00:38I don't think it was a spur-of-moment decision.
00:40I believe this was premeditated. That's what we charged as such.
00:44And I believe the evidence so far shows that and will show that.
00:48Royce and Rachel Moser are being held without bail at the Washington County prison.
00:52They're due back in court for arraignment in October.

02:00Two bodies were recovered from the Mon River in Greene County on Tuesday
02:03by crews searching the water after a boating accident over the weekend.

02:09According to the Luzerne Township Volunteer Fire Company,
02:13they tell us that the bodies of a man and a woman were pulled from the water yesterday.
02:18Crews have been searching for them since Sunday night,
02:20and that's when a towboat pushing empty barges crashed with a 24-foot recreation boat carrying five adults.
02:26It happened south of Menlove Park in Rice's Land in Greene County.
02:30Two other people were pulled from the water by people on the towboat and then flown to the hospital.
02:36A woman died, and the man at last check remains in critical condition.
02:40There's no word yet on the identities of the dead and injured.
02:43Pittsburgh International's new terminal is earning national recognition for its green design and efficiency.
