00:00This video is for those who underestimate the safety bit. Our starting point a tightly adhering
00:05rubbery cuticle that's impossible to push back properly. Initially I go in with a pusher,
00:10first with the standard classic side, then with the flat side to make sure the cuticle is fully
00:14lifted. But I realize that even with these steps the cuticle doesn't always lift the way it should.
00:21So we're going to use a safety bit, mine is from Knit K-Mis, and I'm inserting it into my
00:27Dr. Alex
00:28SP-130 nail drill. It's a nail drill that's been with me for about three or four years now I
00:34think,
00:34honestly I can't even remember anymore, and we've practically grown attached at this point.
00:38And with the help of a safety bit at low speeds, around 12 000 rpm, I easily push back and
00:43lift
00:44the cuticle, clearing away most of the pteridium. And right at this moment, instead of switching to
00:48a diamond bit, I grab scissors. The very ones with a curved tip that everyone's chasing after,
00:54and that are so hard to get. So if you manage to find them, I'll be super happy for you.
00:59The special thing about these scissors is their curved tip and unique sharpening,
01:03which helps them align perfectly along the cuticle line. Next I switch to a diamond bit. Yes, just like
01:10that I only switch to the diamond bit after the cut. But since we'd already lifted the cuticle
01:14thoroughly, in this case I think it's the perfect combination. Here I have a standard flame bit,
01:19that classic one that absolutely all nail techs love, with a sharp tip. And with it I clean everything
01:24up. I clean up all the hard to reach spots, but I don't go too deep. Next, using a blue
01:29grid ball
01:29bead with a diameter of 50 mm, I buffed the cuticle at super low speeds, around 5000-6000 rpm. And
01:37now I can
01:37move on to the next part of the manicure. I took off the lens, filed, buffed and dehydrated them,
01:43admiring the cleanest manicure, and now we move on to applying the polish.
01:46I'll be using this matte polish from IMI. It can be used entirely on its own. It applies without any
01:54base
01:54coats and simply air dries. This polish is perfect for anyone who loves everything to look as natural
02:00as possible. Because once it dries, it just takes on the natural color of the nail plate, with a lovely
02:05matte sheen. Your nails will look like they have nothing on them at all, yet still appear super well
02:11groomed. Don't forget to moisturize and keep a pocket-sized hand cream handy. By the way, this line has a
02:16very lovely scent, showing you our final result. This is what natural, clean, beautiful nails look like.
02:23You can rewind to the beginning to see what it was like. And of course, don't forget the matte polish,
02:28which, in my opinion, even men will really, really love, if you are doing a man's manicure.
02:33You can't save this too much.
02:33If you want to see what that is made, you do not have your hair, just take it over time.
