00:09Good morning. Thank you. It's great to be here today.
00:13You got to tell our audience about the range of nursing positions at the DMC.
00:20Well, good morning. So at the DMC, we have nurses that range across positions and specialties to include nursing assistants.
00:28We have student nurses, graduate nurses, clinical coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, educators, nurse practitioners, nurse anesthetists, managers, and nurse executives.
00:42DMC nurses have degrees ranging from associate's degrees, bachelor's, and master's, as well as several nurses with their doctorate degree.
00:51Additionally, we have nurses with degrees to include nursing informatics, business degrees, infection prevention, and community and public health.
01:01DMC is very proud of our succession plans.
01:04For example, many of our nurse managers began their careers at DMC as nursing assistants.
01:10They took advantage of our tuition assistants to earn their degrees.
01:14They've grown with the DMC family, both personally and professionally.
01:18We even have a few mother-daughter cohorts on our team.

01:25To recall, it's one of the reasons nurses love being a part of the DMC.

01:34We're even currently recruiting nurses across all specialties with a priority focus on med-surg, telemetry, perioperative, emergency room, intensive care, and labor and delivery.
01:45The DMC is proud to partner with local universities and offers assignments even for new graduates in all specialty areas.
01:54The DMC offers sign-on bonuses, tuition assistance, and referral bonuses, as well as flexible work schedules.

02:10Well, I'm proud of our nurses and our team at DMC for the opportunity that we have to give back to our community.
02:18Most of us live in this community and are happy to partake in our outreach with the community.
02:25Community outreach is important to us, and we're excited that we're returning to hosting and supporting various community wellness events at local churches, schools, and businesses.
02:35We're also super honored to work with some of the top physicians in nearly all medical specialties across DMC Sinai Grace and DMC Receiving.
02:48Both are level one trauma centers and have received many awards and accolades over the years.

03:05We offer walk-in Wednesdays at the DMC, hosted here at Sinai Grace Hospital, although we open up the positions for any of the hospitals within the DMC locally.
