00:00There's more to love. I'm happy with myself.
00:01I didn't want them to win, because then the next day,
00:04it wasn't about how I gained weight, it was about how I embraced it.
00:06We have the ability to control this image that young girls are going to be seeing.
00:10Girls see enough of this body that we can't imitate,
00:14that we'll never be able to obtain these unrealistic expectations.
00:18The things that I thought were what I wanted to change about myself,
00:23or what I hated about myself, or what I wished were different about myself,
00:29are actually my gifts.
00:32I really do feel like those are the parts of me that have become the things that I celebrate.
00:39What about loving yourself how you are?
00:41Just saying, this is how I look, and I'm beautiful, and I feel strong.
00:47I've always been asked questions about my body, and my weight, and my size,
00:50and it's a little bit annoying that men don't get asked that question as much.
00:56I tell women to look in the mirror and find at least one thing that you can say that you
01:04are proud of.
01:04It could be your nails, it could be your hair, it could be your eyelashes, it could be the shape
01:09of your lips.
01:11And write down why you feel that's a beautiful part of yourself.
01:14I know that I am the best version of myself that I can be.
01:18And that doesn't mean losing 30 pounds, that means taking care of myself and treating myself like precious cargo.
01:24I hope that I can continue to be strong and an inspiration to women and empower them to feel sexy
01:30and to feel confident.
