Leaders of the opposition INDIA bloc convened at Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge's residence in New Delhi to conduct a symbolic public impeachment of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Former Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar presided over the proceedings, noting that the session was summoned because voter names were improperly removed from electoral rolls without transparency or accountability. 32:04Mr. Ganesh Kumar hereby resolved that he be impeached on the following charges.
32:13Charge number one, the Chief Election Commissioner, Mr. Ganesh Kumar, has overseen and participated
32:25in a divisive and malevolent criminal conspiracy orchestra by the BJP to steal national and
32:40state elections.
32:40He has willingly broken the rule of law by allowing them to access voters' role, to
32:49delete and add voters at will and manipulate the outcome of the elections.
32:56He is guilty of operationalizing a premeditated attack on the electoral process, that is the
33:08very foundation of India's democracy.
33:12This is a criminal act and an act of prison against the nation and the Constitution of India.
33:21Charge number two, the Chief Election Commissioner, Mr. Ganesh Kumar, is directly responsible for

35:08The fourth charge, the Chief Election Commissioner, Mr. Ganesh Kumar, is guilty of illegally centralizing
35:19control over the electoral rolls in the ECI.

39:07In the light of above facts, it is clear that lifelong legal protection provided to the chief election commissioner, I

41:24And just six charges that's been given by him, the six charges against the CEC, conspiring to steal elections, deleted
41:3113 crore voters, rewrote Form 6 without Parliament,
41:35seized the rolls through the ECINET, shut out the other two commissioners and acted at the b's of Prime Minister
41:41and the Home Minister.
