00:38It has responded to new German sanctions by saying it would close Germany's Goethe-Institut cultural centres in the country.
00:46Meanwhile, the EU foreign policy chief Kaya Kala said the bloc would look to tighten enforcement of sanctions against Russia

00:56She added that there was broad support to move ahead with an EU visa entry ban for Russian ex-combatants
