01:43Pat Hanaran is a retired Hatfield Township police officer.
01:46Not affiliated with the case, but he says all too often victims panic and comply with the scammer.
01:52In this case, the woman was led to believe she was going to jail and the scammer talked her into
01:56exposing parts of her body.
01:58That's something that will never happen.
01:59The woman then realized the man was not who he said he was.
02:02Police say he indecently exposed himself to the victim over the call.
02:06Police say they traced the phone number to DeKalb County, Georgia, and now they have an arrest warrant for Antoine
02:12Thomas of Lithonia, Georgia.
02:14We reached out to Thomas via phone and he claimed he's never called anyone in Pennsylvania.
02:19Antoine Thomas is charged with a number of crimes, including indecent exposure and impersonating a government official.
02:24It's unclear if he'll be brought to Pennsylvania to face those charges, but police want you to hear the warnings
02:30to prevent you from becoming a victim of any of these scams.
