00:54and so immediately you see people just taking off running. One person was taken to police
01:00headquarters for questioning. A woman was shot in the chest early today in Knoxville. Police say it
01:06happened around 1-15 during a domestic incident in an apartment on Knox Avenue. Officers found the

01:46set to take place between Duquesne Light and the union representing striking workers. Newsradio KDKA's

02:07Duquesne Light confirming the next round of talks is set for today. There's no word on where or when
02:12they'll be talking. Ewing said issues include safety and... We also have the problem of our
02:17operations center looking at one map, our field looking at another, and they don't always match.
02:23In its statement, the power company says it has activated its contingency plan in the wake of the
02:27walkout and says they look forward to finalizing a contract that's fair to workers and keeps costs
02:31affordable for customers. David Bollorano, Newsradio KDKA. More than $11 million in federal funding is
02:38headed to Pittsburgh International for runway upgrades. Newsradio KDKA's Tamira Rush has more
02:44from the newsroom. That's right, Paul. Congress members Chris Deluzio and Summerlee announced the
02:49funding Thursday. The money will cover thousands of feet of new pavement and upgraded lighting on runway
02:5410L-28R. Airport officials say replacing the agent pavement will extend the runway service life,
03:01reduce foreign object debris that could damage aircraft, and give planes a smoother surface for
03:07takeoffs and landing. The FAA funding is part of a multi-phase effort to modernize PIT's airfield
03:13and improve the airport's infrastructure. In the newsroom, Tamira Rush Newsradio, KDKA.
