00:00because they whether or not they talk to the media or not like that's not necessarily the point
00:04that is symptomatic i think not talking to the media is not the problem it's the it's
00:12accountability it's the words we're hearing when you do talk yeah right it's it's the it's the
00:16leaving cj gardner johnson as your spokesman right your defensive spokesman because hairston the guy
00:22that we wanted to talk to and the captain have both left so who's standing there yeah bradley
00:29chubb who's new right this is who's just played his fourth game with the bills and cj gardner
00:35johnson who also has just played his fourth game with the bills right and is on his 56th team because
00:40of things he says and does and the way he responds to things and the rookie with a stuttering problem
00:47and i'm not making fun of him because he because he stood up and did it he talked he likes
00:52to talk
00:52about how he deals with this and he's open about it and all the things that he does to deal
00:56with
00:56being a lifelong stutterer and here he is surrounded by cameras sitting at his locker stall
01:01and taking the questions and answering them and meanwhile the other teammates who should be talking
01:08are in their cars driving home so anyway that's just kind of the things you pick up over especially
01:13this is the first loss you learn a lot about teams after losses well that's what i was about to
01:18jump in
01:19guys who are cut and run are these guys who are not my problem somebody else can do it and
01:25then
01:25those somebody else who are doing it are guys who are going to stick their foot in their mouths
01:28this is also to some extent the first chance to really analyze joe brady and his position as the
01:35head coach and not the x's and o's so much as the part where he's got to lead the communication
01:43effort right after a loss messaging is a massive part of the culture isn't it 100 yeah um internally
01:51there's internal communication and external community
