10:52japan cup had he not suffered that injury back and are we getting an osaka that hellacious career
10:57ending career changing dog pound cage match yeah let's not get this unclear or incorrect
11:05hinare is not going to preserve a potential shot in g1 climax 34 by taking an easy way out tonight
11:13not at all he is not going to quit and neither is shiko takagi and this might be yo hinare
11:20said
11:20i am willing to nearly die or die for this for one million maori watching from new zealand he cannot
11:30let his people down by giving up under any circumstances and he's never been the type
11:36known to give up in any variety we saw that on display in that dog pound cage match
11:43bandage the towel to the head staples later in the hospital
11:48the scar right down the center of his skull to prove it still today that he is the hardest headed
11:53man
11:54in professional wrestling
12:00listen harry
12:03takes great pride in
12:06that hard-headedness but that hard-headedness is not just physical for hinare it is also mental
12:12and that stubborn edge hinare has very well could be the leg up if any that he has over shingo
12:17takagi
12:17in this match tonight
12:20shingo takagi is certainly stubborn in his own right and well we're seeing who's head's harder
12:24right now
12:39the native man caught out power bomb
12:44From Shingo
12:45Shingo is waiting for that shot
12:47Quite an unforced error from Hinari
12:49And sliding into the lariat
12:52Hinari right back on his feet
12:56And we're less than 5 minutes
12:58Into this matchup already Chris
13:01We have a 60 minute time limit
13:04We very well may need all 60 of them
13:16Starting to see some redning on the skull of Hinari
13:19Even if you were the one delivering headbutts of that nature
13:25That we saw from Hinari earlier on
13:27You're still taking a good amount of impact
13:29On every single one
13:30Impact being absorbed by Shingo now
13:33Front face did
13:35Look out, here's the right, watch the left
13:37And dangerous driver Takagi
13:41Yukon style
13:43And well that has slowed Hinari now
13:48Looks like a terminator
13:50Back on his feet
13:51Up and down
13:52A page tackle
13:59Ever since the announcement of Hinari's return
14:02Back at New Japan Resurgence in Ontario
14:05The world has been buzzing to see
14:07How will Hinari adapt?
14:09How will Hinari overcome
14:11On his return from injury
14:13Return from a life-threatening state?
14:22But that changes the man
14:23It changes everybody
14:26Makes you realize what's important to you as well
14:28Exactly
14:29You know, there are some
14:31You might take that and say
14:33I'm gonna go home and be a family man
14:35And there are some
14:37That will keep that torch burning
14:40And it'll inspire them to go even harder
14:43The fire only burns brighter
14:45For Hinari
14:47The further we move on
14:49In this matchup
14:49We're gonna see that fire dim down
15:06Come on
15:07Come on
15:08Come on
15:13Come on
15:28Come on
15:29Come on
15:47Both men trading between wrist clutch
15:50Come on
15:50Come on
16:17Time after time, shot for shot.
16:21But look how quick Shingo Takagi is to rebuild that wall.
16:28And how...
16:30Hanare.
16:30Yeah, how quick Hanare is to destroy it again.
16:32Wait a minute, popping bomber.
16:37That is how quickly momentum can change with mana like this inside an arena.
16:58Never Overweight Championship, created initially as a title for younger stars.
17:07That's why it didn't have the IWGP branding, but never instead, New Blood, Evolution, Valiantly Eternal Radical.
17:16But make no mistake about it, this is as strong a style as you're gonna see.
17:24Boom.
17:33Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
17:36Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
17:38Takagi's hope for never is simple
17:40That Hinare never holds
17:43The Openweight Championship
17:47Shingo Takagi, that wrist clutch
17:50Finky last to the dragon
17:52Hinare
17:53Keeping his base
17:56Shingo chipping away at it
17:58That's a heavy base to chip away at
18:01Hinare not sees it
18:03Wrist control that time
18:04Chop for chop
18:05Here we go, here we go
18:07Abris clutch
18:09No
18:11Oh, Streets
18:12Streets, but Streets of Rage
18:14Streets of Rage, but he can't cover him, Walker
18:16That work
18:18Hinare grasping at his own neck
18:20Feeling that damage
18:21Courts and drought
18:22The neck and spine
18:23Look, this is the difference
18:24And Hinare has been sparring in New Zealand
18:27All the time away
18:28But
18:29The calluses that Shingo Takagi has built up
18:32The most active man
18:34In New Japan Pro Wrestling
18:36That is the difference
18:39That might have cost him the Never-O-Point Championship, Walker
18:46That Maudi Energy
18:48Fielding throughout Hinare
18:50Would love to pick up Shingo Takagi here
18:52For an impact shot
18:54I might just do it right here
18:56Nope
18:58That Streets of Rage has been the difference maker
19:00Time after time
19:02For Hinare, but never in this high stake of a situation
19:07Oh, wait a minute
19:08Exposing that knee
19:09Knee pad pulled down
19:11And the native knee
19:13Listen to the sound off that, Chris
19:17No response
19:18With Shingo this time
19:21And off the ropes
19:23Rugby paw
19:24Wow
19:25Oh, the conversion's no good, Walker
19:31Shingo, Shingo
19:33Lost in a jacket
19:35And Shingo can't make the cover
19:36Come on, go
19:37Come on, go
19:39The war
19:40That is ensuing
19:42The damage these two men have endured
19:45Both men
19:46Could have walked away with the Never-O-Point Championship by now
19:52The Streets of Rage
19:56Shingo Takagi's dropped Hinare already with that pumping bomber
19:59Now this high impact move
20:00And there are so many other maneuvers in the arsenal of both of these men
20:05We know that there are deeper tricks of the trade
20:07To be pulled out here tonight in Osaka
20:11Looks like we're getting an outstanding 10 count for 20 rounds
20:14Remember
20:17Hinare
20:183-6-1 in the last 365 days
20:22That one
20:23Being a double KO with Gabe Kidd
20:26Yes
20:26The only singles match in the year of 2024 for Hinare
20:32And Shingo has that
20:34Remember it was Shingo
20:36Just now who pulled Hinare up
20:39This isn't the way for a warrior to end it
20:43And even
20:45It looks like a crap rep on
20:47Shingo walking
20:49And he'll keep moving forward despite the pain
20:52Yeah, it's difficulty breathing right now for Shingo Takagi
20:55Let alone hitting any offense like this
20:59And yet that pain, that agony
21:01Sees to drive him to hit harder
21:03Oh, right there
21:05Shot to the liver
21:06From Hinare
21:08Spinning heel kick
21:09Got it with the insecurity on the rebound
21:11Sliding in with the rugby putt
21:14And double area to attempt
21:16Both men hanging on each other's body
21:22Almost slapping each other to wake each other up
21:25It's not almost
21:26It's happening
21:26And it's effective
21:29Someone's going to sleep
21:32Much sooner than later
21:40Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
21:42This might be it
21:42That's done
21:43Hinare wanted it
21:45Hinare leaned in and asked
21:47Bring your mana
21:48Give me the hardest shot you have
21:51Oh, well
21:52Careful what you wish for
21:54Oh
21:55Oh
21:55Oh
21:57Oh my god
22:06That hammerhead into the lariat
22:08Again, he got it
22:10And shot
22:27Heavy affection for Hinare tonight
22:30In Osaka Joe Hall
22:32Because
22:33This is what Hinare dreamed of
22:35This is the town where Hinare nearly goddamn died
22:39For this business
22:41For this fight
22:42And he's not afraid to do it again
22:44For the pride
22:45For the honor
22:48And are we willing to go for that championship
22:54His mana will carry him as far as possible
22:57Oh, no, not this way
22:59It's over
23:00Oh, it's over
23:05It's over
23:06It's over
23:06It's over
23:07It's over
23:09It's over
23:11It's over
23:12There was no give in either man
23:15I can't believe this
23:16I can't believe this
23:21And now Hinare
23:24Is incensed
23:29Oh, heavy frustration for Hinare
23:35You can't blame him
23:35Watch out
23:36Hinare, what are you doing?
23:38Well, I mean
23:40He didn't give in
23:44Hinare didn't lose
23:45He didn't quit
23:47And look who's walking
23:48And look who's laid out
23:53But for a couple of seconds
23:55That championship
23:56Should be his
23:59But it's Shiga Takagi
24:01The unconscious man
24:03Who needs medical attention right now
24:05It's that man
24:07Who screws his plan
24:08It was the call from referee Marty Asami
24:11And you can't blame him
24:12After the war that we have gone through
24:14But in the end
24:16It was the right call
24:18I mean, admittedly it was
24:19Hinare may not believe so
24:21And it may be difficult to admit
24:22But in the end
24:23Still never openweight champion
24:26Shingo Takagi
24:28Earning that historic eighth defense
24:30But Chris
24:31Not in the fashion
24:32That Shingo Takagi would have wanted
24:34Where Shingo Takagi comes to
24:36And it might be on his hospital bedwalker
24:42He'll be asking the championship committee
24:45To make sure
24:46We run this back
24:47As soon as possible
24:48But the dragon is in no escape
24:51To say anything right now
25:01The mana that Hinare
25:03Still had left
25:04For this matchup
25:05Now being taken out
25:06At ringside
25:07But
25:08All being said and done
25:09The never openweight championship
25:11Remains
25:12The thoughtless grasp
25:15Of Shingo Takagi
25:19Will march forward
25:21Into all together
25:23LIJ versus
25:25Bullet Club
25:26War Dogs
25:26And GLG
25:2810-man tag team matchup
25:30Well
25:30What piece
25:32What state
25:33Will Shingo Takagi be
25:34Going toward
25:36The mental state of Hinare right now
25:39God be with
25:41Whoever is the next person
25:43To come face to face
25:47With that berserker
25:55Folks we are going to be heading in
25:56Very soon
25:57To our first of the double main event
25:59The IWGP World Heavyweight Championship
26:02On the line
26:03Lumberjack style
26:04Jon Moxley
26:05Takes on Evil
26:06One-on-one
