Böhmisches Skizzenbuch is a German cultural film (Kulturfilm) from 1928. It was written and produced by Wolfgang Filzinger (1889–1951), an engineer and documentary filmmaker based in Dresden.
Filzinger began his career as a front-line cameraman in World War I and later worked on early sound film experiments. In 1927, he opened his own studio in Klotzsche (now a district of Dresden), where he produced over 50 films.
He specialized in educational, promotional, and cultural films, often experimenting with trick photography and early color film techniques.
