Using just a single button, you can wrap a button-down around your torso to give your plain shirt a completely different vibe. This works best on oversized, too-big oxford shirts, but you can make it work with slimmer-fit ones with a longer torso.

00:03but this is especially relevant today because the crop type trend is everywhere.
00:07But sometimes when you do it, you end up with this sort of strange front tail situation that's not so
00:11cute.
00:12But I'm going to show you how to do it to avoid that situation altogether.
00:15Start by unbuttoning your shirt from the bottom up to the point where you want your shirt to end.
00:19And then start tying a knot, but make sure that the side without any buttons is the one on top.
00:24Then flip-flop it.
00:25When you flip-flop the tie, the knot ends up lying flat against your body.
00:28If you don't, that's when that whole stick-out thing happens and you don't want to do that.
00:32And that's it.
