00:00Thanks, everyone, for joining today. Welcome to today's session. We are going to start with some words of wisdom from Shaquille O'Neal today.
00:11Next slide. Excellence is not a singular act, but a habit.
00:16We have this mystery chalk writer in our neighborhood, and we have these little quotes all over for the last four months, and they're adorable.
00:23This one I was passing the other day, and I smiled because it reminded me of why we do these regular sessions.
00:29So as an organization, we need to make training a habit, right, to achieve excellence.
00:35But as individuals, we need to make all the things that help us learn and develop and master our craft a habit, too.
00:42So thank you, Shaq, for that. And speaking of learning, today's session, we're covering OTT and CTV Part 2.
00:51We have with us Joey Ben-Hale, who almost didn't make it. He's a trooper.
00:56He had a little family emergency, but he made it just in time, so we're lucky to have him today.
01:02He's the digital sales manager in Charlotte.
01:05We have Larry Julius back this week, market development manager.
01:09Rachel Pond, director of agency services.
01:12So we're going to start with I'm going to share a few Salesforce updates like usual.
01:17Then I want to share with you where to get more resources around OTT and CTV.
01:23We're going to recap some of the important pieces that Simplify shared last week.
01:28Then Joey's going to go through questions advertisers ask and OTT and CTV versus traditional television.
01:36Then Larry is going to take us through some Nielsen Scarborough data around OTT and CTV.
01:40And then Rachel's going to end us with process, creative requests, and the good to know information.
01:45So Salesforce, we have 26 available mini videos for you to access at any time.
01:56So if you go into the Salesforce tab in Academy, the same place that you went to to get all of the course information for Salesforce originally,
02:06there's going to be a new course right next to it that you can click into and see all of the 26 videos.
02:11So you'll see them organized by topic.
02:13They're in a row, but you don't have to go through them consecutively.
02:16They're four to five minutes long.
02:18You could go to any video that makes sense for the question you have.
02:21So if you have a question in three months from now, you know where to go to find an answer.
02:26We're also creating one-sheeters that go along with all of these, all these videos as well that'll be available by the end of next week.
02:34So that's Salesforce.
02:36If any questions, just let me know.
02:39OTT and CTV resources.
02:41So there's a lot of information around OTT and CTV, and we only have 30-minute sessions.
02:47So I want to make sure that any information that you guys are looking for, you can find.
02:51So in today's course in Academy, you're going to see additional webinars and training modules that you can go into.
03:00One webinar is from yesterday that Simplify put on.
03:03And then the training module is everything you need to know soup to nuts about OTT and CTV that has been updated in 2020.
03:11Also, I know some of you have been asking for the deck from last week from Simplify.
03:16I put their deck on our Beasley-branded PowerPoint, and it is there now for you guys to access.
03:23So if you want to take a slide and share it with your advertiser, you can do that.
03:27And then by tomorrow morning, you'll have all of that FAQs from last week, and then a success story will be there as well.
03:36Okay, next slide, Kim.
03:40Tying it all together.
03:42So I'm always going to circle back to the importance of tying everything we do together, because I think that in itself is a differentiator.
03:51And when we do it right, it helps just educate our advertiser.
03:55So I'm going to read to you a few lyrics that hopefully can help and give you a starting point to have a conversation with your advertiser.
04:04So today's world, Mr. Advertiser, we're witnessing a fundamental change in the way people consume media.
04:11What used to be predictable has been replaced by fragmented interactions that now occur instantaneously.
04:17There are hundreds of moments every day to influence buying decisions.
04:20What this means is there are so many more ways to capture audience and influence buying decisions.
04:27We're going to target your ideal audience, regardless of where they are, with the appropriate message based on their buying journey.
04:35So this is something that you could share with the advertiser, just a starting place to start thinking about when you're talking to someone who is used to advertising with traditional media,
04:44so they can kind of see the bigger picture and tie everything together.
04:47And then you could talk about social and email and display and pre-roll and OTT and all of that.
04:53And this really talks about why we're doing all of this and how it all plays together in the media plan.
05:00Next slide.
05:02So being knowledgeable is a differentiator in itself.
05:07So we talked about the big picture with those lyrics.
05:10So having that conversation about the big picture and how everything in the media plan working together makes the biggest impact.
05:18And then also knowing how to target their ideal audience.
05:24And then based on the advertiser's needs and goals, finding the right solution that helps target the ideal audience and plays a part in the big picture.
05:33So when you're trying to be knowledgeable and being a differentiator in the field, knowing how to tie all of this together, not just be an expert in one individual solution, knowing how to have this whole well-rounded conversation.
05:49Next slide.
05:50So Simplify shared a lot of stats last week, and you'll find these stats with the sources on the Academy course.
05:59But I'm just going to read these to you because I think they're pretty powerful.
06:0371% of Internet users use an OTT CTV service at least once a month.
06:09U.S. advertisers are expected to spend $5 billion on OTT and CTV in 2020.
06:14The number of subscriptions to video-on-demand services globally is expected to top $947 million by 2024.
06:2470% of OTT CTV households have a multi-channel subscription.
06:30AVODs will grow by 120% from $24 billion to $53 billion and represent about 32% of revenue.
06:39AVODs downloads are increasing significantly from January to April 2020.
06:4781% of consumers say that it's important they are able to watch TV programs wherever they want.
06:53And connected TV ads outperform those of linear TV with a 3.8-time higher retention rate.
07:02So all of this information is so powerful, and it shows the importance of OTT and CTV.
07:08And something that Simplify shared last week shows the big opportunity in front of us.
07:15Next slide.
07:17So we have all these stats and all this information backing OTT and CTV, but OTT and CTV accounts
07:23for 29% of viewing, but so far has only captured 3% of TV ad budgets.
07:30That's a big deal.
07:31So that means we need to educate our advertisers to understand the power that's in front of them.
07:37And once we do that and share this information, I really feel like we're going to make a big impact in OTT and CTV.
07:47Okay, I'm going to hand it off to Joey now.
07:50Hello, hello, hello, everyone.
07:52Happy Tuesday.
07:53And in the words of Winston Churchill, I hope you're all wearing cheap stocks because they're about to be knocked off.
08:00All right.
08:01So five advertiser questions that are always asked of us by a client.
08:10First and foremost, before I take a deep dive into this, picture is worth a thousand words.
08:15Before you get started with the OTT CTV conversation with a client, especially the ones that are not that tech savvy or don't even know what it is,
08:23pull out your phone, download the Pluto app, and just show them a visual of what it looks like.
08:31Just throw through the channels and show them a visual, and then that connection happens instantly,
08:36and then you can go into that deep dive about what OTT CTV has to offer.
08:40So without further ado, top question I get is, how do you measure the viewing audience of my OTT CTV campaign versus traditional television?
08:49This is when you bring out your toolbox and mention the fact that OTT CTV is based on location, demographic, behavior.
09:01It's hyper-targeted.
09:03We can go very granular.
09:05We can go as granular as one address out of maybe 10 addresses to target an ad.
09:13So that way, your advertiser knows exactly where their ad dollars are being spent.
09:19They know that the branding message is strong.
09:21And then also, there is a way to measure everything from the get-go versus traditional television,
09:27that it's going to run on a certain TV station, or it's going to be on a certain TV show based on the demo that was sold to the advertiser.
09:37This, again, is just super hyper-targeted, going after the right audience without a waste of impressions.
09:44So the second question I get a lot is, how localized is an OTT CTV campaign versus traditional television?
09:49Everybody knows their local television station, one of our local stations, WSOC, was also one of our competitors.
09:57Everybody knows them because of the fact that they go way back in terms of analog television, digital television.
10:03But as Ashley mentioned in the previous slides, OTT CTV has been growing, growing, and growing,
10:08but it's only 3% of the market share right now versus traditional television.
10:13So, again, by localized, you can answer it, yeah, I can get as local as a specific zip code.
10:21I can get as local as a specific parcel of homes.
10:24I can get as local as a certain demo that you're trying to reach.
10:29So, again, in the OTT CTV campaign versus traditional television argument, if you will, OTT CTV wins again.
10:40Another question I get asked a lot, and I'm sure you guys have got this question asked by a lot of your clients and reps,
10:49where will my commercial air?
10:52They're so used to, with traditional television, again, you're going on a certain network or a cable station,
10:59and you're going to have, like, a time-stable record that's going to show you my ad aired 15 times during the Golden Girls rerun last week.
11:08So, I'm sure you guys have gotten that a lot.
11:12So, this is when we shift the conversation and say, well, how important is it to see where your ad aired?
11:24Sure, yeah, we can give you a list of the hundreds and thousands of exchanges where your ad can air that the 15 or 30-second ad airs.
11:31But what's more important than that?
11:33You want leads.
11:34You want to go after a very, very, very specific audience.
11:38So, do you really care, just like Target displays, do you really care exactly how many times it aired on a Golden Girls marathon?
11:49Or do you care that the right audience saw it at the right location at the right time,
11:53and these people are actually converting to leads for you, whether they're completing the video to its fruition,
12:00or they're actually being targeted, and you can set up just like Target display ads, OTTCTV, conversion zone, and a target zone.
12:10The conversion zone being wherever you're going to run the OTTCTV ads, and the target zone is going to be, you know, your, excuse me, I just said it backwards.
12:20The target zone is going to be where you're going to run your OTTCTV ads, and your conversion zone is going to be, let's say, if you have a brick-and-mortar location.
12:28This is something you can't do with traditional television, which leads me to, you know, my next question, how is this different to traditional television,
12:37and how much this is going to cost me versus traditional television?
12:40This is a very unique aspect that we can tell the advertiser, not only who watched the video within the specific demo that they're looking for,
12:50and the lead that they're trying to generate, sometimes through online or sometimes through the door,
12:56but we can show them through the target zones and conversion zones who actually came through the door.
13:02And now, a little later on, I'm going to go through a case study real quick of showing you with the auto dealership how,
13:08when the target zones were set up just right, the conversion zone equated it in a lot of people actually coming through the door,
13:13which, again, you can't do versus traditional television.
13:16So, cost compared to traditional television.
13:19You know, it all depends, and it's all, you know, depending on their specific budget.
13:25It depends on how many impressions you want to allocate.
13:28I always think of OTC TV also as an extra, as an add-on.
13:31So, if you're doing a ready target display ad campaign, it goes beautifully with it.
13:35If you're doing email marketing, if you're doing radio, if you're doing Google AdWords,
13:40it just complements it very well, especially when it comes to a branding message in front of the right audience at the right time.
13:47And then, last but not least, if my budget is only $2,000 a month,
13:51this is usually the budget people come back to me with the OTC TV ad campaign,
13:56for about six months, how effective can this be, and what kind of ROI can I get?
14:03Now, normally, we recommend a minimum of 100,000 impressions with an average of a $40 CPM,
14:10which is about $4,000 a month.
14:11That being said, I have overseen a few OTC TV campaigns where the spend was as low as $2,000.
14:23The minimum was $50,000 impressions, and I did see the results I wanted to see.
14:27So, in answer to a question like that, yes, we can provide an effective campaign for you, Mr. and Mrs. Advertiser.
14:34But, you know, if you up the spend to $4,000, we're going to have a much better coverage
14:40when it comes to your location, demographic, and behavior,
14:42and get you a quicker and better ROI in maybe three months versus six months.
14:48So, maybe we can take that same money, start it with a minimum three months,
14:52show you the results, and then expand it to six months.
14:56So, you can go on to the next slide.
14:57So, OTC TV advertising or traditional TV ads, this is just frequently brought up statements
15:09and bullet points and stuff like that.
15:11So, you have choices when it comes to allocating an ad spend budget.
15:14It's tough to know where to invest your ad dollars.
15:17Your video consumption is on the rise, and your ad should get in front of the right viewers.
15:20But where?
15:21Television advertising has been a mainstay for years.
15:23But with the current shift in viewership in online connected television devices,
15:27problematic, over-the-top ads are dominating the media landscape, as we know.
15:31You can go on to the next slide.
15:35How OTC TV advertising works.
15:38We kind of have gone over this, but, you know, just as a summary,
15:42as advertising budgets shift from traditional television to internet connected devices,
15:47there are layers, there's checks and balances.
15:49Again, you're going based on location, demographic, and behavior.
15:53It's ear to opportune moments when your ideal customer is watching to maximize targeted audience reach.
15:59Thanks to the data collection that, you know, we have our wonderful pod behind.
16:04Relevant audience segments, consumer interest categories, and newer technology ads
16:09can be placed programmatically based on real-time bidding.
16:12So, you know, we'll have an exchange window of a 15- or 30-second ad max that we can air these ads on based on the same bidding process that we use with targeted display ads.
16:25And then last, OTT targeting capabilities.
16:28Television advertising goes out to whoever presses the TV power button.
16:31But when it comes to programmatic OTC TV advertising, every impression you buy is directed to relevant audience segments.
16:40Again, you're not wasting a dollar of the advertiser's money.
16:43You're hyper-targeting their ideal audience so that way they get the maximum return on investment versus traditional television.
16:50Instead of casting a wide net, your budget is laser-focused.
16:55How?
16:55We listen to the online cues to create a level of personalization that's unmatched by any other advertising technique.
17:01The days of targeting by only gender, by only location, by only age are over.
17:07We can mimic a direct mail campaign.
17:09We can mimic a targeted display ad campaign.
17:11And then we can funnel messages to viewers with a specific segment, including income bracket, zip code, education level, ethnicity, which we use for smart, addressable geofencing.
17:21You can go on to the next slide.
17:26On tracking capabilities, as you know, everything we do on the digital end and on the radio end is 100% trackable.
17:33And I would always recommend to bring a sample report that you, of course, white-labeled, don't have the client's information on it, but just a very successful case study that will give the client a visual of a similar client that had a similar situation.
17:52They were trying to get people through the door, people to go online to register, and how successful Beasley's marketing team was in putting an OTT-CTV ad together for them.
18:01So that is it for my part.
18:03Thank you very much.
18:09You want to share this case study you found, Joey?
18:11Oh, I didn't realize you brought it a little further up.
18:14I thought it was further down in the proposal.
18:17Sorry about that.
18:18In the presentation.
18:19So I got a fantastic case study from Ali in the Tampa market.
18:24Thank you again, Ali, for this case study.
18:27In where they had a local dealership that they expressed the need to drive foot traffic.
18:32As we know, it's more important than ever, especially now.
18:36And Beasley put together auto intentors list through smart addressable geofencing list of different ideal opportune audience for their dealership.
18:51And a combination of addressable geofencing, keyword search retargeting, and OTT was used to target this relevant group of leads.
19:01And then in just one month, the campaign delivered over 500,000 impressions with a 98% completion rate, which I thought was amazing because the highest I've seen so far is about the 75% range.
19:12So fantastic.
19:15And then this is the smoking gun, if you will, that I love to take to the advertisers.
19:21They measured 44 conversions.
19:23That means 44 people who saw the ad in the target zone actually came onto the lot.
19:28You can't do that with traditional television.
19:30And again, this is what gets our advertisers excited, especially when you do that CPA, that cost per acquisition.
19:37You know, the average vehicle they're selling is about $1,000, give or take.
19:41That's $44,000 they made in profit, give or take a few thousand dollars.
19:46And, of course, it far outpaces their original investment in OTT-CTB.
19:53And as a result, they saw a 22% increase in users, 35% increase in new users, and dealership, of course, decided to resign and expand to multiple locations.
20:07I believe that's it.
20:08Yes, thank you so much, Joey.
20:11We'll have this case at the Academy for everyone.
20:14Larry, take it away with some Nielsen information.
20:17Before I do that is I just saw a note in the chat from Adam Turner responding to what Joey was just talking about.
20:26And he says that he needs a new pair of socks because his were just blown off his feet by that information.
20:31So, one of the things that really can differentiate our OTT and CTV efforts and our position as experts is not just providing the national data that Simplify can provide about OTT and CTV usage,
20:50but we can also, through our Nielsen Scarborough access, show how OTT and CTV affect our local markets.
21:00So, I thought today I would go through a couple of examples of how, of the data that can be extracted from Nielsen Scarborough and how it can be used to position OTT and CTV.
21:15So, the first, the first slide is we're looking at Detroit and how OTT and CTV is used by consumers in Detroit.
21:27So, what Scarborough tells us is there's 3.2 million adults who have access to an OTT-capable device.
21:36Then, among CTV users, there are almost 1.9 million adults in Detroit who have access to a CTV-capable device.
21:51And just to remember, all is OTT, but CTV is specifically OTT that served on a large screen via connected TV.
22:04And so, this is pretty interesting, is of all of the people connected, 1.4 million adults watched OTT content in the past seven days.
22:15So, what this kind of data allows us to do is to talk about how this affects specifically our local market.
22:25And there's probably no other media outlet in our local markets who can provide this granular of data regarding OTT and CTV.
22:34And in Detroit, if you look at OTT as a medium, it reaches 40%, which puts that at the same level of delivery as newspapers and streaming audio.
22:50So, OTT, you know, and I think both Joey and Ashley talked about this.
22:57OTT, on its own, is a major media delivery device.
23:03And very few of our clients are using it, but how can they ignore a medium that delivers 40% of a market like Detroit?
23:13And what's really interesting, Kimberly, there you go.
23:21What's really interesting is of the OTT viewers in Detroit, almost a quarter of a million of them did not watch broadcast or cable TV.
23:31So, a lot of our advertisers are investing in local TV and local cable, but when they do that, they're missing 206,558 OTT viewers who did not watch either broadcast or cable during the previous week.
23:46So, this isn't to suggest that they don't use other media, but it's a great way to reach a lot of consumers who aren't seeing the ads on other video product in the market.
24:03So, who's watching OTT content in Detroit?
24:08Who actually are they?
24:09So, first of all, let's look at their age.
24:12Almost 40% of them are 18 to 34, 28% are 35 to 49.
24:17And if my math is correct, that's about two-thirds of all OTT viewers in Detroit are in the money demo, adults 18 to 49.
24:31And they're employed.
24:3370% are employed full-time and part-time.
24:37So, for the most part, these are affluent consumers who can afford to buy the goods and services that our potential customers are selling.
24:49They have high household incomes.
24:52And this shouldn't be surprising because, remember, OTT includes Netflix, Hulu, and the subscription-based OTT.
25:01And it's amazing.
25:04I mean, just at our household is the amount that we spend on subscription TV now is just amazing.
25:11So, the households tend to need to be more affluent to get OTT product.
25:17So, look at this.
25:18This is what the OTT consumers in Detroit are going to be buying over the next 12 months.
25:23There's a half a million OTT viewers who will buy a new vehicle over the next 12 months.
25:30You can see they're going to buy a lot of furniture.
25:32There's a lot of people buying new houses and a lot of new people buying appliances.
25:37And remember, this is Detroit-specific.
25:41These are people who watch OTT are going to get married in the next 12 months.
25:46They're going to sell a house.
25:48They're going to retire.
25:49They are planning to have a new child in the next 12 months.
25:54And finally, in Detroit, they're planning to remodel.
25:59There's a big portion of OTT viewers in Detroit who are planning over the next 12 months to landscape,
26:06to put in a new bathroom, which is very similar to bathroom, but that's what they do in Detroit.
26:12They're going to carpet, and they're going to remodel their kitchen.
26:15So one other example I'd like to show you what we can pull from Scarborough,
26:22and this comes from a real example in Philadelphia, where Max Rothstein in Philadelphia was working
26:27with a local agency called ForTheSeniors.com, and he wanted to present OTT information in Philadelphia
26:35to this particular client.
26:38So first of all, we went into Scarborough to find out who's using OTT in the market.
26:41And similar to Detroit, we found that 55% of the households have OTT access,
26:47and 43% of them watched it during the past seven days.
26:54So in other words, if they have access to OTT, they're going to watch OTT.
26:59But Max's client, something a little different, is they were actually targeting Medicaid participants
27:06in Philadelphia who watched OTT in the past seven days.
27:10So remember, we talked about OTT households being upscale.
27:14Medicaid participants, those are people who earn $35,000 or less.
27:19It's not the typical market.
27:21So we wanted to see how Medicaid participants fared using OTT in Philadelphia.
27:28So we looked at their age.
27:29Again, it dominates the 25 to 49-year-olds in Philadelphia, 183,000 of them watch OTT.
27:38Of course, they're going to have a very low household income because you need an income
27:42of $35,000 or less to qualify for Medicaid.
27:47So essentially, 53% of all the Medicaid participants in Philadelphia could qualify
27:56to use the service.
28:01This is where they live.
28:05Again, there's nobody else presenting this kind of data locally regarding OTT and CTV.
28:11We can show which counties, or we can do it down to a zip code, how OTT content is being
28:18viewed.
28:19The media reach.
28:22And I think this is an important slide.
28:25So essentially, this is 93% of everybody who, of all Medicaid participants who watch OTT
28:31in the past seven days also listen to local Philadelphia radio.
28:36So that's an awesome opportunity as integrated sellers to combine OTT with our radio station
28:45solutions.
28:48And I think this is pretty amazing, this data we can extract from Scarborough, is we can
28:55look at the health of these people who are using OTT, who are Medicaid participants.
28:59But even more importantly, take a look at this last piece of qualitative information, is how
29:05do these Medicaid participants in Philadelphia who watched OTT in the past seven days respond
29:10to advertising?
29:13Well, 43% of them made a doctor's appointment based on something they saw in advertising.
29:21Is 34% of them bought an over-the-counter product, over-the-counter drug product, based on
29:26advertising that they had seen in Philadelphia.
29:29And 27% of this consumer asked their doctor about a prescription, a prescription drug that
29:39they saw advertised on media.
29:42So this is pretty powerful data.
29:45And it's something, again, we can be the sole provider for in the market.
29:49And there's not a consumer, not a small business owner in our market who wouldn't find this
29:55information eye-opening.
29:56Awesome, Larry.
30:00Thank you so much.
30:01You're exactly right.
30:02Just having this information is a big differentiator in our space.
30:06Rachel, end us with the creative process and good to know information.
30:14Awesome.
30:15So first, let's talk about making sure that you're an advertiser and you have a great experience
30:20in implementing OTT or CTV.
30:22So the first thing to keep a note in mind is the creative requirements.
30:27This tactic has, you know, we need video in order to have this tactic.
30:32So I've listed there all the creative requirements.
30:35One thing that I've found in, you know, putting together these campaigns over the last couple
30:39years is any time that one of those creative pieces doesn't match, like either the audio
30:46bit rate is off or the maybe it is 31 seconds instead of 30 seconds, that can really affect
30:54the delivery of these campaigns.
30:55We either may not even be able to deliver the ad because it doesn't meet these work creative
31:00requirements or it may affect delivery.
31:02So, you know, my recommendation to you is when you are talking with the customer and you're
31:07even thinking about, you know, in that ANA and the initial meeting and you're thinking
31:13about possibly OTT might work for them, always ask them for the creative up front.
31:18When you submit the proposals to the pods, we can include the creative there and actually
31:24look at the creative requirements and make sure that it'll work ahead of time.
31:27A lot of times with creative, especially with video creative, it takes a long time to
31:32create, you know, it does, it is a heavier lift than our traditional display ads.
31:38So keep that in mind when you're thinking about, about this tactic.
31:41It is really critical to the success of this campaign in the video that they have.
31:47And if your advertiser needs creative, please reach out to your DSM to see what's available
31:52in your market.
31:54On the next slide, we're just going to talk a little bit about that proposal request.
31:57You'll see these slides.
31:58I'm going to keep re-talking about these as we go through all these different products.
32:03But when you're thinking about OTT in the form of your proposal request, think about what
32:08does this tactic achieve for the advertiser's goals, right?
32:12We want to make sure that this tactic, like Joey said, is something that we're layering on
32:18top of a display campaign or SEM.
32:20It really works really well with those pieces.
32:23So really think about this isn't a standalone product.
32:27This is really something that should be thought of as the advertiser's solution set in what
32:32we're bringing to them.
32:33And then make sure you're evaluating that creative.
32:35We're happy to evaluate the creative process to make sure that if we do have changes, that
32:41we're asking the advertiser to create those changes on the upfront, because those do take
32:46time.
32:46And we really want to give the advertiser as much lead time as possible as well.
32:52And then finally, so you've had the proposal request, the advertiser said yes, and now we're
32:57ready to set up the campaign.
32:59A couple of items needed to submit to the campaign setup.
33:03Creative.
33:04We need the SO, the media request form, and then we also need that click-through URL.
33:09And keep in mind, as you're going through the setup, it's really the same as the programmatic
33:16display campaign setup that we have, with the exception of the video, you know, the display
33:22ads change to video.
33:23So keep in mind that we still want all of that great detail that you're adding into that
33:27media request form.
33:28Who's our main target?
33:30Where are the, you know, main zip codes that our advertiser is looking to launch these ads?
33:35Make sure that you continue to be as detailed as possible with this request as you would with
33:39a display request.
33:41So that's OTT and kind of how to work through the pod team and some tips for success there.
33:46And my good to know information is short and sweet this week.
33:51We cannot process your new campaign request or creative without a sales order.
33:57Please, please, please make sure that you're updating that sales order and putting it in
34:01Fuse.
34:02And we also need that sales order to always match what is in Fuse.
34:07We can't, we really need to make sure that we're executing what's matching in Marketron,
34:12matches in Fuse.
34:13And that way, if we ever get audited, we have a paper trail of absolutely everything that
34:17happened within that campaign.
34:20So when in doubt, update the sales order.
34:23That's it for me.
34:24Awesome.
34:26Thank you, Rachel.
34:27Thanks everyone for sharing today.
34:30There's a lot of information in the Academy course you guys can find.
34:34The Academy course will not be totally complete until tomorrow morning.
34:38Sometimes it takes a little while for us to upload this, this recording and some of the
34:42other material.

34:49need to know about OTT and CTV there.
34:51So let me know if you have questions.
34:53I know Vicki asked about having some additional information on the course with those five questions
35:00that Joey went over.
35:01We'll have answers to those.
35:03And then local profile information for your market.
35:06Reach out to me.
35:07I'll work with Larry to make sure you guys have access to all of that.
