00:08Today on Beauty Test Lab we're testing the Anastasia Beauty Genius. It's a liquid gel
00:14that's supposed to turn your powder into waterproof makeup. So let's give it a shot.
00:18So the way it works is you're actually supposed to apply it directly to your
00:21brush and then mix it with your powder. It looks like lip gloss but it's
00:25actually interesting because the applicator isn't a brush it's like a
00:29little plastic nubby thing. So I have my loose powder and what you're supposed to
00:34do is dip it into the powder and then make it into a paste. It turns into a
00:40paste really really quickly like almost immediately. It almost feels like liquid
00:44foundation now and then you apply it directly onto your face. So I definitely
00:50feel it dragging a little bit. It feels a little sticky. Let's test and see if it's
00:55actually waterproof now.
01:00It's not coming off and even when I rub it where I applied it on my hand it isn't
01:04coming off either. So I definitely think this is a great product especially if
01:09you're looking for a waterproof makeup but you don't want to go out and buy a new
01:13bottle of something. Especially in the summer it's humid, you're by the beach, if
01:17you're gonna get a little wet you want to just make sure your makeup's gonna stay
01:20put. So I would definitely recommend this and I especially like that it doesn't
01:24feel weird on your brushes which is a really good perk about it.
