In an interview, Cockroach Janata Party chief Abhijeet Dipke discussed his right to privacy injunction suit in the Delhi High Court seeking two crore rupees in damages over fake news and propaganda, noting that platform X proactively took action against the tweets. He stated that the next hearing is set for September 14. Dipke outlined the upcoming National Working Committee meeting to decide escalation steps for the School Theek Karo campaign after the central government failed to adhere to the July 25 agreement timelines following Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation. Addressing allegations of 150 crore rupees misappropriation against Bar Council of India Chairman Manan Mishra, Dipke stated, "Taking moral responsibility, I think Mr. Manam Mishra should resign." He dismissed Mishra's supporter gathering, comparing it to crowds assembling for convicted rapists. Dipke also criticized the FIR registered against CJP member Deep Kane in Latur, saying, "The system is getting exposed, the system is rattled," and affirmed that legal intimidation will not deter their social audit of schools across India.

00:01Ready?
00:02Ready.
00:03Sir, your case was listed before the Delhi High Court.
00:06What transpired in the court today?
00:08Yes, so I had filed an injunction suit,
00:11also seeking 2 crore damages from certain persons and organizations
00:17that were running fake news and all kinds of propaganda against me
00:21and invading into my private life.
00:23It's a right to privacy suit.
00:25The Delhi High Court took up the matter.
00:28The platform X has already taken action against I think all of these tweets proactively
00:35because of which an injunction was not required today.
00:40And the next date of hearing is 14 September
00:42where a more detailed hearing would happen on the injunction application.
00:47We hope that the right to privacy of everybody, not just me,
00:51will be protected by the High Court as it has already protected several others
00:56including Prime Minister Modi's degree and everything else has been protected in the past.
01:01So I'm sure the right to privacy application will also succeed in that manner.
01:06We have full faith on the Delhi High Court.
01:08At the same time, I would like to thank my lawyers, Senior Advocate Akhil Sribalji, Krishnesh Bapat, Advocate, Samyak and
01:19Ayush,
01:20who are assisting me with this matter.
01:28Today, the National Working Committee of the Kokoro Janata Party will be convening at 2pm.
01:33We will all be meeting online because everybody is in different states
01:37and are working on the School Thikkaro campaign.
01:41So we will be convening online and we will be deciding on the next steps of escalation
01:48because the central government is not coming good on its promises.
01:51The July 25 agreement which had happened because of which, in good faith,
01:57the Kokoro Janata Party had withdrawn from the agitation
02:00after a major win of taking resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan.
02:03Those fulfillments are not being, you know, adhered to
02:08and the timelines are not being adhered to by the central government.
02:11Today, we will decide on what should be our next escalation options
02:16and we will put out a media statement shortly thereafter.
02:29It's a dictatorial mindset because just because you are elected,
02:33elected through some means.
02:35It doesn't mean that you do not listen to the people of this country,
02:38to the constituents who have elected you.
02:41If there are certain lawyers, if there are certain law students
02:45who have grievances against you, you should, in fact, be talking to them
02:48instead of taking a draconian approach as this
02:51and showing your arrogance by saying that you have been elected.
02:54Everybody in this country, in a democracy, is elected.
02:57So is the government of India and so are people in institutions like the BCI.
03:02But that doesn't absolve them of not listening to grievances
03:06and when the time comes, if you are asked to step aside,
03:09then you should gracefully step aside.
03:11You should subject yourself to the probe
03:13because now there are allegations that about 150 crores
03:16have allegedly been misappropriated by the BCI chairman.
03:21This is the letter that his co-chairman has written.
03:23I think there should be a fair investigation into the affairs of the BCI chairman.
03:29And the truth must come out.
03:31And until then, taking moral responsibility, I think Mr. Manam Mishra should resign.
03:35But on successive days, there was a lot of supporters in support of Mr. Manam Mishra.
03:42How do you see the gathering of law?
03:44I think there were only about 20-25 people.
03:46In India, I don't think there's a big problem to gather 20-25 people who support you.
03:51There are supporters of convicted rapists also, for that matter.
03:55If you look at Haryana, you see Gurmeet, Ram, Rahim, the kind of supporters that gather for him.
04:00But that does not mean that he's absolved of all crimes just because 20-25 people
04:05or thousands of people gather for you.
04:08The law should take its own course.
04:09And moral responsibility should be restored.
04:12A standard should come, you know, standard should be high when you are in public life,
04:17especially when you are elected to certain positions.
04:19I think Mr. Manam Mishra should come clean on all the allegations that are being levelled against him
04:24and until then resign.
04:25The case has been registered against Mr. Deeb Kane, Lathur Maharashtra,
04:29and alleged intrusion into the school.
04:32So, what would you like to say?
04:34It just shows the twisted priorities of people in power.
04:38Because I feel when the young generation wants to take responsibility and fix our schools,
04:44where at a very fundamental age children are given education
04:49and which shapes them into, you know, model citizens that they ought to be.
04:55I think those issues are very noble and people working for it are actually doing a good job
05:02because the governments are failing to do it.
05:04However, if you try to intimidate them in this manner, it does not reflect well on you.
05:09It does not cower us down.
05:10It does not cower Abhijit down or Ashutosh down.
05:13It just strengthens our resolve.
05:15And it strengthens the resolve of several other youngsters across the country
05:18who are going out on a school thik karo social audit on our call.
05:22And I think that is the way forward.
05:24You might file several FIRs.
05:27I am sure the courts will protect people who are doing a good job, you know, for the nation.
05:32I think people also support us in very big numbers.
05:36The government knows this.
05:37And that's why they are scared that they are getting exposed,
05:39that one lakh schools have closed in the past ten years.
05:42They have no answers for it.
05:44That education is not being given.
05:46Forget quality education.
05:48Even education is not being given in several of these cities and villages across the country.
05:53The system is getting exposed.
05:54The system is rattled.
05:56And therefore you see all these measures.
05:58It's futile, you know, nothing is going to happen.
06:01We are all working towards it.
06:03We are all very strong people.
06:06Our resolve is very strong.
06:07And we'll move forward in the same manner.
