00:19The call on social media was set for the 23rd of September,
00:23but according to the head of Spanish diplomacy,
00:25the messages are, quote,
00:26not resonating or generating the impact they had
00:29in the call to enter the exclave at the end of July.
00:33He added that the ministry has launched a campaign to tackle disinformation
00:37and to underline that access to Ceuta is not allowed.
00:42Many of the some 70,000 migrants who entered Ceuta from Morocco in July have returned.
00:48Ceuta's authorities estimate that thousands remain.
00:52Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has come under criticism
00:55for his handling of the crisis and the opposition also alleged
00:59that he knew about the influx of migrants in advance.
