00:18but the government has failed to implement almost any of the preconditions set out in a 2018 peace deal.
00:25So my appeal is to our politicians, to our political parties, to convert their political ideas into bullet paper and

00:39It is the work of every politician, every political party, every citizen to ensure that this election is peaceful.
