00:23What's the difference this year with Aaron Glenn?
00:26Well, one thing that I can relate in my level is when I became a first-time head coach with
00:31no head coaching experience,
00:33I think the biggest thing for me was, okay, like, I need to surround myself with people that have been
00:40there, done that,
00:41and that I can bounce things also, and I can't just pretend I know what to do in every single
00:46moment and situation.
00:48And not that he didn't have that year one, but it's evident that he's aware of what he maybe was
00:54missing or lacking,
00:55and he went and made.
00:56We talked about 16 new coaches, new coordinators.
00:58He calls the plays now, like, the personnel, all that stuff, the relationship with the GM,
01:03the way he speaks to the media.
01:04I see differences, right?
01:06Like, so him being aware, him making that pivot, and he says it.
01:10I pivoted.
01:11I just took a self-reflection, and I think that's what you have to do, and don't be scared to
01:16do it.
01:16Like, it's okay.
01:17Like, the goal is to win.
01:18The goal is to go out there.
01:19How do we make it work?
01:20And if you do it after year one, you got to do it after year one because if you don't
01:24get spot, you're getting fired.
