00:00Well, we are far from talking about any kind of super storms, nor'easters, anything along the northeast coast right
00:07now. Great news. Well, except for the dry stretch that we've been on, that's starting to become less good news
00:12because it's been so long. We'll talk more about that in a second, but we're mostly staying dry as we
00:17head into our Friday. It's one of those situations, the east coast versus more interior portions of the region, a
00:23little bit of a different forecast, a few showers into Burlington, but we're not really looking at widespread rain until
00:28we get into
00:29mid to even late next week. Monday, a few of you could see a few showers, but for now, it's
00:34all about the warmth. We continue with our warming trend as we head through your Friday, even all the way
00:40up into Boston, southern New England. Now, central upstate New York, northern New England, you don't quite get in on
00:45the warmup. That's where, you know, different forecasts for different parts of the region, but everybody else enjoy it. Now,
00:52Saturday for Halloween, we start to even out, so our temperatures really are about in line with where we typically
00:57would be this time of year when we look at historical averages.
00:59We're in the mid 50s in Boston, a little cooler actually than where we typically would be this time of
01:04year at 58, 60 in Detroit, mid 60s for Baltimore. Keep in mind, these are high temperatures, so trick or
01:10treat temperatures going to be a little bit different. Now, I mentioned the dry stretch. This is where, I mean,
01:17it's getting concerning. It's more than two weeks without rain if we assume that the streak ends next Thursday, which
01:23is looking more and more likely at this point, but of course, we are still a ways out. We're a
01:27week out, so you want to keep checking back with us.
01:29As we get closer, but assuming we end things on Thursday, it's longest dry stretch since 2024 in New York
01:36and Allentown since February 2026 in DC. We already had that a significant dry stretch. Remember June of 2026, Raleigh.
01:46Well, we had a dry stretch earlier on in the summer as well. All right, so if we look ahead
01:52to New York the next couple of days, it's a lot of bouncing up and down warmer than our historical
01:57average. I'm right about in line Saturday. We're right
01:59about in line, but then we start another warming trend as we head into the early parts of next week.
