00:00I didn't want to get messy. The first day of Double Dare, when I go into the studio,
00:03I see some guy pouring chocolate on his slides, and I say, excuse me, what are you guys doing?
00:07And they say, well, that's the obstacle course. If you win the game, you run eight obstacles in
00:1260 seconds, and you win prizes. And I said, nobody told me about that. So the first 65,
00:17if you go back and look at those episodes, I was able to dodge it. I didn't have a bit
00:20of
00:21slime or whipped cream on me. First 65 episodes explode, and they take kids to a focus group,
00:26and they said, the only thing we don't like is the fact that the host doesn't get messy. So we
00:30think it would be more interesting if he did that. And so I did it, and I defy anybody to
00:34say I was
00:35having a bad time, because I was never having a bad time. I loved every minute of that show and
00:39every aspect of it. So that's when I sort of came to the realization that the OCD was a part
00:44of my
00:44life. You wait your entire career to get to a goal, and then you reach it. So I overcame that.
