Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan has brushed aside Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad's allegations that foreigners are coming to Malaysia and eventually become voters because of the foreign direct investment policies set by the Government. Mahathir was referring to the Forest City project in Johor Baru.
