17:45AAA batteries, and 12 effervescent tablets.
17:49The DCP operations team was contacted, and the female officer arrested investigations on going into the above matter.

24:51Now, according to the Trinidad Express, man killed after alleged cutlass attack.
24:56And that is in the Mayaro area.
24:58Now, a man was shot and killed by police during a confrontation at Tucker Energy Services Limited,
25:05Newlands Village, Newlands Village, Mayaro, early Sunday morning.
25:09Now, the deceased has been identified as Ricardo of Newlands Village.
25:14Police said efforts were continuing to establish his full identity.
25:18Now, according to a police report,
25:20officers of the Mayaro Criminal Investigations Department won mobile patrol around 4.45 a.m.
25:27when they responded to a report of an intruder on the compound of Tucker Energy Services,
25:33who was allegedly stealing copper.
25:36The officers spoke with security personnel and searched the compound but did not find the intruder.
25:42They discovered that a quantity of electrical cables was missing.
25:46While checking the surrounding area,
25:49police found coils of the missing cables in a bushy area near the company's perimeter fence.
25:54The officers continued searching and later saw a man matching the description of the intruder
26:00in an open area behind the compound.
26:03Police said the man was armed with a cutlass, had a black backpack and was wearing a headlight.
26:10An officer identified himself as police and ordered the man not to move.
26:15The man then ran into a heavily vegetated area, according to police.
26:20The officers pursued him and caught up with him about 100 feet from the rear of the compound.
26:26Police said they ordered him to drop the cutlass, which he did.
26:30The officers searched the man and allegedly found an iguana in his possession during the closed season.
26:37Police said when an officer attempted to arrest him,
26:41the man resisted, pushed the officer in the chest and escaped.
26:44According to the police report, the man then grabbed the cutlass, raised it above his head
26:49and swung it at the officer, striking his right hand.
26:53The officer ordered him to drop the weapon, but police said he refused
26:57and again raised the cutlass and swung it at the officer.
27:00The officer then discharged his service firearm, believing his life was in danger
27:06and that of the other officers were in immediate danger.
27:10The man, the man that is, fell down a steep hill.
27:14Police officers attempted to provide first aid and removed him from the area,
27:24but were hampered by the difficult terrain.
27:28The district medical officer later visited the scene and pronounced the man dead.
27:32The police officers involved in the incident subsequently sought medical attention.
27:38In the mayoral district health facility, they were treated and discharged with minor injuries.
27:45You know, I stand here and I really, really wonder if it was worth it.

27:53The police gave you instructions and you continue to do your own thing.
27:59I mean, I wasn't there, but based on the reports that we are hearing before us,
28:02I mean, condolences to his family and his relatives, his loved ones.

30:20So, we have them, persons who train on shift, we have them, we issue them with it.
