00:07The time has come again to test some makeup.
00:11Now, last year I tested some long wear makeup at the beach,
00:15but this year I'm upping the ante.
00:17I'm going to do all waterproof makeup.
00:20I'm going to go to the beach, I'm going to go in the water.
00:22I'm telling you it's going to be cold
00:24because it's not that warm in New York yet,
00:26but I'm doing it for you guys.
00:29So, starting off with some sunscreen.
00:32This is the Babbo Botanicals Clear Zinc sunscreen.
00:35It doesn't contain any coral-killing sunscreen ingredients.
00:39So, foundation first.
00:40This is the Catrice Prime and Fine Makeup Transformer Drops.
00:44They basically turn any foundation into a waterproof formula.
00:49So, I'm actually going to use a NARS foundation with this.
00:51I'm using the NARS Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation.
00:57So, I just pumped about, you know, about the amount that I would use for my whole face,
01:01and I am going to mix it with, it says, three drops.
01:06Oh, it comes out like a cream, so I don't really know how many.
01:09Okay, I guess, like, maybe that's enough.
01:11Huh?
01:13This waterproof transformer drop thing makes the foundation much more matte.
01:19I love that foundation because of the dewiness that it has.
01:23It definitely doesn't have that dewiness anymore, but I still think it looks fine.
01:27Moving on to concealer, and I have this Smashbox Studio Skin 24 Hour Waterproof Concealer.
01:33Nice coverage.
01:34This blends really nicely.
01:37Moving on to powder.
01:39Now, I have this essence all about matte powder.
01:42I've never used a waterproof powder before, so I'm very curious.
01:46Kind of focusing it more on the T-zone, where I get the most oily.
01:50So, on my nose, forehead, chin.
01:56So, bronzer time.
01:58I'm going to use this bronzer from Tarte.
02:00It's the Park Avenue Princess Amazonian Clay Matte Waterproof Bronzer.
02:04My skin looks super matte right now, guys.
02:07It's so matte.
02:09I am into this bronzer so far.
02:11I want to look, like, beachy, but I don't want to look, like, oompa-loompa.
02:16You know, it's a fine line.
02:18And the next thing I have is a water-resistant blush from Cargo.
02:22It's in the shade Bali.
02:24Pat and dust it onto my cheeks.
02:27I'm going to move on to highlighter.
02:29I couldn't actually find a waterproof formula, so I'm actually going to mix this with these
02:34liquid highlighter drops from Wet n Wild.
02:37I have the shade Halo Goodbye.
02:40It's a really pretty pink pearly shade.
02:43It actually has a lot more dew, which I'm loving because I think my skin needs a little
02:46bit more dew right now.
02:48Do you see it with the highlighter bobble?
02:50I like that highlighter a lot.
02:52So, I don't usually do eyebrows, but I found this one.
02:56It's a Sephora Retractable Brow Pencil.
02:59I'm wearing the shade Natural Grey Brown.
03:01I remember in high school and middle school, I had super thin, like, barely there eyebrows,
03:07so I would wear eyebrow pencil to school, and it always made me really anxious having
03:11to go to the pool because my eyebrows would come off.
03:14I wish I had this product back then.
03:15So, the brow pencil itself was really nice.
03:17It was waxy.
03:18I'm not a huge fan of this comb.
03:20I think that it's kind of pushing my brow hairs in a nice direction, but it doesn't really
03:25do what a traditional spoolie would.
03:27For my eyes, I have this Nudestix Magnetic Eye Color, a crayon cream eyeshadow in the shade
03:35Queen Olive.
03:36I'm going to use this shade on my lash line and kind of blend up for some definition.
03:41But I'm realizing now you have to work fast to blend these.
03:44Like, this is, like, pretty much already set.
03:48Next up, I have eyeliner.
03:50And this is the Pat McGrath Perma Precision Liquid Eyeliner.
03:53I just saw Pat McGrath yesterday.
03:56So, I told her that we were going to use her eyeliner in this video, and she was so excited.
04:00It's always nice to see mother.
04:03I was like, that's what she doesn't even call her!
04:06So, anyway, this eyeliner is waterproof.
04:09It resists humidity.
04:10It lasts for 24 hours.
04:13Lots of claims on this fella.
04:15Pretty standard, thin, felt tip.
04:18So, I have the Lancôme Monsieur Big Mascara.
04:21It is in the waterproof formulation.
04:23The name of this just always reminds me of Sex and the City.
04:26I think it does a really good job of making it look like I do have eyelashes.
04:30I actually have a waterproof lip liner from Laura Geller.
04:35It's called the Palette Perfection Waterproof Lip Liner in the shade Cabernet.
04:38And I'm going to put it all over my lips and wear it, like, kind of like a lipstick.
04:41This color is so pretty.
04:43Okay, that was really easy to apply.
04:44And that's it!
04:45My whole face is waterproofed, guys.
04:48Well, in theory.
04:49We'll see how it goes.
04:50I'm going to go to the beach, probably have some food.
04:53We'll test this makeup out for the rest of the day.
04:55And you'll see if it truly lives up to its waterproof claims.

05:15So, I am back from the beach.
05:18And today was quite a day.
05:20We went all the way to Coney Island, had some pizza at Totono's, which is a 93-year-old, like,
05:28OG pizza spot.
05:30It was so good.
05:32We just had some Totono's pizza.
05:34Honestly, the lip looks good, too.
05:36It just faded a little bit in the center.
05:38Then I put some lip liner back on so I could look fashionable at the beach.
05:42Are you filming me?
05:43Yep.
05:43And I went to go frolic around with my cameraman, Anthony's dog, named Pepper.
05:48And we played with a little frisbee, worked with a little sweat.
05:50And then I finally got into the water.
05:53Not gonna lie, it was very, very cold.
05:55I was a super wimp.
05:58Oh my god, it's so cold!
06:02No, I can't do this!
06:08I'm not doing this anymore!
06:10I can't!
06:10So I just got out of the water.
06:13It was freezing.
06:14Let's take a look at the makeup.
06:16The foundation's a little bit dry, so it looks a little bit cakier on my nose.
06:19The bronzer looks like it's washed away a little bit, but you can still see it.
06:23The eyebrows, eyes, all of that, lips, looks exactly the same.
06:26A little bit of smudging just here.
06:28I think that the makeup held up pretty well.
06:32The eyes, honestly, they look, like, close to perfect.
06:35Eyebrows still look like they're on, faded just slightly.
06:38The lip stayed on, but it is starting to fade just a little bit.
06:43The base is where things were fading a little bit more.
06:46The foundation is still on, for the most part, on my cheeks, around my chin,
06:51but around my nose it's starting to kind of come off in an almost patchy way.
06:56Highlighter is still there, so the Catrice Drops definitely kept the highlighter on.
07:01I can still see a bit of the bronzer.
07:02I can still see a bit of the blush, but they've definitely faded.
07:05I'm impressed.
07:05Like, I could go out and, like, go on with my regular day like this,
07:09and I don't think anyone would really be able to tell much of a difference.
07:12So, all in all, honestly, this was a very, very fun video to shoot.
07:16It was cold for a moment, and it was very fun going into the water,
07:20but the whole day was really fun.
07:22We got to hang out, we got to play with a puppy,
