00:16But luckily I have a method that avoids both of those things and it's super easy to do.
00:20Here's how.
00:21Make one large cuff, making sure the bottom is basically where you want it to be.
00:24Then make one more fold up, making sure that the hem of the pant is still kind of exposed.
00:29That's what's going to give you that messy look.
00:31And then mess it up a little bit more if you want to or just leave it as is.
