00:05Bina in South Gippsley in Victoria. In that operation we're based on regenerative principles
00:11where we try and optimize the efficiency of our fattening operation and also maximize our soil
00:16and pasture health. Alongside that I also work as a livestock buyer for Greenham where I specialize
00:24in sustainability. In that role I travel around Victoria helping farmers to adopt sustainable
00:30farming practices and I also help them market their cattle into sustainability-based programs.
