00:00Well enjoy one of the last nice dry days in the northeast before the rain moves in and I mean
00:06last nice dry days before this system comes into our region here. We're already starting to see the rain from
00:12Green Bay down to Louisville over into Charleston West Virginia for your Wednesday but it's not until Wednesday night that
00:18we start to get into places like Pittsburgh. Before that though 75 degrees for a high similar situation in Boston
00:24here. I mean it's not necessarily unheard of in November. We're challenging records not necessarily widespread
00:29breaking records but still this is not your typical November 4th that's for sure. We go ahead to Wednesday night
00:35and Thursday. This is the main day to watch for the rain. Now keep in mind thunderstorms stay further south
00:41and I'm not going to rule out a couple of stronger storms from Virginia Beach down through places like Atlanta
00:47into southern Georgia into Florida. Further north mid-Atlantic northeast it really is just rain but we could see some
00:55flash flooding especially with leaves clogging storm drains things like that. The bigger flash flood
00:59concern comes for the east coast Friday though. Let's take a look at future radar break it down piece by
01:04piece. So some rain that's been moving through northern New England throughout our Tuesday that starts to really move out
01:10Wednesday still just a little bit lingering for your morning commute bigger issues though in places like Cincinnati Detroit down
01:15to Louisville and then we'll see this rain moving into Pittsburgh by even 5 p.m. So evening commute keep
01:21that in mind especially after so many days of no rain could cause some slowdowns that's for sure. All right
01:29We continue on here. It's not necessarily all day rainfall Thursday. A lot of this moves through Wednesday night for
01:36places west of the line that I just drew here but still some lingering for Thursday morning commute and it's
01:43going to come two rounds for the east coast. You might think you're done but that's not quite the case.
01:48This is actually the more concerning situation when it comes to flash flooding through Friday.
