00:00I'd love your thoughts just on the NBA season opening. We saw some results yesterday, perhaps
00:05that were a little surprising to some, maybe not to others. We have LeBron James in Philadelphia.
00:10We have a lot of players changing different spots. You see the Sixers beat the Knicks
00:15on the night where they raise the banner, which seems to happen a lot, by the way,
00:19in sports. The team that raises the banner like loses every time, 106 to 100.
00:22Gilbert, who is your favorite this season to go all the way? Who are your favorite teams in the NBA?
00:28You know, I'm going against conventional wisdom, I think, this time because we've always been
00:33wanting to see a team repeat. And a couple of years ago, we thought it'd be Denver. And then
00:36we thought it would be Boston. And last year, we thought it'd be Oklahoma City. Nobody thinks
00:40New York can repeat. And I think that the one time we don't think it can happen is the time
00:44that it's going to happen. I know they looked a little rusty last night and the Sixers looked
00:48sharp when they got that road win. But I somehow just feel like the Knicks have some type of destiny
00:53working for them based on what they did last year in the playoffs. But if not them, you can't
00:57help but be impressed by Oklahoma City and what they did last night against San Antonio.
01:03They were out on a mission. It feels like they took that Game 7 loss to the Spurs last
01:08year personally. And Shea Gildas-Alexander has somehow gotten even better than he was last
01:13year. He could be primed for another MVP campaign. Jared McCain is stepping up. And they're a rookie
01:18at Daymarra coming off of that national championship campaign at Michigan, now seamlessly fitting in
01:23with this Oklahoma City Thunder team. Sam Presti has done it again.
