00:45The actress now charged with two counts of second-degree assault, with prosecutors accusing Selma of kicking a police officer
00:52in the head and kicking a nurse at a local hospital.
00:56Ms. Blair did not get on that plane intending for any of this, Your Honor. Again, this was a medical

01:18Police also say the 54-year-old bit a flight attendant, punched another, and tried to open the plane door

01:26One flight attendant and one passenger that sustained some minor injuries, a bloody nose, as well as some fight marks

01:47Selma's attorney now claims the actress had missed several doses of her medication before boarding the flight,
01:53after spending extensive hours on a set, and that she fell and hit her head on the plane.

02:06dealing with depression, a few bad situations, and things that just kind of piled up.
02:11She was released from jail on a $20,000 bond and is expected back in court on January 19th.
02:18The judge has also issued a protection order for the nurse Selma reportedly kicked.
