00:00We have a very weird setup. Very much it's like I run a company internally, he does everything
00:05external. For me, it means overseeing things like product design, engineering, markets, marketing.
00:09What I like about it is that it kind of stretches very different parts of my brain, but I can
00:13also
00:13make sure that the company as a whole is moving very fast and that communication barriers don't
00:17emerge. I think as companies grow, the biggest problem you have is if now you have approval
00:22from here and this person needs to communicate with this person, then they schedule a meeting
00:25and it goes, goes, goes, goes, and now you're operating so slow. For us, because it's all
00:29kind of centralized on me, we are able to very quickly make decisions and adjust very, very
00:34quickly. We're also a very flat organization. We don't have heads off or VPs or we don't have
00:39all of that structure. Everyone is or reports to me or one step away from me, and I think
00:43that that also makes us be able to move so much faster because really we started growing
00:47two years ago, and I think that we try to keep as much of the startup environment and
00:53culture that we had when we were 20 people as we grow now around 200.
