00:12Jennifer Hudson, you have a gift from God. You have a gift from God. Thank you for sharing it with
00:20us. Thank you for being the force for good that you are. It is a stirring way to start our
00:25show. And we so thank you. We appreciate it.
00:28We are just so thrilled to be back here. It is absolutely true. This is one of our favorite nights
00:33of the year, for sure. And, you know, every year it's a chance to sort of check in on the
00:39year. It's been a hard year in many respects. It's been an amazing year in many respects for women in
00:45business, in culture. And that's all of what we really try to celebrate here.
00:52And as we noted earlier, we are also paying tribute to the incredible Dolly Parton here tonight.
01:03Jennifer, I know she heard that rendition and she was smiling. She was absolutely smiling. And just as a heartfelt
01:10keepsake of this night, you have on all the place settings, there's a bookmark.
01:15And it has an inspirational quote from Dolly. And that is a nod to Dolly's incredible, one of the many
01:25things that she did, her incredible legacy of her imagination library.
01:29She was on a mission to put books, physical books, in the hands of kids. What could be better?
01:36So please, if we could, just for Dolly and for her legacy.
01:48And Jennifer, you couldn't have expressed that legacy better.
01:52And of course, this night is all about incredible women, influential women, women of great impact.
01:59Alongside our Power of Women celebration every year, we have our annual Women's Impact list.
02:06Women's, thank you, Women's Impact is our wide lens look at key women who are leading, achieving, and driving our
02:15industry forward.
02:16And this is a time when we need some drivers.
02:19So, we, but the talent in this room and in our industry is going to make that difference and drive
02:28this industry forward.
02:29So, it's again, one of our favorite things is to bring all of this power together.
