00:00 We have repeatedly pointed out the oppression that is happening in the eyes of the Pakistani
00:07 people.
00:08 The oppression is happening with the eyes of the Pakistani people.
00:13 The constitution of any democratic country is given the status of a living organism.
00:20 It breathes.
00:21 We call that document a sacred document because it regulates our lives.
00:26 It regulates the people's interaction with each other in a civil society.
00:31 There is a civil judge in the institutions.
00:34 A very senior officer stands in front of him.
00:37 So, the civil judge, like the former prime minister, PTI chairman, Zorna, is in front
00:42 of various courts.
00:43 On one side, there is a big political party leader, but there are allegations against
00:48 him.
00:49 And the constitution of the constitution is not a constitution.
00:52 And according to the constitution, he has to be present in front of those courts to answer
00:59 his allegations.
01:00 What does it decide, all that is the constitution of Pakistan.
01:05 And if the constitution of Pakistan starts to be violated, then obviously this book,
01:11 this sacred document, should be a sacred book for us.
01:16 So, it is oppression with it.
01:19 So, this oppression, which is basically, as it happened in Pakistan, as it happened
01:24 during the time of General Zia, General Musharraf also used the constitution as a moth's
01:29 nose, but still he took some consideration.
01:32 But, viewers, the present-day democratic, our PDM communities, who have played with
01:38 this constitution, and what we are seeing with our own eyes, and have seen so far, they
01:44 have not seen the example of the political, judicial and social society of Pakistan in
01:51 any history.
01:52 That the constitution has been put in a box like this.
01:56 The biggest court of Pakistan, the biggest court, has not one but two orders thrown into
02:03 the trash can.
02:04 And they say that it is our will, we will not allow this.
02:08 So, viewers, in Pakistan, in the form of inflation with the public, with the government of Pakistan
02:15 with justice, obviously, with their opponents, with the police, or with the rest of the forces
02:22 that are being used, oppression is being done.
02:25 But the most oppression, viewers, is happening with this book.
02:29 In front of you, a few examples of it.
02:32 Yesterday, on August 31, viewers, on Thursday, the Pakistan Election Commission, viewers,
02:39 wrote a letter.
02:40 And they wrote a letter to the KPK's supervisory government, to the election commission secretary,
02:46 Mr. Omar Ameed.
02:47 They wrote this letter, and in the letter, what they say, this letter is in English,
02:52 but the English translation is in English.
02:54 And they say that the KPK's supervisory government, the KPK's election commission,
02:58 the KPK's election commission secretary, Mr. Omar Ameed, is doing oppression with the
03:04 Pakistan election commission.
03:06 And in the letter, what they say, this letter is in English, but the English translation
03:12 is in English.
03:13 But we will share the translation with you.
03:16 Then we will tell you why this oppression is happening with the Pakistan election commission.
03:21 As you know, this letter starts, as you know, that under Article 218(3) of the constitution,
03:26 the KPK's supervisory government has to play a key role in supporting the election commission
03:31 so that all stakeholders, that is, the various political parties, can make a level playing
03:36 field for the candidates.
03:38 And the candidate can express his abilities in front of the voters without any fear, support,
03:44 help or obstacle.
03:46 The supervisory government, including the cabinet, the executive, the advisory, the
03:51 other relevant officials, can only provide a purposeful environment in this case if they
03:57 do not involve themselves in political and constitutional issues, which is against the
04:03 Article 1(d) and 2(g) of Section 230 of the Election Act 2017.
04:10 But unfortunately, the media and other sources have come to the notice of the election commission
04:15 that some ministers, advisers and special counsels have been included in the current
04:20 supervisory cabinet.
04:21 The statement of the former minister Shahid Khattak in the supervisory government is the
04:27 clearest example of this, which was seen in the media and is clearly involved in political
04:32 activities.
04:33 Some other ministers were also found to be in connection with their party in the media,
04:39 while Shahid Khattak resigned from his ministry after taking election action.
04:44 The attitude of some ministers, advisers, special counsels and other relevant officials
04:51 is completely contrary to the spirit of the supervisory government, the mirror of Pakistan
04:58 and the Election Act 2017.
05:00 In light of these circumstances, the Election Commission requests you to review the reports
05:05 of the supervisory cabinet in the light of the procedures given in the relevant sections
05:10 of the Election Act 2017 and to immediately dismiss such ministers, advisers and special
05:15 counsels involved in politics so that the future can be assured of a free, fair and transparent
05:21 election.
05:22 I hope you will give priority to this matter first, Omar Ameed, Secretary Election Commission.
05:27 Viewers, as I said in Pakistan, sorry, Mr. Chaudhary, I am taking a little more time,
05:33 when did the injustice with the constitution begin?
05:36 You will remember, viewers, on 14 January, the Chief Minister of Punjab, Mr. Chaudhary
05:43 Parvez Lai sent a summary to the Governor and within 48 hours, the analysis of it was
05:49 completed, the assembly was over.
05:51 The period of 90 days in which the elections should have been held in Punjab was completed
05:57 on 14 April.
05:58 Today, on 1 August, the period of 90 days has been completed.
06:02 Viewers, it has been 110 days.
06:06 The fundamental right of the 12-13 crore people of Punjab, the right of the vote, which is
06:12 provided by the constitution, they are deprived of it and they are deprived of 110 days.
06:17 Similarly, the analysis of the KP Assembly has been completed on 196 days.
06:22 The KP Assembly was analyzed on 18 January.
06:25 The period of 90 days, on 18 April, has been completed.
06:29 Today, on 1 August, the period of 90 days has been completed.
06:34 It has been 106 days.
