00:00A Cook County Sheriff's officer is suing WWE and Montez Ford over what he calls an unwanted lap dance on
00:05Monday Night Raw.
00:06It happened July 6th at the Allstate Arena just outside Chicago during the Street Profits entrance live on Netflix.
00:13Noel Lucas was working off-duty security at ringside. He says a WWE employee told him where to stand.
00:18His lawsuit says Ford started, quote, repeatedly thrusting and gyrating his hips and pelvis towards him.
00:24And that Ford's, quote, left inner thigh repeatedly rubbed against his leg.
00:28Lucas says the clip got hundreds of thousands of views, including on WWE's and Ford's own accounts.
00:33He says the next day, people at his courthouse job recognized him and mocked him, and his kids were mocked
00:39at school.
00:39The suit has 14 counts, including assault, battery, and the Illinois Gender Violence Act.
00:44He's also suing over the use of his face to promote the show.
00:47The current version of that Raw on Netflix doesn't show the moment.
00:51WWE didn't immediately respond to post-wrestling, which broke the story.
00:54So what do you think? Does he have a case, or was Montez Ford just having fun and this is
00:58getting blown out of proportion?
