House lead prosecutor Rep. Gerville "Jinky Bitrics" Luistro apologized for the "wacky" photo of the prosecution panel inside the Senate plenary hall, saying that the team simply got carried away by its excitement over the three-week break in the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte.
