Union Home Minister Amit Shah led a one-kilometre-long pad yatra in Hyderabad, Telangana, concluding at Moazzam Jahi Market where he addressed a public gathering. Prior to the march, he offered prayers at the Bhagyalakshmi temple near Charminar. The march witnessed large participation from Bharatiya Janata Party cadres and members of the public hailing from Telangana as well as other states, featuring traditional cultural elements such as Bonalu and Bathukamma. The foot march is part of the party's nationwide campaign to counter the INDIA bloc's protests and allegations regarding the Special Intensive Revision and election integrity. Alongside the Hyderabad event, the party conducted synchronised rallies across the country, including in Rohtak and Kolkata, as part of an intensified campaign targeting opposition allegations.

00:00My colleague Abdul Bashir is there on the ground, a part of this padhyatra which is being led by Union
00:04Home Minister Amit Shah.
00:06Abdul, is this padhyatra and the message that the BJP is trying to send out resonating with the general public
00:12as well?
00:13Is the public also participating in this padhyatra or is it largely the BJP cadre that is part of this
00:19march?
00:26Well, this yatra that we see, huge public that has been gathered here, is not only the BJP cadre, not
00:32the public here.
00:33Let us talk to some people and understand where they are from, what they, how they are here in this
00:38particular yatra.
00:39Aakka naam, what is your name?
00:40My name is Shri Khan.
00:42What exactly, where are you from? Are you a BJP leader or what?
00:45I am a BJP division general secretary from Fatma Rao Nagar.
00:48Okay, so what exactly are you, do you want to say in this particular yatra, what message do you want
00:53to get?
00:57Aakka naam, aabhi aana ke a di mein pura, abhi pura, bjp ka aayachay, abhi kaise bolo, tarahanake a government
01:09bhi tanangana mein bhi jep ka government aane ke achay, abhi mooni hamisya ayahayaya, abhi dekhe naa habhi kaisa ayaka
01:16pura kaise aya, pura paabiluk hiop parlament,
01:19So basically here you can see most of the BJP gathers are completely have gathered here along with several of
01:27the public also we can see and traditional representation that is the colorful attraction here as you can see many
01:35of them here the traditional Bonalu which usually is organized here every year that also is showcasing the Telangana culture
01:43here at one side as you can see how colorful this yatra has been made.
01:46Drums and also Bhat Kama is also significant here in this particular yatra and several of the you know traditional
01:55cultures have been represented from this particular yatra let us talk to some more people here and understand what they
02:02are you know where are they from and what they actually belong to.
02:16So as you can see here these people have gathered.
02:18Amma kahan se aya?
02:22BJP leader Amiru BJP party.
02:24Ah I don't know.
02:25She says that she is from the BJP party madam.
02:30So are you from the Bharti Janda party?
02:32BJP leader.
02:33Let us go.
02:36The people that we come across the people that we talk to are most of the cadres.
02:40The Bharti Janda party cadres that has gathered here.
02:43Now this is the show of strength that you can see inside here of Hyderabad.
02:47The yatra is almost you know to conclude and as you can see while during this particular conclusion hundreds of
02:55people still are walking towards the point where the yatra is said to end.
03:01And as you can see, still there are hundreds of people behind me and they are still walking.
03:07So this Yatra is said to be a grand success for the Bharati Chanta Party as this kind of strength,
03:13the show of strength.
03:14This is not a time where there is election in the state, but just a message to the opposition parties
03:20given in a broader way.
03:21And as you can see, the whole Bharati Chanta Party, Kader, people, everybody joined here, people from different states and
03:28communities also took part in this particular Yatra.
03:31All right, Abdul, do stay with us. We're getting these visuals of Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
03:36It seems like the Padhyatra is now over. He has reached the end point of the Padhyatra from where he
03:41will be addressing the crowd.
03:43And this is the Mojahari market. That was the end point of this Padhyatra where Union Home Minister Amit Shah
03:50has already reached.
03:51It was a one kilometre long Padhyatra, which is now over. It was being led by the Union Home Minister
03:57in Hyderabad.
03:58He's now reached the end point. He's on the stage and he's going to address the crowd shortly.
04:05So this is the counter Padhyatra that has been launched by the BJP, not just in the national capital,
04:11because what we've been seeing is that the India bloc protests and the rallies have been largely focused in the
04:17national capital.
04:17But what the BJP is now doing as a part of its counter campaign, which is the Lok Kantra Bachao
04:23Rajapta Hattao,
04:24because the BJP is alleging that the opposition is trying to spread anarchy.
04:28And that is why this campaign under which they are launching these Padhyatras,
04:32not just in the national capital, but in different parts of the country.
04:35Yesterday, when there was a lot of action that was taking place in the national capital,
04:39though there was a counter-protest and rally by the BJP in West Delhi.
04:43But the BJP chief was holding a Padhyatra in Rohtan.
04:47Today, the Union Home Minister is in Tilangana's Hyderabad.
04:51Remember, Tilangana is a Congress-ruled state where the Union Home Minister is currently holding this Padhyatra,
04:57which is now over.
04:58And if you talk about the BJP chief, he is in Kolkata, where he is also leading another Padhyatra.
05:03And he is accompanied by the Bengal chief minister also.
05:07So that is the strategy of the BJP, countering the narrative.
05:12It is a narrative war now, which is out on the streets.
05:15And all the senior leaders, the ministers, right, from the Union Home Minister to the chief ministers
05:21to other union ministers also, all are on the streets, including the senior leaders of the BJP.
05:27And the fight only continues to intensify against the allegations, the charges that the India Bloc has been alleging,
05:34the questions that they have been raising on the special intensive revision, on the vote chori,
05:40on the government, calling the 2024 elections also illegal,
05:45alleging that the prime minister and home minister are holding that position because of vote chori.
05:50These were the kind of allegations that were made by the India Bloc leaders yesterday at the Ram Leela Maidan.
05:57Yesterday, the BJP rally in the national capital was focused on the anti-sikh riots of 1984.
06:03But there was another Padhyatra which was being led by the BJP chief Nitin Avin in Brautdak.
06:09Now, today, this Padhyatra was led by Union Home Minister Amit Shah,
06:13who before this Padhyatra started, he visited the Bhage Lakshmi temple at Charminar.
06:17Now, the Padhyatra is over. It was a one-kilometer-long Padhyatra in which we saw massive participation of the
06:24BJP carder largely.
06:26The BJP workers and leaders had gathered from different parts of the country,
06:30as my colleague Abdul was speaking to several of them.
06:34They were not just from Telangana, but different parts of the country,
06:37be it Bengal, Bihar, who have gathered in Hyderabad for Union Home Minister Amit Shah-led Padhyatra.
