00:00the waiver wire period doesn't always give us the bounty that we would hope for, but that doesn't
00:05mean we have to give up on trying to improve our team. It is a good time to look at
00:11the waiver wire
00:11rebound. Who's been dropped the most? Who's still available? Who can I help you out with in fantasy
00:16football? Let's dive into it here with the waiver wire rebound for week number four.
00:26Uh, all right. So the way we do this, I look at who's been dropped the most in fantasy football
00:31and who is still available and we'll go through it there with the still available. We use the same
00:35criteria that we use for the waiver wire show and that's 35% owned or lower. Um, we got Mace
00:41in the
00:41chat. Mace, it's been a minute. How are you, sir? Thank you for popping in today. Uh, what's up PK
00:45flames talk tomorrow? Uh, yeah. So, um, going to have some flames on this show today, um, for the
00:51live stream again, podcast wise, it'll probably end up on the show tomorrow. And then Friday, we'll be
00:55back here with the recap of everything. If you want more flames for me locked on flames, but that
01:00doesn't mean we're going to stop talking flames here. Uh, we're going to do a flames preview later
01:03on here in the live stream and for podcast listeners later on in the week, um, in the fantasy football
01:09world, let's go into the waiver wire rebound. Most dropped, uh, Drake may, um, was the third
01:15most dropped quarterback. And I'm not saying you should start him this week. It has obviously
01:19been a big struggle for him and this new England Patriots offense. And I would love to tell you
01:26that, oh, I have seen X, Y, and Z and their signs of life, but they're, they're just, there
01:29hasn't been his decision-making has been poor. The offensive execution has been poor and the
01:33play calling isn't helping him. What I will say is that it feels like, and he's the third
01:39most dropped quarterback in Yahoo. He is still 93% owned. So I don't know how readily available
01:44he is, but of the quarterbacks were most dropped. I do think that dropping him is still a little
01:50bit of a, uh, of an extreme. Um, you look at it like they got Buffalo this week who I
01:56was
01:56looking at it before the game, Buffalo's allowed the ninth most points to quarterbacks. So there
02:01is an opportunity for him to maybe get on track. But after this game, they got Vegas, the Jets
02:07at Chicago, at Miami, Green Bay, and at Detroit, there is a chance that he can get rolling here.
02:13And so this is one where if you have either, you are incredibly desperate or you have a good
02:21quarterback, you have a little bit of bench space. Let's take a shot. Let's stash this guy and see
02:26if we can find a diamond here. Um, cause I, I do think there is still at least that talent
02:30potential
02:31for him among the best available. Um, Gino Smith and Marcus Mariota still out there. We gave them
02:36on the waiver wire show yesterday. I like both matchups this week for both of those guys. Um,
02:41Jacoby Brissett is going to be the new name that we bring out 11% owned. He's facing a Giants
02:46defense
02:46that's had some trouble over the last couple of weeks. And Brissett was quarterback four last week.
02:51Um, quarterback 16 on the year, but overall like that, that week two game against Seattle,
02:58Seattle is going to do that to a lot of teams. I think Brissett against some defenses that can be
03:03vulnerable and the Giants are one of those, he can still have a pretty good day. So, um, if we're
03:08looking for a quarterback, I would say, I mean, keep an eye out for May, but I would say Jacoby
03:12Brissett,
03:13Gino Smith, and Marcus Mariota could be the ones that you are going with. Um, we got a start sick
03:17question from Deeds. I'll get to that in a second here, Deeds. Um, it is around the running back spot.
03:22Um, albeit with his flex, but still, uh, let's go to running back now. Most dropped running backs
03:27in fantasy. Um, and all of these, by the way, are courtesy of Yahoo. Um, Tank Bigsby, fourth most
03:33dropped running back and Kalen Black, fifth most dropped running back. We had them in this spot
03:37last week. Again, they are, I think, pretty good backs. Although again, the volume has decreased
03:43for both of them, but they are both behind high level runners who also have injury histories.
03:49And I do think that if there is an injury to Saquon, Bigsby can step right and maybe he doesn't
03:54get
03:54a hundred percent of that Saquon volume, but I think he can get 80% of it. And same thing
03:59with
03:59Kalen Black. They trust him in this offense, not to the same extent as they did in Australia,
04:03but they trust him in this offense and he is a good runner. So if something happens to those big
04:08guys, I think those dudes are great pickups in fantasy. Um, amongst those still available,
04:14uh, Ollie Gordon is still available from the waiver wire, uh, video that we did 27% owned. So look
04:20for
04:20him. If you missed out on him, Jalen Wright at 14% owned, he's going to get some opportunities in
04:26this backfield. You can make a pretty good case that he is the better running back in this spot.
04:29So if you missed out on Gordon, this is a pretty good rebound, I think. And Brian Robinson out in
04:34Atlanta, 24% owned. He's had at least nine touches in each of the first three weeks. They have a
04:41good
04:41matchup Monday night football against new Orleans. And again, if anything happens to Bijon, Brian Robinson's
04:47going to slide right into that role and get a lot of carries. And I think he can still do
04:50some stuff
04:51with that. So I like Brian Robinson as a waiver wire pickup wide receiver, most dropped, uh, third,
04:58most dropped Brian Thomas Jr. from Jacksonville. I will admit the most dropped part, a little
05:05difficult at wide receiver. A lot of the ones who have been dropped, I kind of agree with,
05:09and I don't even disagree with Brian Thomas Jr. being one of the guys in this spot, but of the
05:13people
05:14who were dropped the most, he's in the best offense. And I still think there's a talented receiver
05:18in there. There's a lot of mouths to feed and he has certainly moved down the priority list there.
05:23But if anyone, cause the other guys are like Dontavian Wicks and those sorts of players. If there's
05:28anyone on there who has the talent to take advantage of any opportunity, he is the one who could still
05:35do that amongst receivers who are still available or more widely available. Um, a couple of the names
05:40we gave out yesterday, Keenan Allen with the Indianapolis Colts, getting more and more involved
05:44in that offense and Kalief Raymond, 20% owned with Chicago. Um, he's obviously going to be a part of
05:49that offense going forward. So we may as well just give in and go with him. But for a new
05:53name,
05:54Malik Washington, 23% owned with Miami, 10 targets last week. He has 23 on the year. And with Devon
06:02HN getting out Malik Washington, especially this week against Minnesota, I could see them blitzing the
06:08bejesus out of Malik Willis and Washington being there for those quick outlet passes and kind of those
06:14extension of the run game sort of plays. So I think Malik Washington has a really good opportunity to put
06:20up some volume for people this week. Again, with all the Miami players, please know that the situation
06:25sucks. Like the offense is bad. Their talent wise isn't great. Um, but I, I do think that there's going
06:32to
06:33at least be some opportunities if you are desperate here this week at the tight end spot, Dalton Schultz,
06:38third most drop. You can understand why with a lot of expectations going into last week and him not
06:44living up to them with just the three catches and nary a touchdown to be seen. But I do still
06:49think
06:49he's going to be a key part of this offense even or with Nico Collins out. But even when Collins
06:54comes
06:54back, CJ Stroud and Schultz have a bit of a connection. So last week, notwithstanding, I think
06:58Schultz can be a decent pickup. Um, Kenyon Sadiq, who we gave out last week as a play or yesterday
07:04as
07:04a play, 34% owned. He has stepped up and been a bigger part of this offense, makes a fantastic
07:09touchdown catch against the Lions. And again, it's a good matchup with the Bears this week. So I like
07:13him there. Um, the other one, just to give out another name, Darren Waller got more involved in
07:18the offense with Jalen Coker out, but also that was the first time that they've been, I mean, they were
07:24trailing in week one against Chicago, but in a wild shootout sort of a way. Um, I think again,
07:32it's going to be Sunday night against the Lions. They're probably going to be trailing for a bit
07:35in this game. I think game script is going to help out Darren Waller. And so I think he's someone
07:39that
07:39you can definitely look to pick up if you are tight end needy, which most of us are on the
07:45defensive
07:45side, uh, most dropped Kansas city was the most dropped defense. It's still Vegas. Like I get,
07:51it's not as good of a matchup as Miami was, but it's still Vegas who are, they're having a better
07:55offensive year, but that was against the dolphins, the chargers and the saints. This is a good Kansas
08:00city defense. And it's a Raiders offense that is a touch inflated right now. And I say that as a
08:05Raider fan. So I think that there is an opportunity here for Kansas city to have a pretty good day
08:11on the defensive side for fantasy back in the still available Buffalo, um, is still out there.
08:17Patriots struggling with turnovers. Buffalo may be able to take advantage of that. So
08:20that's the waiver wire rebound. Um, anyone who I'm too high on or anyone that I didn't mention
08:25that you want, uh, talked about, let me know in the chat or in the comments and we can help
