00:26So, those are the demands that the Congress is now making.
00:30Let me take this to Moshmi Singh joining us on the broadcast with all the details on these demands.

00:36Right. So, you know, Malika Arjun Kharge's opening remark actually literally points out to what we were saying.
00:44It makes those five demands asking for more objectivity and more chance of hearing as far as opposition's concerns are
00:54related.
00:56We'll speak to Mr. Madhu Yashki, who is actually heading the All-India Professional Congress.
01:01And how do you see Mr. Kharge's opening remark?
01:03He says that the resolution should also reflect our concerns.
01:07The fundamental duty of Election Commission of India is to conduct free and fair elections.
01:12Which they failed to do it.
01:14So, it has become an extended office for the BJP party.
01:17And they're only working as per the Vincent Francis of the Pradhanamantri or the BJP party.
01:23So, what our Congress Honorable President is trying to say, the duty of Election Commission has to be impartial.
01:30It should give a confidence to both the ruling and opposition parties.
01:34And the electoral rolls were directed by the Honorable Supreme Court to add those 16 lakh votes.
01:40How it is deleted.
01:41How a third party had access to those data.
01:44How the Chief Election Commissioner ignoring the Honorable Supreme Court directive and given data to somebody, third party, to raise
01:53objection on those 16 lakh votes.
01:54Which is absolutely unconstitutional against the Contempt of Commons to Contempt of course, the criminal offense by the Chief Election
02:01Commissioner.
02:01Mr. Yashki, do you think that the TWT will actually intensify and amplify the attack on CEC will be elemental
02:10in your India block meeting success?
02:13And, you know, taking this forward, what's going to happen?
02:15Rather, it is an attack on the Indian constitution by the Chief Election Commissioner and the BJP party and the
02:22NDA government which is doing it.
02:23What we are asking and the opposition, Honorable Gravel Gandhi, Libra Proposition or other opposition parties, political parties are asking,
02:31you be transparent.
02:32You are a constitutional body.
02:34You cannot take a side.
02:36You have to fulfill the duty arrested on you by the Constitution of India to conduct a free and fair
02:41election.
02:42Okay.
02:43Which you are not doing it.
02:44And your own commissioners are objecting it.
02:46That is the news has come out in press.
02:48And instead of responding to that, why is the BJP party president coming and answering on behalf of Election Commissioners
02:56for India?
02:56So, you can understand Mr. Yashki's statement also points out to the fact that this is a political war that
03:03is being very bitterly fought.
03:04And I think that Mr. Karge has also pointed and hinted at the resolutions that we expect really are going
03:12to come up.
03:12Because, you know, thereby, you know, it could in fact demand that Gyanesh Kumar should resign or the exit of
03:20Gyanesh Kumar, fixing his accountability.
03:22As Rahul Gandhi had said, whether he's retired or not, we are going to come after him.
03:28We are going to get after those who have compromised democracy.
03:32So, we'll have to wait and watch what Rahul Gandhi has to say in the CW.

04:29Kharge has backed Rahul Gandhi's claims on voter data and electoral rolls.
04:33He's also accused the government of trying to disenfranchise the youth.
04:38He said that Congress will not let Modi Shah conspiracies succeed.
04:43Taking this back to Moshmi for further details on what Kharge has said.
04:48So, absolutely, you know, I think Mr. Kharge has taken a leap out of what Rahul Gandhi said in the
04:53press conference and got an amplified it in his opening remark.
04:58You know, clearly, you know, putting the Chief Election Commissioner under the scanner, pinpointedly attacking him, pinpointedly talking about the
05:06entire process and how it has been subverted for long.
05:10Mr. Kharge goes on to put on those five demands, but underlining that, you know, democracy and years off after
05:19freedom, we have strived to be the largest democracy.
05:22And this is a very, very serious situation that the country finds itself in.
05:28Remember, you know, it could be a political fight that the Congress is looking at, but the Congress realizes that
05:36the fight could meet a very, very short end if it is not backed by people's agitation.
05:42People taking it through the street, Mr. Kharge, how do you see this?
05:46Will Congress be able to get the crowd, get the Indian citizens really rallying behind it on this issue?
05:54Well, people of this country realizing by denying the vote, the welfare, what they deserve to get it from the
06:01government, which is going to be denied by the government,
06:05by stopping those electoral, electoral rates, which are deserved to be supported.
06:11So it is indirectly not just denying the vote, it's not just denying the Constitution to guarantee given to the
06:17every citizen of the country,
06:19it's rather cheating them and looting them.
06:23So we have to explain, we are explaining to the common men, it's not just your vote, your livelihood, your
06:30future,
06:31your children's future being looted by this government using the Election Commission of India.
06:36So very interesting, you know, because remember, Aapki Baar, Chaar So Paar was that slogan was taken by Rahul Gandhi
06:44to tell the people that the Constitution is going to be changed by the BJP, because they're so sure about
06:51Chaar So Paar.
06:52Now that Chaar So Paar said by Prime Minister Modi was played again by Rahul Gandhi in the press conference
06:58on the entire Gyanesh Kumar issue.
07:03So Rahul Gandhi there by playing out Amit Shah, playing out Prime Minister Modi's statements about their confidence,
07:10about winning elections and, you know, taking it 360 degrees to state, see, they knew it because the elections are
07:17being rigged.
07:18And if you want your democracy to stay, you will have to take this fight to your very home and
07:24fight it as if it's your own personal battle.
07:27And that is what Mr. Karger seems to be saying, talking about history, talking about the thriving political landscape
07:34and electoral history of the country, saying that never, ever before this has happened,
07:41this is an emergency situation where people should, you know, rise to the occasion of trying to save their country.
07:49And thereby, you know, the resolutions are going to be harder.
07:52I think there will be CWC resolutions that will be coming in.
07:56And that could actually set the template for what comes up as a common announcement in the India block meeting.
