00:00it's when you go into a location and you know where everyone is right so you have your like
00:06like dan said we've got the two teams we know we're split completely you know one one team's
00:11on one side of of the location the other team's on the other side you can see everyone that's
00:17around you but you're hearing footsteps in another room and and you can't you know that that in
00:24itself and it's a small thing really but you can't explain that you you just and even though we still
00:29try we go through the motions we sort of we go you know could it be has anyone in this
00:34room moved and
00:35and the sound sort of traveled in a weird way because that happens as well um but luckily we
00:39do actually have cameras set up in you know in well a lot of cameras now that we have to
00:44sort of go
00:44through um but so we can see that no one's moved you know we can walk in to to the
00:52other team to
00:53make sure that they they haven't moved you know no one's coming towards us um and it's moments like
00:58that really that that do surprise surprise us all of us really it's a free service isn't it for
01:04people if they can call up and say i think i've got something going on in my house what is
01:08in it
01:08for you guys why do you do it we just want to help people because there's a lot of people
01:13that doesn't
01:13don't understand um a lot of people see these tv shows and things and think they're going to get
01:18harmed and things like that and we just want to make people feel comfortable in their own home
01:23um that's what that's what it is essentially we're not in it in it for any financial gain we don't
01:28ask
01:28for even um contributions to petrol or anything like that we just want to make people feel happy
01:34in their own home and and then for us as well it we're fascinated by it so if we can
01:39we can
01:40investigate it um any location whilst helping someone else then you know we're going to jump on
01:46on that opportunity i mean i have to say there will be some cynics who are sat at home going
01:52these guys are talking nonsense what would you say to them who just don't believe in any of it
02:00go on we're we're not here to convince people we understand like i i've been there you know i i've
02:08been there i've sort of thought i haven't experienced anything i haven't seen anything and i don't know if
02:12i believe this even though yeah there were you know it was talked about in my home i have gone
02:18through a period where i thought this is this is nonsense um but you know all i can say is
02:23people
02:24you know the people experience real things here um there is something to it if you haven't experienced
02:29it that's completely fine if you're not interested in it that's completely fine we're not here to sort
02:34of to yeah to make you believe it um all i can say is that you know others do basically
02:40and and
02:41that's where we're at you know um until you experience something it's completely reasonable
02:46to not believe it um and even us you know investigating these places not every creek or
02:53not every even footstep is going to be paranormal even even when you know we have checked the cameras
02:58and we have seen that it wasn't one of us it wasn't anyone else we still don't call that a
03:04ghost
03:05a paranormal we'll leave it unexplained because we don't know what that is we we don't actually
03:10understand what's causing the phenomena
