00:00let's create this dynamic level indicator for our local forest fire monitoring first is going to
00:05select all these numbers on a zone and then select this actual by holding your ctrl and left click
00:11and after that we're going to press alt f1 to drop a bar chart here now next we're going to
00:18go ahead and remove this chart title this grid lines here and this x-axis label like this and
00:26going to look something like that now while your bar chart is selected select chart design
00:33and in there on the data you'll see switch row click on it and the graph chart will look something
00:39like that next you're going to select the change chart type and then when this pop-up comes up
00:45scroll all the way down until you hit combo click on it the first one which is deep blue that
00:52pertains
00:52to the actual number of 88 itself that one there we're going to assign it to line with marker bar
00:59chart like that it's going to look something like that and the rest of them we're going to do do
01:04the
01:04stack column go one by one scroll down and i'm going to assign this guy to that and this guy
01:12to that
01:13and if you just scroll all the way up you can see everything is stacked column except for your actual
01:18we're going to say line with marker once that's all said and done click on ok and then let's uh
01:25resize this bar chart and maybe reposition it nicely below the title header like this okay once that's
01:34done we're gonna color or rather assign the color whatever has been assigned here it's pretty
01:38straightforward you're going to start at the bottom here right click format data series when this pop-up
01:43comes up you're going to go to your fill and line here or rather border and under this fill here
01:49you're going to change the bottom one to follow this color here which is going to be a deep green
01:53here like this we're going to go to the next one do a lighter green like this maybe something like
01:59that
01:59and the next one would be uh yellow and after that would be an orange and the top one would
02:07be red
02:09so essentially i'm doing nothing fancy i'm just trying to follow this color code with this stack
02:15bar chart here next uh let's go ahead and assign the x-axis to show only 0 to 100 select
02:21this uh left
02:22axis here right click on it format axis and basically assign this to 100 like this and hit enter and
02:31let's
02:31go ahead and close this guy here next we'll modify this blue dot into a bar right click on this
02:37blue dot here
02:38format data series lines and fills and right at the top if you don't see this line marker icon it
02:45might
02:46be that you might be scrolled like that scroll all the way to the top here and then go select
02:50marker
02:51marker options and make sure you select it in built-in here and then select this line to make it
02:58look
02:59something like that let's make it a bit thicker i'm going to assign it to be 40 and hit enter
03:04and then let's
03:05change the fill color to be solid black so you can see it clearly and if you scroll a bit
03:11towards
03:12the border bottom here you can see border is right now showing as blue let's make this into black as
03:17black as well that is how you create a dynamic level indicator
