00:00We have breaking news coming in. This is with regards to Rahul Gandhi's Chhatruki Goonj event.
00:05On that very event now in Indore, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has come out to make certain remarks.
00:11Rahul Gandhi should leave the party and become a stand-up comedian instead because he has made his party unemployed.
00:18At least he'll get the job of a stand-up comedian.
00:21This is a war of words that has been underway with regards to certain events, a sort of a mimicry
00:30that was put up at the very Chhatruki Goonj event itself by Rahul Gandhi in interaction with another person.
00:36Now, attacking that, we've been seeing time and again BJP leaders coming in to weigh in and put across their
00:43remarks, slamming Rahul Gandhi.
00:44The latest to join that tirade is the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis, who's come out to mock Rahul
00:50Gandhi and say,
00:52slamming Rahul Gandhi that Rahul should not be in politics at all.
00:56He should become a stand-up comedian instead because he's made his party unemployed.
01:00Rahul's, this is the latest event of his from that Chhatruki Goonj event that he, in fact, has been conducting
01:07throughout the country.
01:09This is the latest chapter that was held in Indore earlier.
01:13And that event, a certain portion of that event has drawn a major criticism from the BJP's side.
01:20Let's first listen in to what the Chief Minister has had to say before we proceed with more details on
01:24this.
01:44On that note, this is the BJP mounting their attack on Rahul Gandhi at this given point.
01:51We have seen, since morning, there's already a lot of these reactions that have come in from the BJP leaders.
01:57There's a certain event from Prime Minister Modi's address a few days ago, which has been mimicked and mocked at,
02:07at this very Chhatruki Goonj event,
02:09over which the BJP has really gone all guns blazing at the Congress, especially at Rahul Gandhi.
02:14This would not be the first such episode or flashpoint of this kind unfolding.
02:19Mustafa Sheikh joining me on the broadcast with more details on the same.
02:21Mustafa, you know, we've, firstly, a very good afternoon to you.
02:25We've seen these episodes time and again, such jibes being taken by the Congress leaders and especially Rahul Gandhi.
02:33This is another episode adding to the existing list.
02:38What exactly is going on when we take a look at what Chief Minister Fadnavis has said now, attacking Rahul
02:44Gandhi on the same?
02:46Well, yes, and more importantly, that Rahul Gandhi Chhatruki Goonj event, the last event was in Pune.
02:51This one was in Indoor.
02:53And somewhere in October, it is being planned in Mumbai.
02:55So, Deventer Fadnavis is taking keen interest on how this program is working out.
03:00Remember, Abhijib Dipke, who is the CJP founder, happens to be from Maharashtra.
03:05So, the Gen Z movement, the student movement started being promoted by Rahul Gandhi.
03:10All these things are very important in Maharashtra's politics.
03:13And hence, Deventer Fadnavis has kept a close eye.
03:16But given that there was some instance of mocking of the Prime Minister, which took place on the dais,
03:24Deventer Fadnavis has said that it was supposed to be a serious event.
03:27But this seems to be a one-sided communication by Rahul Gandhi,
03:30where everybody listens and he makes allegations.
03:33And now, he has started mocking.
03:34So, that's why he said that he can do a better job of stand-up comedian because he is politically
03:40unemployed.
03:41So, clearly, all states of BJP are keeping a close eye on it.
03:46And Maharashtra is one of the states which is keeping a close eye on the Gen Z protests,
03:51on the Chhatruki Goonj protests.
03:52And because something like this is going to happen again in Mumbai in the coming days.
03:57So, you will see that the attack on Rahul Gandhi from Harashtra BJP will be mounting back in.
04:03Right, Mustafa.
04:04Thank you for laying out all those details for us.
