00:16Jamilkir's legal team told the Kuala Lumpur sessions court on Thursday that they will file several applications in connection with

00:25They said the applications would include one concerning Jamilkir's passport after reviewing the documents handed over by the prosecution.
00:33They expressed concern over social media statements by members of the public which they argued could prejudice the case and
00:40amount to subjudice.
00:42They said they had identified accounts that may potentially be brought to court for reference on subjudice matters which could
00:48lead to contempt of court proceedings.
00:51Earlier, the prosecution informed the court that they had handed over a volume of documents to the defense and needed
00:57time to submit the remaining documents, including banking records.
