00:02The holidays are about family, and Kelly and I both live in New York, and our family lives back in
00:07Austin, Texas, so it's an exciting time to get us all back together. We're not talking about work, we're just,
00:13you know, shopping and being sisters and being with our family, and that's fun.
00:21I started the Glamour Eye a little over seven years ago. I was working as a designer, and it was
00:28a place for me to post inspiration and really do research for my design work, and it's since evolved into
00:36a full-fledged creative direction agency.
00:43Yeah, it definitely sounds like it's for me.
00:51A few years ago, Aaron and I decided to decorate the tree together with a different theme every year, where
00:57we can incorporate a few of the best of our ornaments that we grew up with, but then add in
01:01a new layer that makes it, you know, fresh and new and fun every year.
01:04We'll come up with an idea, and we'll go shopping for the supplies, and we force our whole family to
01:08go in the other room.

01:11So we'll decorate the tree for an hour, and then finally do a big reveal. We finally let them in
01:16to see the tree, and it's always, every year's been better than the last.
01:24With any job, I think, you know, there are stresses that come your way, and working with sisters, we really
01:30are able to share the highs and the lows in a beautiful way.

01:38My sister is my best friend. I think that she is my soulmate in a way.
01:42You know, I feel like we have walked through our lives in such an interesting way together, and I think
01:47she teaches me, and I teach her.
01:49She pushes me, I push her.
01:51We're inseparable.
