00:37 I think what you've got to understand here with Edward Cabrera is there is that
00:41 potential for him to fall back into that guy that could be more of a walk guy again.
00:45 Who at 26 years old is still going to struggle with control certain times.
00:49 Now the bigger surprise here is not that Edward Cabrera is rostered in 50% of
00:53 leagues only.
00:55 It's that Max Meyer was the guy that got sent down.
00:57 Cuz you would probably argue and be correct that Max Meyer was the best guy in
01:01 this Marlins rotation.
01:02 So why are we sending him down for Edward Cabrera?
01:05 We're talking about managing his innings, that's absurd.
01:07 If people are dropping Max Meyer this week because he got sent down,
01:10 add Max Meyer.
01:11 He's a better priority than Cabrera, even though Cabrera is up already in pitching.
01:15 And the reason is Max Meyer is just a better pitcher.
01:18 And at some point, Max Meyer is going to be back.
01:20 Hazel Sazardo is not long for this season with the Marlins.
01:25 They are going to move him.
01:26 We've talked to Craig Mish about this.

01:30 And that is going to happen at some point.
01:32 So Max Meyer does not need to be babied as much as they are babying him.

01:39 And it's frustrating because babying Yuri Perez didn't prevent him from getting

01:44 So Max Meyer is back off Tommy John.
01:46 He's healthy.
01:47 Let the guy pitch.
01:48 The Marlins aren't competing.
01:50 If you want Max Meyer to be limited in his innings,
01:52 then shut him down in August and September.
01:54 Cuz the Marlins aren't gonna be relevant then anyway.
