00:06You know when you go to a restaurant and you get a beautifully plated bowl of pasta and think,
00:12I could never do that? Well, you can. It's so easy and all you have to use are two chopsticks,
00:17a paper towel, and rubber bands. To start, we're gonna make a really easy no-cooked tomato sauce
00:22using only four ingredients, olive oil, garlic, tomato, and basil, which we'll add at the end.
00:28You can do this one of two ways. You can throw everything in a blender or you can do it
00:32all by
00:33hand, smooshing it up in a bowl. Now to make our chopstick utensil. Take one of the rubber bands
00:38and put it on the top of the two chopsticks and slide it down. You're gonna fold your paper towel
00:43into a little nugget and finish it with the second rubber band. Once the pasta is finished cooking in
00:48salted water, we're going to take it and add it directly to the sauce. Then we get our chopstick
00:53utensil and twirl all the pasta around it until you've gathered everything. Then transfer it into
00:59a bowl, finish it with the remaining sauce, a little bit of basil, and some grated cheese.
01:03It's easy as that, and you're done.
