00:00Lot of talk about revolution these days.
00:04Well, this is what my revolution looks like.
00:07This.
00:07This.
00:08Looks like this.
00:09And this.
00:10This.
00:11What?
00:12This.
00:13It looks like women finally having a seat at the table.
00:15At the head of the table.
00:17Which I'm totally cool with.
00:18Women made up 53% of all voters in the last election.
00:22And yet, we only make up 19.4% of our Congress?
00:27Really?
00:27What the ?
00:28What the ?
00:29How is that okay?
00:31It's not okay.
00:32It's unacceptable to be over half the population.
00:35To be the single biggest voting bloc in this country.
00:39And to be this underrepresented in the leadership of our country.
00:43Maybe that's why we have no Equal Rights Amendment.
00:46No paid family leave like literally every other developed nation in this world.
00:51Maybe that's why there's no national early child care program.
00:54Because of the rights and concerns of women.
00:56Who make up 47% of our workforce.
00:59Who bust our asses at our jobs while also doing our other job of taking care of our families.
01:04We women are not being represented.
01:07So this is what my revolution looks like and mine.
01:11It looks like the USA finally joining the rest of the world and passing paid family leave.
01:16It looks like a woman's right to choose being protected and strengthened.
01:20It means equal pay for equal work.
01:22It means the first presidential cabinet with at least 50% of all positions.
01:28Build by women.
01:30It means the leadership of this country finally getting somewhat closer to reflecting who makes up half this country.
01:35It means after 240 years a woman.
01:39A mother.
01:39And a grandmother.
01:40Finally leading this country as President of the United States.
01:45Ooh, that gives me chills.
01:47Leading by listening.
01:49Communicating.
01:50Collaborating.
01:51Consensus building.
01:52And with love.
01:55Because that's how we women do it.
01:57That's how we lead.
01:58So you say you want a revolution?
02:00Good.
02:01Good.
02:01Well, good.
02:02Vote some women into office.
02:04Vote some women into office.
02:06Join our revolution.
02:07Millions of women are already with us.
02:10And men.
02:11Together, we are powerful.
02:14We are strong.
02:16And it's finally our time.
