00:13The question I have moving forward with Baltimore is,
00:18what do you do with Lamar Jackson?
00:20Do you know in the last two years in games that he started,
00:24the Ravens are 9-9.
00:27And listen, here's the reality.
00:30Here's the reality of Lamar Jackson.
00:33He's hurt.
00:34He's inconsistent.
00:36And we're now starting to see a football player that's missing games.
00:42The guy in Buffalo runs the same style of offense.
00:47I don't think that guy's missed a game in seven years.
00:50He never misses football games.
00:53We're starting to see this more on a regular basis.
00:58And what's the one thing we're starting to see more evident in his game?
01:04Lamar Jackson is running less.
01:07You're starting to take one of the tools out of the toolbox that's made this player one of the greatest
01:14athletes to ever play the quarterback position.
01:16So if you're the front office and you're Eric DaCosta and you're the owner of the team,
01:22Team Scotty, you're going to pay this guy $65 million on a contract extension?
01:29Why?
01:31You can't extend the guy.
01:33It's time to move on.
01:36You can't build an organization and a game plan around a player who's always hurt and is starting to run

01:49Josh Allen doesn't miss football games.

02:41If you're Baltimore, do you trade them?

02:47And do you start thinking in the offseason about starting over at the quarterback position?
02:54How many people really believe that the Baltimore Ravens are going to win a Super Bowl with Lamar Jackson at
03:01the quarterback position?
03:02And then you're going to turn around and make him the highest paid player in the game?
03:09Look, he's a South Florida guy.
03:12He was talking about making that move a couple years ago.
03:16Maybe you trade him to Miami and you send him back home where he's from in South Florida.
03:21If you're Baltimore, you cannot extend him.
03:26You cannot give him a new three- to four-year contract with a guy who's aging and is always
03:34hurt and he's not running the ball as much as he used to.
03:37As I said earlier, the games that he's played in the last two years, he's 9-9.
03:45We're not talking about a guy who's elevating.
03:48And here's the most important factor in this conversation.

03:58He's in first place.
04:01You know that so-called relationship that went sideways in Baltimore?
04:06I don't know.
04:08People in Baltimore were blaming John Harbaugh.
04:10How's John Harbaugh doing with the New York Giants?
04:14They're in first place in the East.
04:16He's on his third quarterback.
04:18He's revamping that entire team.
04:22They're winning.
04:23They're probably going to win the NFC East.
04:27John Harbaugh was criticized in the handling of Lamar Jackson.
04:34There was also reports by a local reporter there that was saying he was falling asleep in meetings.
04:39He was late to practices.
04:42John Harbaugh now has gone up.
04:44Look what he did to Cam Scadaboo.

04:59I think they coddled that guy too much in Baltimore.
