.
01:06:42Jim went to high school.
01:06:45As in high school, he was considered like the top wrestler.
01:06:50But he was undefeated in high school.
01:06:52Now, what that means is that as a freshman, he was beating seniors.
01:06:56Is that true?
01:06:57Seriously, were you undefeated in high school?
01:07:01That means as a freshman, he had to beat seniors, Steve.
01:07:06Nobody could, because there's such a difference between a freshman and a senior.
01:07:10To me, that's more impressive than anything.
01:07:13But I'm also impressed with his fight.
01:07:15Now we have to close the deal, Jim.
01:07:17We've got to close the deal.
01:07:19Close that deal.
01:07:21But I respect, I saw Jim, and the first time I met Jim, I looked at him and I said, tough-looking
01:07:29guy.
01:07:30But I noticed the ears, they were a little rough.
01:07:33They were a little bit of a rough.
01:07:36Some people would say a little cauliflower on that ear.
01:07:39They said, Jim, have you wrestled before?
01:07:42I said, yes, I did.
01:07:44Where?
01:07:45Was it Ohio State?
01:07:46Something?
01:07:47Like, he was an All-American at Ohio State.
01:07:50I said, yeah.
01:07:51I could sort of tell.
01:07:53I look at the ears and I can sort of tell.
01:07:56But have you had plastic surgery on your ears, Jim, now?
01:07:59Because they look better now than they did the first time.
01:08:01They've healed over the years.
01:08:03They've healed.
01:08:04Actually, now you're wrestling with probably much tougher people.
01:08:07The radical left lunatics, right?
01:08:10But anyway, so I just want to leave it by this.
01:08:12I want to say that you are great people.
01:08:15We have all of the policy.
01:08:17We have wonderful...
01:08:18Just stay together.
01:08:19You got to...
01:08:20We got to have a few people that make life very difficult.
01:08:23They don't have that.
01:08:24I used to say they don't have a Mitt Romney in their midst.
01:08:27I mean, Mitt Romney was very difficult, you know, he'd always...
01:08:30He was almost like, for them, he was very on the Senate side.
01:08:35But we have a couple of people that are really bad.
01:08:38I mean, they're bad, but maybe they'll straighten out.
01:08:41Maybe somebody in the room can sit them down and straighten them out.
01:08:44Because what we're doing is the right thing for the country.
01:08:47We're not Republican or Democrat.
01:08:49We're doing the right thing for the country.
01:08:51If you look at what we're...
01:08:53We're trying to solve the health care problem.
01:08:55We're trying to get better health care at a lower price.
01:08:59I mean, that's a good thing, right?
01:09:02And the one thing I learned, and just in concluding, and I said it like a month and a half ago,
01:09:08and it was the number one thing in the country.
01:09:12Even the fake news covered it.
01:09:13They tried to put a negative spin on it, of course.
01:09:16I said, I read a story about insurance companies making a fortune.
01:09:21A fortune.
01:09:23Their stocks were up 1,700 percent.
01:09:26Who invested recently in a stock that's up 17?
01:09:30And that's because the money that they're getting from Obamacare is massive.
01:09:34In the government, generally.
01:09:36That means they're making a fortune.
01:09:38And as soon as that, because I'm like, I have a natural, I don't want to say it again,
01:09:42but I have a natural business instinct.
01:09:44I do.
01:09:45I've always done things, I've done some things that people said, you're crazy, and I made
01:09:48a lot of money with.
01:09:49I've done a lot of things that were good.
01:09:52I have an instinct, right?
01:09:54Somebody said, he's got the best political instincts of any politician in 150 years.
01:10:00I said, no, I don't.
01:10:01I really don't believe I do.
01:10:03I think I have good instincts.
01:10:04I have common sense.
01:10:06But they said that it was a very complimentary statement, but I don't believe that's necessarily
01:10:09right.
01:10:10But I do have good policy, I have good common sense, and maybe they wheeled that into instincts.
01:10:18And I did become president, so it can't be that bad.
01:10:21And I never did it before.
01:10:23Don't forget, I ran for president.
01:10:25I had a politician telling me very strongly, they said, sir, I've run for office 20 times
01:10:32and I've won 17, and I know what I'm talking about.
01:10:36This was at the very beginning of my first time.
01:10:38I said, well, I've only run once, and I won, but I won for president.
01:10:44He said, you got me on that one.
01:10:46He's actually sitting in this room right now, that son of a gun, he knows who I'm talking
01:10:50about.
01:10:51But he's turned out to be a decent person.
01:10:54Not the best in the room, but a decent person.
01:10:56He's not my favorite in the room, but he's decent.
01:11:01But we have, we have one thing that's really strong, uh-oh, it's a fake news.
01:11:06Pulitzer Prize, right, Doug, Pulitzer Prize, he got, he got one for the bullet, he had the
01:11:12bullet, but he got, how many Pulitzer Prizes?
01:11:16Three Pulitzer Prizes and all talented guys.
01:11:19These are great guys.
01:11:20I don't like the people back there as well.
01:11:22These are the ones that take the pictures.
01:11:25Make me look thin for a change, Doug, you're making me look a little bit heavy.
01:11:29I'm not happy about it.
01:11:32But one thing I did see and find out in the last two months, when you tell the people
01:11:39that we want the money to be paid to the people so the people can buy their own health insurance
01:11:48and healthcare, it is, it's like, and I just said it, and I said it because I read a story
01:11:56on the front page of a certain paper that I don't even mention because it's so stupid
01:12:00paper, it's so bad, it's gotten so, so far off the Wall Street Journal I don't mention
01:12:04it.
01:12:05I refuse to tell you which, I refuse to tell you that it's the Wall Street Journal.
01:12:09They've lost their way.
01:12:11This is not the Wall Street Journal of old.
01:12:13But I read a story on the Wall Street Journal and it said that, that the insurance companies
01:12:20are making so much money.
01:12:22They weren't demeaning them or anything, and I guess as an investor you're happy.
01:12:26When I read that I said, wait a minute, they're making that kind of money, and they're making
01:12:30it because of stupid politicians, I hate to say, that we allow them to make it.
01:12:37If you guys can get in a room, because, you know, we don't have that as one of our issues.
01:12:42It's the only thing they have.
01:12:44They're lousy at it.
01:12:45They came up with Obamacare.
01:12:46We tried to fight it.
01:12:47We almost had it won, but we didn't get three votes.
01:12:50We should have gotten them.
01:12:52But here's, you want to turn this thing, you work on favorite nations, you work on borders,
01:12:59you work on all of the things that we talked about, but now you take the healthcare issue
01:13:03away from them.
01:13:05And they want to fight it.
01:13:06You know why?
01:13:07They're all owned by the insurance companies, and they cannot fight it successfully.
01:13:13There's nothing they can do.
01:13:16That's like almost the voter ID thing.
01:13:19When they try and fight, I watched a guy trying to explain why we shouldn't have voter
01:13:23ID the other day, and the guy was a fool, he looked like an idiot.
01:13:28This is the same kind of an issue.
01:13:31Let the money go in the healthcare account or however you do it.
01:13:36Let the money go directly to the people.
01:13:40Now, you have to be a little flexible on Hyde.
01:13:43You know that.
01:13:44You've got to be a little flexible.
01:13:45You've got to work something.
01:13:46You've got to use ingenuity.
01:13:49You've got to work.
01:13:52We're all big fans of everything.
01:13:54But you've got to be flexible.
01:13:55You have to have flexibility.
01:13:57I came out with a statement.
01:13:59Let the money go not to the big fat cats and the insurance companies that made 1,700 percent
01:14:06over the last short period of time.
01:14:09Let the money go directly to the people where they can buy their own healthcare.
01:14:15And I don't think — I'm not sure that I've ever said anything that was more impactful.
01:14:22You know, I say a lot of things and have a lot of good ideas.
01:14:27And this was an idea that, I mean, the whole world went crazy.
01:14:31The whole country went crazy.
01:14:32The world went crazy with envy.
01:14:36If you can somehow do that, Mr. Speaker, Tom, all of you, Steve, if you can do that, you're
01:14:43going to have — this is going to be your issue.
01:14:46And the other thing is fertilization.
01:14:49They're trying to hit us on fertilization.
01:14:52They were dead on fertilization when I got a call from a very wonderful young senator
01:14:58from Alabama saying they had just lost a case, and the case — I've never been met with
01:15:06such scorn.
01:15:07Friends of hers were just going crazy.
01:15:11And I said, explain the issue to me.
01:15:14And it was on IVF, the fertilization.
01:15:17A judge ruled against and said, all fertilization places have to be closed down, like immediately.
01:15:23It would have been a disaster.
01:15:25And fortunately, I picked it up.
01:15:28And we became — we owned the issue.
01:15:30But now I understand they're trying to make a case on fertilization.
01:15:33You can't let them do that.
01:15:35Very important issue.
01:15:36All of these issues are very important issues.
01:15:39But you can own health care.
01:15:42Let — figure it out.
01:15:44Let the money go directly to the people.
01:15:48It goes in a health care account.
01:15:50It does — there are numerous things you can do.
01:15:53But you have to let — no money for the insurance companies.
01:15:56You know, I'm going to meet with the insurance companies.
01:15:58I said, I'm going to meet with them.
01:16:00Because I met with the prescription drug companies, and that's when I found out what
01:16:05was going on with the fact that we were paying 10 and 13 and 14 times more money than Europe
01:16:10and other places.
01:16:12I learned that at the meeting.
01:16:13Now, I'm going to meet with them in a few days.
01:16:15I'm meeting with them all — 14 companies.
01:16:18I'm meeting with them all.
01:16:19I'm also meeting with oil companies.
01:16:21Let's go.
01:16:22You know what that's about.
01:16:24We've got a lot of oil to drill, which is going to bring down oil prices even further.
01:16:30But if you can come up with health care — remember this — where the money goes to the people,
01:16:38you have just — they can't fight it.
01:16:40They're owned by the insurance companies.
01:16:43You guys don't get money from the insurance companies.
01:16:46They do.
01:16:47They get a massive amount of money.
01:16:49It's their biggest donor.
01:16:51They're going to try and fight you, but they can't win the fight.
01:16:54If you explain it, the money goes directly to the people.
01:16:59That's going to be your issue.
01:17:00The other thing is energy.
01:17:02Your energy prices have come so far down since that president.
01:17:06And nobody wants to — I saw on television — energy prices are down 3 percent.
01:17:11No, they're not down 3 percent.
01:17:14There were $3.50 and $4.00.
01:17:16It's now $1.99 a gallon in many stations.
01:17:20Many stations.
01:17:21And it's going down further.
01:17:23And that's like a massive tax cut.
01:17:26And that's the other thing — tax cuts.
01:17:29No tax on tips.
01:17:32No tax on Social Security.
01:17:33No tax on overtime.
01:17:35Now, think of this.
01:17:37No tax on tips.
01:17:39No tax for seniors on Social Security.
01:17:41No tax on overtime.
01:17:43You're allowed to deduct if you buy a car and you take out a loan on the car.
01:17:49For the first time ever, middle-income people — all people can deduct, but they never got
01:17:54a deduction before like this.
01:17:55They never — it's only for rich people they got them.
01:17:58They have so many deductions.
01:18:01You're allowed to deduct the interest against your taxes.
01:18:06Nobody thought it was possible.
01:18:08It's going to be phenomenal for the car companies, but it's even more phenomenal for the people.
01:18:12It's like getting a — you know, it's like paying half for the car.
01:18:19All of these things.
01:18:20You have so much ammunition.
01:18:22All you have to do is sell it.
01:18:25Taxes.
01:18:26But the one thing they know about the taxes — the great big — I call it the great big
01:18:30beautiful bill.
01:18:31I think it's even better.
01:18:32But the great big beautiful bill is just that.
01:18:35There are so many goodies in the bill you have to get the word out.
01:18:38Because the people in the back of the room won't do it.
01:18:40That's why I love live television.
01:18:43Because they can't — well, sometimes they'll turn the camera off, but they're embarrassed
01:18:46when they do that.
01:18:47You know, if we're going too strong and doing too well, if the lights go off, you know you're
01:18:52doing well.
01:18:53If the lights are on, you've got yourself a problem, okay?
01:18:57I see that little red light.
01:18:59That light goes on.
01:19:01If that light — that's bad, isn't it?
01:19:04If that light goes off, you know that you're doing a good job.
01:19:08Because you're fighting the Democrats and you're fighting the fake news.
01:19:12And it's amazing that they can be so stupid.
01:19:16And they don't have credibility anymore.
01:19:18And you can beat them.
01:19:19I mean, it's the old thing that, you know, never fight the news, but you have no choice.
01:19:24It's almost like they've become radicalized.
01:19:27But you are fighting the news.
01:19:28But you can beat them.
01:19:30That's why I'm standing here.
01:19:31I mean, I had Kamala — I was beating Joe by 30 points.
01:19:36And then they changed him.
01:19:37That's like a fighter in the ring.
01:19:38He's losing, and they say, let's put somebody else in to take his place.
01:19:41Very unfair.
01:19:42They changed in the middle of the election.
01:19:45They said, he's going to lose, so let's give somebody else.
01:19:48And fortunately, she was just as bad as him.
01:19:52Probably slightly.
01:19:53Well, would you say it's bad or worse?
01:19:55Close.
01:19:56Pretty close.
01:19:57But it took six weeks.
01:19:58It was a honeymoon period.
01:19:59Six weeks.
01:20:00It took six weeks to find out that she didn't have what it takes.
01:20:04But you've got to win the midterms, because if we don't win the midterms, it's just going
01:20:10to be — I mean, they'll find a reason to impeach me.
01:20:16I'll get impeached.
01:20:17We don't impeach them.
01:20:18You know why?
01:20:19Because they're meaner than we are.
01:20:22We should have impeached Joe Biden for a hundred different things.
01:20:25They are mean and smart, but fortunately for you, they have horrible policy.
01:20:34They can be smart as can be, but when they want open borders, when they want, as I said,
01:20:40men and women's sports, when they want transgender for everyone, bring your kids in.
01:20:46We're going to change the sex of your child.
01:20:49Just send them our way.
01:20:50In some cases, like in Minnesota, they don't even tell the parents.
01:20:53Is that right?
01:20:54And nobody believes it when I say — I think we have six states.
01:20:57Nobody — am I correct?
01:20:59Okay, Tom Emmer said yes, so — but it's true.
01:21:02When the kid comes back, they keep the kid.
01:21:06They operate on the kid.
01:21:06They don't tell the parents.
01:21:09It's not believable.
01:21:11We have great, solid, common-sense policy.
01:21:16They have horrendous policy.
01:21:18What they do is they stick together.
01:21:21They never have a no vote.
01:21:24They impeached me.
01:21:25I never knew I was going to be impeached.
01:21:27I get a phone call.
01:21:28You just got impeached.
01:21:29I said, what does that mean?
01:21:31It took them 10 minutes.
01:21:35They impeached the President of the United States.
01:21:37Who did a damn good job?
01:21:38I rebuilt our military, Space Force.
01:21:40I got everything.
01:21:41I did a lot.
01:21:43They impeached me for nothing, twice for nothing.
01:21:47Fortunately, you were on our side, and we were unanimous.
01:21:51And the second time, the few people in this little group, like Rice and this — they're all gone.
01:21:57Every one of them is gone, except one that we're going to sort of let ride with.
01:22:02Some guy that has a state that you might as well just let them ride.
01:22:06But think of it.
01:22:07Everyone's gone.
01:22:08Everyone's gone.
01:22:09It makes me feel so good.
01:22:10I don't want to feel vicious, but I'm so happy that everyone — and they're seriously gone, too.
01:22:16They lost in landslides.
01:22:18This guy named Rice, he lost by 48 points.
01:22:21Right?
01:22:22Remember him?
01:22:24Oh, no.
01:22:27There he is.
01:22:29What a job you did, Mr. Fry.
01:22:31Congressman Fry.
01:22:33I looked around for somebody.
01:22:35It's true.
01:22:36This was a good choice.
01:22:37We've made some bad choices, too, because you have to do it.
01:22:39I said, who the hell can run against this guy, Rice?
01:22:41It was a Trump plus 40 district.
01:22:44They had riots around his house that night.
01:22:46You know, he voted, I vote to impeach.
01:22:49And that night they had riots.
01:22:52So they said, who the hell — just give me somebody.
01:22:56A warm body.
01:22:58And then — and then — no, no, it has to be a living, breathing person.
01:23:06And then if I could get a genius, it would be good.
01:23:10And we got a guy who was so good.
01:23:12He's been — I think.
01:23:13Are you happy with him?
01:23:15I think so.
01:23:16Stand up, brother.
01:23:17He's great.
01:23:19I said, where does he come from?
01:23:21He's like a senator, state senator or something.
01:23:24I said, all right.
01:23:25I spoke to him one time.
01:23:26I said, you're accepted.
01:23:28But little did I realize how good he was.
01:23:30You did a great job.
01:23:31You've done a great job, and the people love him.
01:23:33So he has done a great job.
01:23:34I just want to say this.
01:23:36I haven't read one word on this thing.
01:23:39Who the hell else could do this?
01:23:41And I think I gave you something.
01:23:43It's just a roadmap.
01:23:45And it's a roadmap to victory.
01:23:47You have so many good nuggets.
01:23:50You have to use them.
01:23:51If you can sell them, we're going to win.
01:23:53Because we've won two races in like 50 years.
01:23:56It's — for whatever reason — I don't know why, but just don't fight it.
01:24:01It doesn't make sense.
01:24:03They've been two.
01:24:04And they were unusual circumstances.
01:24:06So whether it's a Republican or Democrat, whoever wins the presidency, the other party
01:24:11wins the midterm.
01:24:12And it doesn't make sense.
01:24:13Because we've had the most successful year probably in the history — they say — and
01:24:19now you add what happened essentially yesterday.
01:24:22we've had the most successful first year of any president in history.
01:24:28And it should be a positive — and make it a positive.
01:24:32So with that, I leave you — I do.
01:24:34And I started by saying I love you all.
01:24:36And I'll end by saying I love you.
01:24:38You're amazing people.
01:24:39What you do for this country is incredible.
01:24:41And thank you all very much.
