The new cabinet of Gujarat chief minister Bhupendra Patel took oath on Thursday. Twenty four ministers, including former Assembly Speaker Rajendra Trivedi and former state BJP president Jitu Vaghani, were sworn in at the Raj Bhavan in Ahmedabad. In line with the BJP's "no repeat" formula ahead of the state assembly polls next year, no minister from the earlier Vijay Rupani-led government was inducted.
